I strained my lower lumbar leg pressing about a month ago and it isn't getting any better. Is there any websites that discuss and good stretching activities and what kind of Dr. Should I be seeing if it doesn't get any better. I'm 42 now and just can't seem to realize that I don't heal the same anymore. Thx guys for any advice here.

as long as the liberals get to keep writing those checks 'bailing' out the useless and lazy members of society (and i'm not talking about the banks, either - i'm talking about the generations of useless americans that don't work regularly, that receive food stamps, free medical, ssi and the like...) things will continue to worsen. these folks are the reason that cigs cost over $12 in nyc. and gas is $4 fucking dollars, just to to name a few items. we are witnessing the decline of our great nation.

 

so what we have today is people like me working our assess off (sometimes 2 jobs at a time) to pay for these other dead-weight 'citizens'. well, something's gotta give and when it does it's gonna be an ugly fucking mess and a half in america. think about it. in about a decade or 2, at most, you will see the emergence of a massive underclass of the most worthless people who will demand to be taken care of. they will be useless, have no skills to make money with, they will not be able to get a job, they'll be hungry, poor and mad over their plight. but there will nothing they can do because who's gonna hire the utterly useless and for what? maybe we can use them as live target practice... the only solution would seem to find another country whose economy and people are not fucked like america. i have found 2 such countries and am in the process of deciding how i'm going to make the move over there.

 

again, the u.s. is beyond fucked at this point and anyone that believes these problems can be solved as per our current means of action is just wishfully dreaming.

I always .1 ml of air for pushing the oil deeper at the end and if you look around the web it is promoted consistently. If you dont use the air you are also losing that little bit of oil on injections.

there is some wicked viruses goin around this year. A stomach virus went thru about 1/2 my friends and ive personally had a dry cough and runny nose thats like a faucet for weeks now. Its a really thin mucus and you cant even really spit it up.

Its funny you mention those that cannot afford themselves. I offered to take my nephews daughter before she was born and after a couple weeks they said they werent interested. They already had 2 kids that they couldnt support. As they lived with my mother and were selling some of their food stamps to buy cigarettes with.

Ive hit certain test e and had some pretty bad pip myself off some of the higher mg stuff. I dont know if you have any other oils laying around but ive found that adding a hair of anything, deca, tren, eq, makes the test painless. Might be something to try if you have anything.
