  1. LMFAO. Never a truer word spoken brother.

And I don't thing bebig thinks you have a sense of humor. See, stick around. there are some funny ass people here too not just smart.

and just for the record, rai080 did NOT get to be so smart or funny by taking hgh. Butt those fucking glutes of his, well that's a different story.

  2. rai080, why the fuck do I feel like we are social workers now for a 3rd grade class??? Im all for the group hug now, fuck it. although you don't want to see my glutes. still have some acne although its 90% better since myosaurus told me to get a loofa sponge and change my underwear daily.

  3. I feel like I just grew a pussy reading that post! A real tear jerker! Jk man lets group hug and check out each other's glutes or something.

An Navychief it's been a down hill battle ever since that first grade spelling bee. I was the first one out and I said f this spelling shit. I have auto correct!

don't worry bro, over 20 + yrs in the navy and they couldn't teach me to spell either but I sure as hell can cuss like a sailor. love drinking and hookers too. lol. JK, I don't drink.

  4. Brother, put it behind YOU is what needs done now. Some good advice coming your way in between the debate and yet each time you feel the need to retaliate at a few with more comments like above. There is no need to keep engaging others and showing you can be sarcastic in return or man enough or what ever. Just chill and get to know people. Don't take this personally. NO ONE does know you. but they are not going to want to either if each conversation turns into telling people who have been around here for years or even months that your a bad ass and know everything because you read gh15 bible. There are some awesome guys and gals here that have never read it and know every damn thing that it says as far as knowledge. No need to keep responding to every post with another dig back ok.

  5. "Now if anyone can sum up the consensus of this board about gh15 it would be much obliged fellas as I and others couldn't make heads or tails of what half the post where getting at. You like him or you don't? A simple yes or no and a short answer why would be suffice. Lol. "

Above is a copy and paste from your statement.

Just wanted to reply to it. Dude, NO ONE, can sum up the consensus of AB in a few words or with a yes and no answer. As you see there are good dudes here that like or respect him and have no issue. There are also others in between and then there are some that would rather cut his nuts off and pour alcohol on them. Every single one of these members are entitled to their own believe just like you are. However remember something. Before ANYBODY at all is going to want to listen to you they need to get to know you. You do that by joining the board. HELPING others with other legit information to show you are knowledgeable. Join in discussion with good feedback. Then after people realize hey this dude knows his shit go ahead and give em hell and defend your opinion or facts if you have them. But starting out with a question that so obviously will and can divide opinions and retaliating with well your all so close minded and such will only piss off people and even those that may agree with you. Slow down tiger and get ot know the others first then call them close minded individually if that's how you feel. But that kind of blanket ass statement is just as much bullshit as you feel your getting. We are all sure your full of information. Show it before you just tell it and maybe you will find you can learn even more from people here than you have already. There are some smart friggin people here bro. and I do mean smart with years and years of experience, listen to whats being said without trying to critique it all for now. This board may just surprise you with what else you can add to your list of information.

  6. Welcome to AB. Check it out huh, you wont want to be anywhere else after you see the no BS no holds barred here coupled with the greatest overall amount of knowledge out there. Let alone other great things you will find.

  7. Welcome to AB. enjoy the board man. This is an outstanding source of knowledge for anyone from beginner to pro bb. if you can find the answer here it doesn't exist.

  8. LB03002 (Declage) is an MCT oil-based injectable. The oil contains myriads of small globules of hyaluronic acid. The growth hormone molecules are confined within these globules and after injection they gradually ooze out. Think of LB03002 as a growth hormone depot, which you can inject subcutaneously into the abdomen, like insulin.

The Korean pharmaceutical company LG Life Sciences has been producing the growth hormone Declage since 2007. It’s available in Korea and some neighbouring countries, but not yet elsewhere in the world. Once Declage becomes more widely available then thousands of chemical athletes might be able to add another interesting concoction to their arsenal. Declage contains LB03002, a nanotechnological growth hormone preparation that users only need to inject once a week.

