I flex my bicep and locate the tip of the peak and put my finger on the spot then straighten and relax my bicep. Then I inj the spot. As for the lower I do the same. I just try and steer clear of veins. I've gone up to two mls so far.

A guy at my work says there's a site/app called meet me. Also I'd just buy a hooker off backpage. Cheaper as in you don't have to wine and dine hem and hope you get laid.

I do traps with back. I like to do shrugs on days I don't deadlift and upright rows on the days I do deadlift.

Quads, pecs, tris, delts, bis, glutes. In that order. I have a hard time with the glutes reaching behind me and I sometimes cramp up in my side.

Test, tren, mast/drost. Does it all for me and the mast helps in the pecker department or else it takes a long time to get off.

454 should be making close to 450hp off the get go. I'd add a cam and do some work to the heads like port and polishing and valve grind. Personally I'd drop it in the Monte Carlo SMS. I've always loved those cars.

I drive a choo choo train. Moneys good but on call so the hrs suck. But it's an easy good paying job with a great pension for me and my wife.

Probably just hit a bad spot. I've had it happen several times. Ibuprofen always helps with the pain for me. But it never hurts to have anti bs on hand instead of waiting til it's too late.

Gave me the some of the worst tren cough. Good shit. Because sometimes you gotta cough to get off;)

I do pecs pretty regularly. I just push the meat towards the middle of my chest then stab in the middle. Gone up to 3cc in each pec. Pending the pain of the gear. I also like doing both heads of my bis and tris with a slin pin. Works great for good micronized winny. I only go up to 1ml in each spot but its 4 extra spots to hit. Plus I don't like putting water based anywhere near where I put oil based.

I can do Adderall as it messes me up big time. I can't eat or sleep for a minimum of 12 hours. And towards the end I feel really dirty or grimy like back in my hard partying days after staying up for two days on coke and x.

As long as it isn't red and hot to the touch and you're running a fever you should be fine. Like I said I've had this happen 7-8 times. Always in my left delt though. Lately I've been rotating where I pin in my felt. I reach as far behind as I can towards the rear, do the side on the next round(of course close to a week later) and even been hitting the front/side. But the issue has always happened from a side felt shot.

I've had this several times before. Almost like the oil didn't go into the muscle but between the heads of the felt and collected at the bottom. For me it just goes away on its own within 4-6 days. But it is an annoyance. The worst I had for me is I had puffiness/swellin all the way to my elbow and part of my forearm. It looked odd to me because one forearm was veiny and ripped while the other looked soft.
Also I don't think training would irritate the the area any more that what is already there.

Well the lump is dissipating and is about half the size it was at its worst. I'm just gonna steer clear of my tris from now on.

That's exactly what happened. I hadn't been training them for a while and then hit them hard at the end of my workout.
I know the feeling all too well then. Its borderline scary and can take the wind right out of you.

If I don't train abs and suddenly hit em hard my lower abs will spaz and tighten up. sometimes to the point where I'm almost in the fetal position. Now I just ramp up the intensity a lil slower.

But first I'll try myo's advice. He's helped me out in the past with success.

I never had issues hardly anywhere but about a month ago I got a bug up my ass and was going to do 75mgs test suspension per workout. Well the stuff I had was fairly painful and I was running out of spots for ,y other gear. I hit my right tri with it and a similar event occurred but only lasted about a week or so. I figured the suspension may have had ample time to clear so I did 2ml in each tricep. My left tri hurt worse the first couple days but then the right just developed a bubble/lump so to say.
I'm really tempted to stab it in a day or two if it don't go away.

I'm still wishing I coulda jumped in and got some of his tne. I had some last year with phenomenal results! I could smell it through my skin hours after taking it during my workout. In fact my padded stash case still smells of the goodness.
