Again, I was pleased with my experience. I'll be back for the Anapolan and they have a really cool looking deca product by BM pharmaceuticals.

I ordered summer l some anadrol, they came through, no problems.

This is a shitty situation, we know that and he knows that. But I talked to him a good bit and I can assure you none of this is malicious, and it was all unexpected. Everyone will be taken care of in time. He’s a good dude and he’s not out to scam anyone. He’s trying to take care of everything, there’s a lot on his plate and he’s knocking things out one by one. He has numerous customers that aren’t even on this board so I’m sure it’s not just us that’s waiting, and he’s actively sending out everyone’s stuff I’m sure of that.

Good advice here. I too initially just cut out the crap foods. You'll learn to enjoy clean eating. I like to add cardio 2-3 times per week at 20-30 minutes, that'll increase eventually. I've cut on chicken and rice, I've cut on high fat keto, and I've cut with high amounts of fruit in my diet. If I were you I'd just pick which you're most comfortable with and give it a shot.

I also prefer high volume training during s cut, lots of sets burns calories too.

I miss the cyp and anadrol, great stuff.

Bad for you compared to what. If you are on a gram or more of Test and not on an ae/ai then you will get gyno. Regular blood test should tell you where you are at in regard to estro.

That's if you're prone to gyno. I've been up to 2500mg plus other things without an AI and I didn't have the first sign of gyno.
