  1. I think uve lost track bout the most important thing and thats your KID. U might wanna think how this could effect the kiddo. Dont be selfish and look at the big picture here. i would come to some compromise with her and see the Doc for TRT which im sure u can get. Explain the benefits of TRT and how it can only be beneficial to both u and her. Its a no brainer though, FAMILY FIRST....

We need more info as to what body type u are and what percentage of fat ur carrying. these questions need to be answered so we can give accurate advice not only in your PCT but in ur cycle itself. Depending on what u look like and what BF% u are holding, 500mg of Test-E can hurt u as much as help u in terms of looks. And if ur nutrition isnt in order u might end up lookin the opposite of what u wanted. Just sayin bud, seen it happen...

Way to find a positive outlet usin the gym instead of partyin up n eatin like shit. U should be extremely proud of urself. Keep up the good work, ur a big motivation for people goin through a rough time in their life. Congrats!!

  4. Bro, might be a good idea to take a break. U sound pretty worried which is completely understandable. Take a step back from everything except a TRT dosage of test. Get urself regulated and go to the doc for another test. He should explain to u everything u need to know. ask questions. Just my opinion and what i would do...

  5. I personally would suggest doin what omega said and drop the training for a few dayz along with the supps and protein. Go get checked again for kidney function. Friend of mine did this and results came back much better. Your kidneys take a toll with all the "things" we do, im sure u know that. Try this so u have a much better idea as to the function of ur kidneys. I too have been on physicals and the doc said a bit of protein was spilling into my urine but i obviously know why. This is when my buddy told me to drop training protein and supps for a more accurate reading

  6. Ull be fine dude, stay positive and optimistic. U never know what the next day will bring. Gotta take the good with the bad. In a perfect world everything would be perfect but we're far from that. Not gonna preach to u but Leave it in Gods hands. stay in the gym to keep u level headed and remember ur kid is counting on you. Thats all the motivation u need brotha.
