  1. I personally rotate my sites especially if I'm running short esthers. If your pinning everyday or eod it gives your glutes time to heal. If your only pinning once or twice a week, then its fine. I know guys who only pinned glutes for years and have gotten great results. Personally I like pinning delts and bis as well it gives me a nice swollen pump. I don't have any noticeable scarring.

  2. The cycle seems gtg. You say this is your third cycle. You ran tren on your second as well? I did run tren til way later. Have you tried sust, prop, anavar? These compounds worked wonders for me.

  3. I personally think 19 is too young, but its your decision. I know at 19 nobody could tell me shit at that age. But listen to the guys here. Change your diet, change your training first. Diet is the key here. I wanted to start at 19 also but held out til I was in my late 20's. 28 I think. I made very slow gains til then, my diet at all is what helped me the most. If you can afford it. LOL 5-6000 calories a day can be costly. especially at 19. My mother would be terrified everytime I opened the fridge. Good Luck with your decision.

  4. Whose going away and whose keeping it local? Im staying home and manning the grill all weekend. I used to like to go away, But I guess that was before the wife and kids. Now I like to stay home and have people over. WHat are you guys doing? South Beach, Jersey Shore, Cancun??? Whatever you guys do, just keep it safe.

  5. Well, I love tren, but we dont get along. I got blood clots in my legs twice from running extended tren cycles made from pellets. This happened twice, so I know it was no coincidence. 10 shots of Heparin in the stomach to disolve the clots each time and now Im on Cumadin (rat poison) for the rest of my life.

     

    How long did you run it for?

  6. Hey BX what kind of sides do you get @ 200mg a week? Do you use any ancillaries specifically for the deca???

     

    I haven't noticed any additional sides. It definitely has helped with my shoulder and joints.
