What are u guys doing to eat 6 times a day? I usually eat about 3 times a day and I'm so full and bloated. Starting a diet and I'm suppose to eat 6 times a day. I'm doing for every meal 2 pieces tilapia or chicken breast(green peppers) with noodles (a little Italian dressing on it). I'm on meal 3 an I'm stuffed plus sleepy. Any advice appreciated. Fellas, ive recently lost about 30 something pounds and my sugar went up, Doctors dont know why either. I was type 2 diabetic until I lost the weight now type 1. Im on a fast acting insulin (novolog) and a long all day insulin (trejeo) metformin 1000mgs a day, victoza 1.8 a day. My question is since im already on insulin how can utilize for its anabolic properties? I use 10ius at 11a of the trejeo and supporate the fast novolog thru out day. Im on a sliding scale with the novolog. Or maybe there is a link to how to use insulin for growth, pumps.