  9. From the Journal of clinical Endocrinology,

Context: LB03002 is a novel sustained-release GH preparation administered once weekly.

Objective: Our objective was to examine the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and safety of LB03002 vs. daily GH.

Design and Setting: This open-label, crossover study compared the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of LB03002 and daily GH.

Patients and Other Participants: Six male and three female patients with adult GH deficiency participated in the single-center study.

Intervention: Subjects were on stable daily GH treatment before the study. After a 4-wk washout with no GH, five weekly doses of LB03002 were given.

Main Outcome Measure: GH and IGF-I concentrations were measured during the last dose of daily GH and during the first and fifth weekly doses of LB03002.

Results: The observed maximal serum GH concentration was approximately doubled after LB03002 (6.1 ± 3.2 and 4.5 ± 2.2 μg/liter at first and fifth doses) compared with daily GH (2.7 ± 2.2 μg/liter). A sustained increase in GH concentration for more than 48 h was observed with LB03002, such that dose-normalized area under the curve (AUC) was not significantly different between daily GH and LB03002. Mean maximal serum IGF-I concentration was 34–41% greater with LB03002 than with daily GH, and AUC was 7-fold greater. However, normalized to GH dose, AUC for IGF-I was comparable. Adverse events and local reactions were acceptable, and there were no evident safety concerns with LB03002.

Conclusions: Multiple weekly doses of LB03002 appeared safe and well tolerated. Comparable GH bioavailability and sustained IGF-I elevations support the use of once-weekly LB03002 to replace daily GH therapy.

  10. recovery will depend on the extent of the repair being done. Obviously I cant speak for kbordner but I can tell you from my experience it can be fast from a few weeks to a couple of years if you do not do it correctly. Don't go back into it and over work the rotator once you have it fixed. take your time and let it heal and your recovery will go by fast. Do like my dumb ass did and try to push it to fast and 5 yrs later its still going to cause issues.

  11. good plan. The longer you take to do this right the more apt you are to keep your honest gains. Put in on in a few months you will lose it fast also. This is a life style and not an overnight fix to looking great. Take your time momo and do it right. Fast will equal issues plagued by tendon and ligament damage. injuries of other sorts and what ever else. there is no substitute for correct form, that includes building the framework not just your bench press brother.

  12. Dude I will tell you what a close buddy of mine once said to me when I gave him shit because I was a shit load stronger on bench than he was ( he is 5' 5" and ifbb pro ), "Chief, I get asked all the time how much I can bench and I always say the samething. A lot of people are stronger than me but they are also a lot fatter, I would rather look like I can bench 500 and be ripped than to actually do it and be fat." Dude, 200lbs on your frame is possible but it is like myo said, lee priest kinda freaky for that. Diet, eat right, work out like an animal, get ripped and look huge instead of being huge. Look like the dude that can bench 500 and be at 375 instead of benching 500 and being fat. Not saying you cant get there, but from what I see honestly in the pics you have a shit load more than 12months worth of hgh, aas and lifting ahead of you.

  13. I would go get an MRI to make sure of the extent of the damage. That's the only sure way to know whats up. Don't wait as knowing exactly what the damage is and to what extent will be crucial in what you have to do to heal and keep from reinjuring the area. This is an injuring that can plague you for months to even many years. As you have already been informed, rotator cuff is most likely the culprit but exactly where and how bad you wont know without the MRI. good luck and wish you a speedy recovery.

Tests for a rotator cuff tear

The main symptoms of a complete rotator cuff tear are pain and weakness. Tests for rotator cuff tears include the following:

Drop arm test: Hold your arm straight out to your side (90 degrees) with your thumb down. Lower your arm slowly. If it drops suddenly, you probably have a rotator cuff tear.

Hold your arm straight out to the side, level with your shoulder, with your palm facing down (hand in a fist). Your doctor will press your arm down to determine your strength in this position.

