    that insulin protocol is what has worked for me to put on the most size, but because I tend to hold water and get puffy right now ive been sticking to just Humalog post wkt

  2. caged how do you feel about a blast/cruise for an offseason 4 weeks on 4 off

     

    so something like this

     

    weeks 1-4 (cruise)

    1000mg test

    600mg eq

    450mg npp

     

    weeks 5-8 (blast)-- drop npp, add tren, drol and slin

    1000mg test

    600mg EQ

    700mg tren

    100mg anadrol

    humalog (morning, pre and post wkt)

     

    then repeat

     

    just so you know im trying to grow in the heavyweight class, competed at 206 this year (competed at 193 the year before)..plans are to do jr usa or jr nats and if i do well hit the usa

  3. Have you used desma before? If so, did they hurt? Reason im asking is cuz I've heard the alpha pharma doesn't hurt a bit. You may just be sensitive to water based gear.

     

     

    Never used desma before, this is my first run with water based winny and it did hurt the first couple days but it's really not as bad as I thought, I don't even feel it anymore

  4. ok guys so im just finishing up the novos at 10iu. They worked pretty well, my next move was i was going to give rips a shot at 10iu (first go around with rips was at 5iu and they were ok). Recenetly i got a hook on some seros. I just dont know if its worth all the extra money, i know pharma grade is the best and i really want to run it but when i break it down the seros would run is an extra $330 a month, are they really worth it?

     

    i would run either 5iu seros or 10iu pharma

     

    any input would be helpful

  5. Your right PP is always on point!!! Just got alot of novos couple weeks ago. T/A was un fuckin believible. Anything he touches is g2g bro. His novos are VERY GOOD and price is right...Used ND blue/thanks also honestally cant tell the difference between any of them other one hurts my wallet a little more then the other two..LOL. Cant go wrong with either three take your pick

    yea bro still trying to decide between novos and thanks...i am leaning towards thanks though but just not sure yet....i would honestly love to get my hands on some pharm grade gh for a decent price just to see if its acually worth it lol

  6. i would run about 600mg of eq the whole time, i feel with the mast that when i am leaner the mast works and shows better, maybe throw 600mg eq in the whole run and throw some mast prop in at week 8 (2 weeks before u start tren) by that time you will be leaner and the mast and tren will help finish you off

     

    i would stay away from primo unless you can run at least 400mg a week, 300mg won't cut it imo

Been taking var on and off for years at around 50mg, diet was never on point so never really saw much of a differnece.....last summer i took pep var from 60-100mg for about 12 weeks but my eating and cardio was 110% on point, and i def saw a crazy improvement in vascularity and gave me crazy veins when i have pretty think skin normally. But again im sure diet was about 80% of that, the var just helped a little

  8. my summer cycle: 1-8: 700mg test enth

    1-16: 600mg Eq

    1-16: 600mg Primo

    8-16: 350mg test enth

    7-16: 100mg cut mix ran EOD so 300mg of each a week (tren ace100, prop100, mast100)

    1-10: 60-100mg var

    10-16: 50mg winny

    5iu GH

     

    thinking about maybe dropping tthe winny at the end and adding some drol in there if i am lean enough towards the end of it

     

    a little pricey and complicated but just something so maybe take a look at

  9. Hey guys so ive been on rips since late august....usually doing 5iu 5 on 2 off, 2.5iu in AM and 2.5 PWO. My question is i always pin sub q but I have seen many posts about pinning hgh IM. If i can get the maximum benefits my pinning IM i will def do it, of course sub q is easier but i am willing to give IM a try if i will get more out of the gh.

     

    and right now i am leaning down to i pin sub q in the morning before am cardio and then pwo

     

     

    Just wanted to see what you guys thought
