How big can one get without hgh and slin?I've been training for over 15 years on aas blasting and cruising.I have tried to eat my way up to 280 but it was not worth the fat gain.Is it impossible without growth and slin to help keep the fat down while on a calorie surplus?

You basically answered it. You’ve been lifting and cycling for a number of years and have plateaued. Your body can only handle so much food. I think many BB’s over eat trying to get big. Your body can only handle so much food. If your stomach is distending you’re not digesting food, you’re wasting it. But I digress. I don’t know how high your cycles have been. Your only option from here is either up the dose of what you’re taking or plunge into the gh/slin zone. Is there a reason you want to stay away from gh/slin?

I got 40ml of tren e and 40ml of test e from a source who had been around at another board for sometime and came recommended from that boards admin to me privately.
I had ordered before and had no issues.
However, this new batch of 20ml jugs is causing some really odd reactions. I've pinned about 8 times now and 4 times always when injecting my quads I have a intense reaction.
About 3 days post injection I will start to get serious muscle pain and stiffness and then a pretty serious amount of swelling. It's not an infection of this I am sure. Heating pads on the effected area seem to make it go away faster.
IDK what to think about this.
Don’t ever pin your quads. There are so many blood vessels there so it can cause the exact issues you’re having. Pin anywhere else except your legs

I have an event coming up labor day weekend that I want to look good at but I feel like the generic HGH (4iu daily) and Test-E (600mg/wk) is making me hold some water. How far out from the event should I drop the HGH and switch the test to prop? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Also running tren-a (200mg/wk) and Var (50mg daily split am/pm) just started proviron (120mg daily split 3 times)
Drop the gh minimum two weeks out from the event. What’s you body fat at? Take something like winstrol the last 4 weeks and this will reduce bloat significantly. Or you can always do a quick fix of dyazide the night before. Also are you running an anti estrogen with the test?

I was thinking about getting some. Does it really taste bad? If so I can't drink it. Also what's the best tasting egg protein?
It is absolutely horrendous. Worst tasting thing ever and I dread it. I’ve gotten better over the years though. I personally mix it with like 2-3oz water and slam it like a shot to get it over with. I find the more you dilute it the longer you’re gonna taste shit. Just slam it and get it over with.

Now, these don't have nearly the equivalent to the ingredients of the Vibrance, just 2, but chlorella is supposed to be able to remove (by encapsulation ) toxins & such /heavy metals etc. & Carry them out to the digestive / lymph system. Just an assurance for me.

I just helped a brother lose some excess fat or at least showed him what has worked for me in the past, but what about calories while on Gear. I mean i've only had one cycle, and I cut down. i went to 7% ish within 6 weeks, so obviously i wasn't eating enough because the goal was 3 months. That's history. Now, I want to get HUGE! I'm 39, and I'm taking sus, deca, and dbol for 4 months. the last guy who had a coach recomeded all this shit that i couldn't stomach like pop tarts and pineapple juice. I can't do dairy. basically, my plan is get to 180-190 in protein and 2500 in calories with good shit, then eat whatever the fuck looks good like chipoltle, junk, anything with meat and carbs in it getting to about 4000. should i go to 5800? that's what was recommended before. I am considering over 40 competitions a couple years down the road. right now i only way like 165 170...it sucks, but i have a decent frame
My advice taking dbol and deca is to eat clean. You don’t need 4000cals, that’s way too much if you’re 170. Start around 2500 cals clean and work from there. Eating dirty to bulk is never a good idea. Eating dirty with dbol and deca is going to be a rude awakening. You will be fat in no time.

Raw broccoli, raw asparagus, killer Cobb Salad with feild greens Go long ways towards keeping regular & the body in an less acidic & more pH balanced / Alkalin state.
I love my veggies. You’ll never get the amount of nutrients and benefits like you would in green vibrance.

