My dad hit me up for advice but i'm turning to you experts because I am limited in what i'm willing to give him due to his age.
He currently is on a perscribed TRT dose of 1.5ml of test 250 and HCG (unsure of dose on frequency). His bloodwork test ranges from 700-1400.
He had surgery weeks ago and lost 18lb and he is really down and looking to regain some size. He works out daily, eats meticulously.
I am apprehensive to tell him to dose up for a while. Diet aside, is there anything you might recommend to help this old cat regain some size.
He is 82yrs old 6'4" 215lb, fit.

Oh and yes they do work when you are lean enough to see the results. No use starting if you don't have a 6 pack already IMO, it's just a finishing touch

I'm looking to see if my timing between these cycles is OK for TRT, and if dosing looks OK or perhaps a bump.
For Cutting i carb cycle like this:
12 weeks out from peak date- 2 high 1 low
8 weeks out- 2 low 1 high
4 weeks out- 3 low 1 high
last week- 4 low 1 high then carb load after glycogen depleting

I am looking to put together a 9 month plan with target peak date of Sept 1, 2018.
Stats: 42yr - 6'5" - 240lb - 7%
TRT: Started June after testing low (180). Test-E 200mg/wk
Target Body Type: Male Physique
Cycle History: Experienced
Notes: Gyno Prone. Raloxifene for gyno?
Goal: Most effective use of timing to maximize a bulk followed by a cut cycle while bridging with TRT.
Current: I am just finishing a cutter of
Prop/Tren/Mast - 100mg/EOD
Var - 60mg/day
Clen - 100mg/day
Adex - .25mg/day
Nolv - 20mg/day
Very happy with where my body is at, but looking to get to the next level
I am new to TRT so i'm still learning about replacing my PCT with it, the do's and don't, timing and what not so please excuse my ignorance on it.

I stopped running prop/tren/mast (100mg each EOD) this week (week 11).
There is another show in 4 weeks I would really like to do, not sure how to approach this.
I am contemplating running this cycle for another 3 weeks. People seem pretty particular about only running this cutter for 10 weeks. Wondering how bad I would be fucking myself up.
I Running a calorie deficient diet, was hoping to hold size. I am supplementing liver detox's and the likes

Doesn't the NPC force you to do novice if it is your first show? Basically just fleecing more money out of competitors, but I think that's a rule.

I am 10 days out from competing in my first physique competition. I am 6'5" 235lb around 7-8%. I was just registering for the show and don't know which classes I should go for.
I don't want to spread myself too thin.
I was thinking Masters 35+ and Masters 40+ for sure.
But should i also consider Novice or Open class as well or is that biting off too much for my first go around?

I have hit a few cycles with prop/tren/winny/clen in the past but want to substitute out the winny for masteron. Would like any critique or constructive criticism.

I am very gyno prone. I have Cabaser (cabergoline) and nolvadex on hand in case i experience any. I also have arimidex which i could take throughout the cycle, but not sure if that is needed with this type of cycle.
Any thoughts?

I'm mostly just curious as to why a 40 year old man wouldn't be blasting and cruising at this point?
I am not quite sure i'm ready for a TRT lifestyle yet. I have read such conflicting opinions on it and haven't come to my own conclusion.
Interesting cycle. With HCG in the past I had used it for the final 6 weeks of a 12 week cycle and based on that I would suggest maybe starting the HCG close to the beginning of the cycle when the shut down is initial to really "prevent" the natural shutdown. I have seen conflicting thoughts though and have struggled with the full cycle HCG or the blast at the end before PCT. As for the Dbol in weeks 13-14 leading up to PCT. I know what you're going for here and maybe adding in Tbol for some harder gains and strength gains to finish it off before the PCT begins because 25mg after running 50mg for 4 weeks to kickstart might not yield much of anything for you. A strong Tbol dose might fit well for you.Makes sense. Newby question here, but is Tbol short for Tren?

are you trying to not have to pin 3x or more a week? hence the deca?
Nothing to do with frequency, in fact i still plan on poking 3x a week to keep the faster acting esters in my system.
I didn't go with prop because I am looking to bulk. I considered Test E or C but in my own mind I feel there is synergy in cock-tailing my tests, so went with sustanon.
I am a big fan of deca, my joints love me for it. No popping in the morning, back and shoulders feel great...no morning pains.
I am considering adjusting this cycle by extending it 4 weeks and bumping the test to 750mg/wk

First I welcome you to constructively criticize this cycle.
I have never done HCG and not sure if need to include it. I have read so many conflicting things on dosages, when to run it....or if to run.
I am prone to gyno, but hoping the .5 arimidex will combat that.
I am questioning taking ample time off. Up until now I would do maybe 1 cycle a year. This is the first time I am attempting to do a back to back cycle. I have done my homework on the consequences of not allowing your body ample recovery time between cycles. I surely don't want to end up on TRT.
My prior cycle was a cutter, Prop/winny/tren over 10 weeks. I finished that cycle 2 months ago and ran 1 month of PCT. My question is, do I really need to include PCT in my math? If i don't i'm ready to go in 2 weeks, if i do then i have another 2+ months. Unfortunately I did not do bloodwork before my last cycle so i don't have a benchmark to go on, so getting bloodwork to determine if i am ready will not hold much weight (i think my test is low naturally).
