  1. Typically having a large neck, excessive snoring, enlarged tonsils, etc. may be a sign that you could potentially have sleep apnea. A sleep study is the only way to determine you actually have sleep apnea though.

Gear and sleep apnea can cause your hemoglobin levels to increase but not sure if gear usage alone can directly cause sleep apnea.

  2. Interesting. I have been using a CPAP for the last 4 months and it worked wonders for me.

My blood pressure was slightly elevated but now it comes back normal every time. My creatinine level was always out of range which was considered normal by my nephrologist due to my level of muscle mass. Now after obtaining blood work 2 months and 4 months after the study started my creatinine levels are in range for the first time in over 10 years. I did have the same issues as you with having to wake up to piss often before using the mask. The doctor told me it was most likely triggered by the body's fight or flight response caused by the extended amount of non-breathing episodes I had during the night. Now I almost rarely wake up to piss and sometimes I will wake up having to piss but gradually fall back to sleep before thinking about hopping out of the bed. Plenty of times I will purposely drink fluids before bed and still not wake up to piss. Just curious, do you also have enlarged tonsils?

Do you have sleep apnea? Have you done a sleep study? I have sleep apnea, and use a CPAP every night. I still can't get a good nights sleep, and Im up 4-6x every night because I have to piss. Ive been using it for almost 2 years. Its annoying as fuck. I would love to sleep 4-5 hours straight and not get up. I was told I have an overactive bladder. I think it has something to do with my prostate. Ive tried every med, nose sprays, sleeping pills, etc. Nothing ever worked for me. Melatonin, is garbage too. Benadryl, NyQuil, etc. None of that shit works either..

I was also told by my sleep doctor, to give the machine a chance to work and it will help. Well, I think after using it for 2 years now, you would think I would get some relief. NOPE!

  3. I bought a total of over 20 bottles of primo A/E. I think it was Test A for the most part so I tossed much of it a few months ago.

I did purchase some of his raws and did a crude melt test on 6/25/17 using a ceramic dish, laser sighted thermometer and laboratory hotplate.

    Results*:

    Test A -- 131-133C (Typical melting point 140-144C)

    Primo A -- 142-144C (Typical melting point 141-143C)

    Primo E -- 67-70C (Typical melting point 70C)

    Test E -- 46-48C (Typical melting point 32-36C)

    Anadrol -- 180-182 (Typical melting point 177-180C)

    Summary:

-- Test A appears off, could be impure perhaps?

-- Primo A appears to be legit based on temperature. I wouldn't be surprised if this is 'pure' Test A due to similar melting points.

-- Primo E appears to be legit. I compared with another sources raw (ABB) and they had a similar smell and texture. The other source had a 'stronger' smell to it though. Not sure if smell indicates a difference in quality.

    -- Test E appears off.

-- Anadrol appears to be legit

    * Typical melting points range was obtained from web search.

I already had 20+ plus bottles of Test Ace brewed but tossed it. I will only use the Anadrol in the future. I do not trust injecting anything from Dynasty after this whole fiasco. In the future I will rotate between other trusted board sponsors...

  4. I get tren cough at least 1/3 of the time I pin no matter what I do. It gets to the point that I do not want to use it anymore. The funny thing is that is the only side that I can't deal with. Night sweats and mild insomnia (easy to fix) is the only other sides I really get with it. :(

  5. Try a mixture of sweet potatoes (canned, cooked, or flour), frozen bananas, almond milk, egg whites with cinnamon. If you want it sweeter add some organic honey. Macros can be adjusted depending on what your goals are. This usually keeps me full enough overnight or until late morning when I workout at 5:30am.

  6. How much volume can your bottle top hold? I assume the top is made of plastic correct? I never used the glass media bottle but I assume that would work. You would need to make sure the media bottle is 'relatively' sterile once you begin each brew process. As long as your bottle top has a volume less than the media bottle and forms a tight seal with the glass media bottle once connected you should be fine.

