    Hell I gain muscle very steady now on 500mg wk of EQ only. Why because my diet is now golden.

     

    I may not be the biggest guy but lets also look at my training over the past 6 years. I played football not interested in size, broken rt colar bone, hernia surgery, didnt lift during the summer more than 2xs per wk.

    Then after graduating, a 6 month lay off of no lifting because of job obligations, then once I started hitting the weight I impinged the left supraspinatus, so now I have only been hitting it since this March for size.

     

    I think alot of people over look that many of the pros and almost pros have had someone take them under their wing at an early age 17-19yrs old. Most people dont become serious about 22-26. They already have a big jump in Proper Bodybuilding Specific Training years.

     

    I dont want to hear, I have been training 4 yrs now and I need 1 gram of test. When you have had your lifts stall for 3 months or more, Duh your training and diet were not in check so you can not even count this as yrs training.

    I think alot of people have a big missconception on Pro level athletes. Wheather it is in the NFL or BB. These are freaks, great genetics, great skill, and they are much further advanced than you and your Big buddy. The skill it takes to play in the NFL is Wild, the size of the BBs is insane, but you know what? They didicated ALOT of time and keep on top of everything (or someone else does it for them) Their dedication and management of their training is just as intense and well managed as a Fortune 500 company's Comptroller manages $.

     

    So if you are of average height and 5"8- 5"11 and 10% bf and need 1gr of test to maintain 230-240lbs something is wrong.

  2. I used to hit test at 750mg per wk back then. I got stronger faster and more sides than running at 300-400mg per wk. I am gaining more muscle now, my eating is much better, on the lower doase, my skin is clear and I streadily make gains. I find it as mindfuck when you hit it hard at a high doase and then the gains stop exponentially growing. Then you really do need to coast for 2 wks. I aslo dont feel a crash coming off a lower doase. It was so hard to keep what I had at the larger doase, PCT tactics have not changed over the years. Then again I dont have pro or high national goals in mind.

  3. If she is a highend stripper then her body is making her $ she needs to put the time in training and nutrition or she will loose her status.

     

    10mg of anavar can make women break out. If she wants to reatain woman looks, no big clit and smooth skin, igf ,clen and bump up her protein. <<Lot of woman fail to take in enough for them its almost like a miricle once they take in 2g per lbm. Spend the $ on Isolate protein because less bloat and no gas.

     

    First I would bump the protein up and start clen 2d on 1d off for one month. If she has not already done so. This is step 1.

     

     

    Step 2

    keeping protein 2g per lbm

    igf 15-20mcg x2d 1 on 1 off

    clen 20-40mcg 2on 1 off

    4-5wks on, 3-5wks off

     

    Step 3

    Add 100mg primo wk

     

    Step 4 No you dont add anything if you dont see results. If a woman isnt gaining off step 3 her diet or her training Sucks.

  4. Well to get better advice we would have to see. And are you truely at 9% bf? You said you were chubby and chub does stick to the chest area. You can try the nolva at that does for 2 months and if no change.... its fat or you got titties.

  6. Ahhh yes I have had them too. What I did to banish them from my body was to:

    1 I did less volume on calves. The calf work out seemed to be the biggest culprit of the shin pain.

    2 Took larger strides on fast paced incline walking

    3 Knowing when my legs were recovered enough for a fast paced walk. After legs and the day after I could not do a fast pace.

     

    I think my shins were out of shape so I focused first on them with the incline walking. Once I got used to that I began the jogging.

     

    4 Stop jogging heal to toe. Started running on my toes, not as much as a sprint but striking the ball of the foot, the heal would only touch because of heal-dip not because it was the point of impact.

     

    Doing all of these helped me get though it. It took me about a 2 months+ to get rid of it. Myself I hate jogging but I can do a 15min 2mile now with deloading legs for 2wks only doing a 20set 2x per wk then 4 days off before the run. I have never had any CR problems with the run it was always a recovery issue concerning the legs and lower back.

Reason being the impact of having another great depression was going to be too much to face and not something a president wants on his legacy. Was it Bush's fault, No this type of debt is accumulated over a few terms, his daddy included.

    I did see him on TV the other day wanting to get a youth program started. Mainly it sounded like he wanted to hold the PE teachers accountable for letting the kids walk and not dress out. I say if the kids do not participate in 65% of the activities/dont show motivation or dont dress out 65% of the time or the equivalent of 65 of the 2 fail them. Yes fail them in PE.

    Reason being: Have you even played with Licoln logs or Jenga? When you take pieces out of the upper 2/3 of a formation doesnt the supporting structure move? Yes

    When the pieces are taken out the pieces above your removal move downward? Yes

    When those pieces that fell from above collide with the bottom structure that is already moved doesnt the supporting structure get moved more? YES

    When all the supporting structure is moved it leads to an eventual collapse of the whole structure , correct? YES

     

    G.D. And I learned all this back in 1st grade. I am tired of so called Jackass experts that formulate these outrageous ideas/formulas of what the structure was designed to withstand.

    Hey bub the structure wasnt designed to have a chunk blown out at 300mph now was it. NO

    Was it designed to take the weight of 20 floors falling on top of a altered support? NO

     

    Oh and hey your free fall thing you reffer to, that is only in a vaccum. MR Wizard showed us that.

     

    Applying some simple facts I learned before the age of 8 answer the reasons why it fell.

  10. I have done some best chest contest and shit at college and then I won the BB contest out here on base and I guess this is the natural progression. lol

    After the contest I have been getting alot more attention, I like it but I doubt there will be much more fun in the sandbox for me, Im coming home soon.
