    He's hit all the good places in the south for sure in my opinion and I definitely try to color coordinate a little at least. Gotta give the aerobic classes something to look at.

  2. thanks...i've always had issues with legs growing twice as fast as upper body so i've been skipping them every couple weeks...this is probably all the bigger i'm gonna get at 39 in march and never used slin and only rips once and really can't afford either...i do get gear free though from my sponsor and i'm a high doser...

     

    You look great bro, thick as hell. I could only wish that my legs grew twice as fast. I work them to death and they are finally comin along except im gonna have stick calves forever.. lol

  3. if it were me at that high decca I would run 1 g of test, but thats just me... I think the EQ is where i would look for the sweet spot. It gives me anxiety and sleepless nights. I like the EQ for the appetite stimulant, but dont care for the sides. If Im gonna deal with sides, Im gonna do tren.

     

     

    Im old so Decca dick is more prominent for me, test helps, but not a cure all. Fck even viagra is a loose fight some times.

    Try running a small amount of Masteron with your Tren or Deca. It seems to make a huge difference in libido with me.

  4. Your chances of getting it when shes not active is very low and some people never have a break out even tho they have it. Years ago I was gang banging my buddies wife on a daily basis and all of a sudden she had a break out. She was obviously fucking someone else to..lol Anyways after telling her that I'd murder her I did a ton of research and never had a break out so life went on. She actually married the other guy after she divorced my buddy. There is an incubation period that it goes thru and thats where you have to be concerned and hopefully you wont break out during that time. Also dont let women with cold sores blow you....

  5. I'm 5'10" 225 and about 11% myself. I killed my back about a year and a half ago. Ive went to the chriopractor myself and find that it is somewhat of a temporary fix. I cant do dead lifts or free squats at all anymore unless I wanna be in pain for a week. I totally stay away from dead lifts and only squat on the hack squat machine and find the gains very nice. Heavy doses of ibuprofen seem to keep it at bay but its always there. Good luck and hopefully it will be tolerable in the future.

  6. Those enery drinks are really wicked on you if used to often. I had a buddy at work spend the night in the hospital last week over them. If I remember right they said his potassium was incredibly low and it was cause by those, Mtn dew and improper diet.

  7. here are some ideas that have worked to bring up this dreaded muscle group:

     

    1. holding a peak contraction for 10-15 seconds - like ballerinas do. do 10-12 reps like this and your calves will be on fire

    2. walking and running on an incline e.g. use a treadmill or run uphill

    3. train 3x/week and use lots of sets and reps with moderate-to-heavy weight

    4. roll. i started using a hard roller a few months ago and my calves have experienced a growth spurt this summer

    5. be consistent and don't slack on this muscle group

     

    Ive just started using some of these exercises and I really can feel it. Im hoping to finally make some good gains.
