i use this stuff. its available at most major department stores. i really only get acne on my neck, which sometimes becomes cystic.
This, along with applying tea tree oil and Bio-Oil has helped me out alot.
I know it sounds backwards, applying oil to an area that breaks out, but it helps.
My girl is an esthetician. She said with alot of acne soaps, they get rid of dead skin and excess oil. But they leave your skin too dry, making your skin produce extra oil.
