Hey, it says I’m new but I’ve been here then gone. Now I’m back! I keep quiet because i think a lot more of you have a lot more knowledge than me even though I’ve been around started powerlifting in my teens now at 50 just trying to keep up with the young guys. Been part owner in the same private gym twice. ( friendship and ex wives we both figure out she was bad news ). I like to learn new stuff AB has the best guys. And gals hope to learn from some of you