Since I brew using the disposable unit I throw it away after each brew. Say for instance I want to brew 500ml of a compound. I will fill the top (bottle top) with 500ml of oil after it reaches a lower temperature that will not melt the plastic. I then ensure that the lid is placed on top snugly then hook my manual vacuum pump hose to the bottom. I typically keep the pressure on the low end to be safe (300-350mm Hg). I then let the pump work it's magic. If there is a tight seal I usually only need to squeeze the vacuum pump once or twice every 5 minutes or so to maintain the pressure. Since you are using a glass media bottle for the base you may be able to tolerate a higher pressure but I would start off with lower pressure until you get the hang of things.

  7. I use .22 micron nalgene or millipore stericup bottle top disposable vacuum filters. They are usually 12-25 bucks so I do one batch and toss it so it never clogged on me. Now the syringe filters have clogged on me in the past but that was years ago when I used them and never plan on going back.

If you are getting late replies that is because I have to wait for mod approval for each post until my post count reaches the minimum threshold :-)

  8. 400ml to 500ml shouldn't be a problem.

They sell complete bottle top filter units in sizes from 150mL to 1000mL. Be patient with the filtering process and you should get great results. I get my complete filter units from here:

    https://www.medical-and-lab-supplies.com/filtration/disposable-vacuum-filters/complete-filter-units.html?___SID=U&&pore_size=336.

I have used millipore and stericup with no problem. If you go for the complete unit just make sure your oil is cooled to an appropriate temperature otherwise it will melt the plastic.

  9. I have recently brewed Primo E. One batch with GSO and the other with Safflower oil at 100mg/ml. Both came out great with little to no PIP in most injections

i typically inject with 23G for glutes and 25G for smaller body parts. I would assume you can use larger gauges with no problem using either GSO or Safflower oil if you heat the barrel under hot water before injection. I prefer faster injections because I typically inject daily and I am not that patient (especially with tren)

I use disposable complete bottle top filters. I never had any issues with things coming out cloudy but I did have issues with the bottom cracking due to too much pressure being applied. Luckily I only lost a couple of batches of Test which are pretty cheap. You may want to experiment with cheaper raws such as Test E,P,A to make sure have the process down before moving on to expensive compounds.

  10. Showstoppa is referring to 20% Benzyl Benzoate (BB) and 2% Benzyl Alcohol (BA). GSO = Grapeseed oil. After accounting for volume displacement due to addition of hormone (density) and BB/BA volume you can determine how much GSO is needed to create a 200mg/ml finished product.

Will they be able to test for trestolone?

I am new to brewing, what do you mean 20% GSO ? Solvents?

  11. Good idea. I will check that out. Thanks!

If you can't find an answer, maybe go ask at outlawpowerlifting.com. It's basically just a lost cause troll board now but people ask that type of question often and someone usually knows a place. Just a thought if you get desperate.
  12. Hello all,

I have been a member of this board for sometime but I have never posted. I love to learn by reading about others experiences within the sport. Please be nice to me

    A little about me:

    - 34 years old and have been training since the age of 15 consistently (typically no more than 2-3 weeks off to deal with major life issues)

    - Never competed but have dieted down naturally for a show twice at age 22-23. Won't do natural again :)

    - Been on the 'dark-side' since ~ 2008. Been on non-stop for the last 6-7 years straight (Blast n- cruise)

    - 5' 9", 230-235 lbs. Stay closer to 10-12 bf% typically.

    - Live/work in Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA region) so traffic is horrible and work can be stressful. The gym keeps me sane :-)

The sponsors on here are great btw! Dynasty, Platinum, CBL, Dictator are on my current rotation and I am very pleased with their products and results. I have plans to try other sponsors as well.

If anyone knows of any hardcore gyms and/or coaches/gurus in the region please let me know. I have been out here for 4 years and I find that none of the gyms come close to the gyms I have worked out at on the East coast (Delaware), Midwest, and Arizona.
