Although not typical, it’s not unheard of for Lisinopril to negatively impact liver function in a percentage of users. 
Something to be aware of.

Your levels are more than double normal reference range on the AST, and nearly double on the ALT. 
As Zonebreaker asked, do you drink alcohol or take any oral meds?

Therapeutically, using some inj glutathione (100mg eod as one dosage example) could quite rapidly improve your numbers. But longer term solution is to assess what you’re using that’s stressing your liver.
