Depends on your doc, mine gave me 200mg.

A cruise is just test, and it would just be your trt dose.  No other compounds, no big doses of test.  It's not that they're a waste, but the "cruise" part of a blast and cruise is meant to give your body a break, so if you're loading up on more injectables or especially an oral on a cruise, that totally defeats the purpose.

If you're estrogen sensitive, take a SERM or AI.

50-100mg a day always worked for me.  I think for a while I was on 150mg a day and aside from being horny and angry all the time, I was fine.

I'm cutting and I guess it's the ketones in my bloodstream but my pits STINK.  Like 30 minutes after I shower, too.  Current deodorant is not cutting it.  Anyone experience this and/or have some recommendations on how to handle it?

Thanks guys.  Luckily this is just a diet thing, I'm still motivated to lift and still going hard in the gym, I just lack the motivation/self-control to not pig out.  The girl and I are planning a beach trip this summer, so I have that to look forward to as a goal to get in shape, but I think it might be too late to get it done in time.

This past year we lost has been hard on me and my diet.  Pizza and gummy bears, pretty much.  Since we didn't have a summer last year, I didn't diet down, and now I've fallen off the wagon and I don't think I have the discipline in me anymore to be strict with myself.
