  1. Thanks for the response. Would the aromatization, even under doctor control, be an issue regarding cancer risk?

I guess my most immediate diet question would be, would eating foods high in xenoestrogens (like soy) actually be good for her? Since they aren't estrogen, but mimic the effects of estrogen, would that be safe from a cancer risk perspective?

there was a study over 10yrs ago about Japanese women who consume lots of soy and lesser breast cancer than western women. they did suggest phytoestrogens found in soy may bind to estrogen receptors without cancer risk. soy is high in calcium and protein. should be good for anyone regardless.

  2. I've recently bought some bpc157 from blue sky and it seems to be working quite well. only issue is that the small portion of powder doesn't dissolve right away. in the past with other companies, they dissolved right away. not sure if it means anything but as far as results, it's very good IMO.

  3. So do you mostly only work in the Bodybuilding field?

I have been trying to get a pre strongman comp cycle dialed in. I have tried it twice now and both felt less then ideal on the day of the contest.

Honestly my first meet cycle was less gear by far and I felt more strength and aggression from it.

Any experience with PL or Strongman cycle set ups?

    this is a great question.

  4. I know what you're talking about. I baby a injury too. I just dont go heavy and once I start feeling it being irritated, it's done. I see a ortho on the 11th for it.

    Try floor presses?

    Neutral grip incline db press?

you see, many of traditional recommendations don't work for me such as packing the shoulders on the set up before pressing. my gut tells me I was overdoing those retractions and couldn't feel my pecs, plus I used to get nasty pain in the rear part of shoulder(probably teres minor overfiring). spoke to few PT's and chiros(after spending 1000's of $'s) they all tell me same thing... you gotta retract and depress the scap, and strengthen ext. rotators and bla bla….. I am not one of those pencil neck geeks I had good numbers on my lifts 400 range in front squat and etc so don't tell me my core is weak and all those bullshits..

I will tell you what my symptoms are.. on the bottom of press, I have no stability on my right shopulder, it seems like my humerus gets dislplaced posteriorly on my GH joint. I also been having trouble keeping my sternum high, and as a result my left shoulder has been taking most of the load and have partial tear in long head of bicep. I know how I should feel in the bottom of press..., it should feel lioke my lats and teres are supporting my shoulder complex giving a nice platform to press from. my guess is that I was overdoing retraction and arch making my ''platform'' too narrow to support my shoulder and load. I've had better success with scapula protracted with full contraction of pecs at the top and let the weight move my shoulder naturally back instead of all these ''powrlifting style bench'' with pinning shoulders constantly back. also these cues about ''spreading the bar'' or ''bend the bar'' made things worse. going back to BB style pressing. most big benchers seem to have shit chest development anyway..

hope you don't mind my little rant... I thought maybe you can shed some light as what I can do as you seem very knowledgeable(judging from your physique) and I actually plan on using my prepared set up on hammer styrength today pressing inwards instead of forward.

  5. Pull out your calculator and protractor. Gotta get that specific angle.

Why are you even using a Smith? Just use the hammer strength machines.

shoulder injury. can't do full range especially with an arc like hammer strength. my case is a bit unique.

  6. Is there any value in this? Why did they not make it vertical whats the advantage of this? Every gyms I go only has these stupid slanted versions and its making my incline adjustments very confusing as Im trying to get specific angles like 20-25 degrees.

  7. I would only use tren while cutting and I respond to 50mg eod. More than that and I'd go nuts. Never had tren cough. Only burning sensation on my lung once but quickly went away.

  8. Yeah, I want my Supraspinatus & shoulder girdle heated up with a fuckin laser....!! GeeZ, nawh..! Kidding, good read... I like Bpc-157 seems to work, but supposed to work better with a different pep (brainfart , will.edit when remembered )

But some of these, like intra articular injects , are best saved for those that know how to do it, I don't think I could

    Honestly

TB-500 I think I'll get back to those two my shoulders are kiling me.

Ok ladies, I am about to give Patriots viagra a run and review. As you can see from thebpicture, i will be comparing it directly to Pfizer viagra 100mg, cut to quarters, apples to apples.

Same diet for 48 hours, 24 prior to starting the run and the 24 hours of. I even have the same three ladies lined up for both periods.

LMAO NC is conducting double blind study here..

  10. His blast is more fun than most; two asian transvestites and a blonde Australian dominatrix...sounds like one hell of a blast to me.

  11. Patriot labs, first welcome. I know you were given ability to delete posts on your forum but I ask you kindly not to do that. Our members have been burnt by many and can be very skeptical. Deleting posts will just make them distrust you even more. Please have a patience and lab test your products and post it here. Once proven, the business should follow.

  12. I know you all mean well but lets stop the catfight... admin has made it clear that source forum is not moderated and staff won't guarantee anything. Buyers take the risk when ordering. Times are changing and asking staff to get involved means also taking legal risk as well. We can't have that.
