You should be shooting test e/c preferably twice a week (or once a week at minimum).

What's your reasoning for stacking test e and sust? I never understood this, or sust use in general. Personally, I think it's pointless to stack more than one kind of test unless you're transitioning from short to long ester. Like you've been using test p and you want to switch to test e/c and you need to do both p and e/c for a little while until the long ester builds up. Other than what, why? Sust can also be painful for some people.

Test e and winny should be fine.

That’s the brand I get also , and 1ml . U should be taking atleast 100mg a week that dose they have you on is odd . Find a new dr if they can’t do 100 a week . My last bloodwork on 100 mg a week was almost 800 five days after pin but we are all different . They should also give you the pins with your prescription not sure why they didn’t ask them next time .

I been using sea salt. Sea salt has iodine which increases your thyroid. I know the vertical diet is huge on salt. Can to much make you hold water?

I think you're mistaken. Sea salt usually has no iodine. It also has microplastics in it (very tiny beads of plastic, the oceans, especially the Pacific, is full of garbage plastic). Plastic is an endocrine distributor. Avoid at all costs.

Also, the pink Himalaya shit is mined by the Chinese and not exactly under the most sanitary conditions. Stick with the good old fashioned iodized table salt.

"Petroleum based" means "comes from petroleum." Cottonseed oil comes from cottonseeds. Olive oil comes from olives. Grapeseed oil comes from grapeseeds. Sesame oil comes from sesame seeds. These are all also listed under the heading "edible animal and vegetable oils" in that link you supplied.