They’re good for a few reason. First and foremost acidity. Eating lots of protein makes the body acidic. This helps balance that out a lot. I recommend this every day in prep. Additionally good for people that get constipated during prep. Never hurts to add any of these on a cellular level

if i started moderate sus at 600 weekly then went to 800 adding mas like after the first bottle ran out with deca, and some dbol sparingly would it be too late
600 sust isn’t much and doesn’t aromatize as fast as other long ester drugs. If you started going near 1000 I’d say yea def throw in the masteron. Keeping it that low just a little Proviron each day would be more than enough

There are two rumors to this one i’ve heard.
1- he asked her to bring up a cup of coffee because he did not want to go downstairs to get it himself. he didn’t want to sign autographs for fans and be hounded for a long time in the lobby.
2- she was competing in a show. he was her coach so he wanted to see what she look like before showtime in his room. which as everyone knows is common for coaches to do.
but the question is why did she go alone?
he could’ve just called room service for the coffee
i’m not gonna make any judgments until I know more facts.
She was bringing his supplements up to the room from his sponsor.

I try not to do anything drastic. If all goes to plan with MP clients I’ll run them low/no carb till the Friday before the show. From there I’ll start to carb them up. Most guys it doesn’t take much. 40/50g carbs per meal. When you start doing crazy loads the guys end up soft and lose their cuts. MP is all about conditioning and keeping that waist tight. Now with that said it depends on the person too. Generally a black person can be run down harder than a white guy. I might have to start a white guys carb up Thursday night. Black guys you can run zero carb and they still don’t look flat. You’ll notice too that most of the first callouts are dominated by black males now. Their genetics are just far superior than white guys.

What's the lowest caloric level you've had a MP competitor at? More so for a 5'8-5'10" class.
Curious to see what level of deficit competitors go through - outside of the added cardio, etc.
I’ve done worse with BB then men’s physique tbh. When guys have to make weight they go hungry. 2oz protein meals and shit. But for men’s physique probably like 1400-1500 cals. The ole protein and veggie protocol lol. This is implemented for plateaus, depletion’s, etc. not your everyday thing

Once I started lifting heavy heavy regular I added more muscle mass then.ever doing bb style lifting.
It takes a bit longer to start happening and is 100% harder on your spirit and body, but adds mass way way more.
Same token, nothing makes my existing mass "look" more cut and rippled than middle weight high rep, and by high rep I mean 12-20 rep depending on motion and weight.
I think those are pretty universal.
So are most basic layouts.
Things don't get hard till your dealing with upper middle level to expert level lifters. Which make up what 15. Maybe 20% of a gym.

I mean I don’t recommend going balls to the wall heavy toward the end of prep. The risk of injury is so great. But I don’t like telling people lower their weights and increase the reps. I think this can bring a different look to a physique. People say this is what happened with derek Lunsford last year after he switched his training. He looked a bit softer. I say just try to do the best you can every day. That’s all you can do.

That sounds good.Im 47 and i really cant run harsher compounds anymore.Im thinking 800 test and 400 mast would be a nice blast.Dbol on preworkout only(4 times a week).

Im not as big into training as I am into diet and supplements. I don’t always give a workout plan with my preps because I feel lifting is personal. Not everyone likes the same exercises. If someone asks for one I have a cookie cutter one I give out. I know a lot of coaches that do the same thing. If someone is lagging in an area then I’ll have them correct it with exercises. But with me off-season and contest prep lifting doesn’t change. Moderate-heavy weight, reps 8-12, and high intensity.

Depends on how much test you’re taking. If it’s not much a little Proviron would go a long way. 1cc mast e twice a week (400mg) is nice for an offseason. You can also use mast prop 75-100mg 3x a week.

If you want to see the best increase of free testosterone in your blood work, use these two compounds while on cycle/blast, you won't be disappointed.
This is why I said taking a good dose of testosterone is useless without one of these compounds. It’s so much or effective with these drugs. I recommend it to athletes versus increases the dosages of test. Really good drugs for offseason growth. Works really well with stuff like deca and npp too

If you’ve never been over a gram of test try bumping it up to 1500mg and add in some masteron. You can mix up some esters too. That’s about the only way without using gh or slin