Raise your arm straight in front about shoulder height (90 degrees) and turn your wrist so your thumb points toward the floor. Your doctor will try to push your arm down against your resistance. If your rotator cuff is weak or torn, you will not be able to hold your arm steady as your doctor pushes down on it.

Raise your arm straight in front about shoulder height (90 degrees) and turn your palm up toward the ceiling. Your doctor will try to force your hand downward against your resistance. If your rotator cuff is weak or torn, you will not be able to hold your arm steady as your doctor pushes down on it. If you have more pain or weakness in this position, you may also have biceps tendon damage.

Hold your arm at your side, bend your elbow, and turn your wrist so your thumb points toward the ceiling. Your doctor will try to force your hand in toward your stomach as you resist by trying to rotate your arm outward. If your rotator cuff is weak or torn, you will not be able to hold your arm steady as your doctor pushes on it.

The touchdown test: Raise your arms alongside your ears, with your palms facing inward. Your doctor will stand behind you and push your arms forward. If you have trouble resisting this, you may have a rotator cuff tear.

The specific movements that cause pain or weakness are clues to the location of a rotator cuff tear.

Injecting an anesthetic into your shoulder may relieve pain but will not restore strength if you have a torn rotator cuff.

It may be hard to tell the difference between partial tears of the rotator cuff and rotator cuff tendinitis or bursitis

An MRI is needed to differentiate between the possible damage.

  14. protein can get expensive but there are great sources that are still cheap. EGGS, eat them by the dozen or buy 12 laying hens like I had to. lol.

chicken breasts on sale at Kroger for 1.49 to 1.99 for boneless skinless.

Buy whole pork loin for 1.79 to 1.99 at sams club or Kroger when on sale. cut it into big butterfly chops and grill it. eat with good solid carbs. brown rice, or sweet potatoes ect. lean beef if your able whenever. and drink plenty of water.

  15. Are you positive you have good gear? Just a thought.

Agree with wallyd and gazzi. you need to make sure the gear is good at those doses. You also mentioned not sure about eating correctly. You really need to get that in line to grow no matter what your taking. Your protein carb fat ratios need to be dealt with regardless of how hard it is. Your spending the time in the gym busting your ass to grow but neglecting time for the thing you need to grow most, correct nutrition. you can spend all the time you want in the gym, take all the gear you can get your hands on but if you don't eat right and enough your not going to grow. Good luck, we all know its hard but it is necessary.

  16. definitely interested in the progress. appreciate the info and updates.

Dan Duchaine, my first source of knowledge into the world of aas 25 yrs ago. I hung on that dudes every word when I was 20yrs old lol. Now we have AB and super mods instead... HOORAH.

  17. His hormone and drug advice is spot on. Im a wizard over there and no none of us make anyone feel inferior there. If you've ever spent time there than you would know the comradery there is second to none. Honestly, ive never been on any bodybuilding board that has shown that kind of brotherhood. Ask Jason Blaha who came to his aid when Layne that liar norton threatened to sue him?

WTF is a wizard? forgive my ignorance, I only have some knowledge of bb and gear but don't know a damn thing about dungeons or dragons or wizards.

  18. Hey devil dog, the wife just spent the last several years with the iphone. Had to get an new one 2 weeks ago because the iphone just shit to bed completely. She was torn between the S4 and the Iphone again or getting the I5. after playing with the S4 she decided to try it since they told her she had two weeks to decide if she wanted to trade it back in on another Iphone. First cpl days she wasn't sure at all but by the end of the first week she was enjoying that damn phone so much she said she would never go back to Iphone. All the cool features are great but your right if you don't need them it does not matter then. However, just because you have them also doesn't mean you have to use them and be familiar. Ive been an android fan since day one and my techy son was Iphone until a cpl months ago also. Now he also says he will never go back after using the android software and now has the same S4. Good luck with which ever you choose. Just remember how much easier the software is for android and you can do so much more if you choose to.
