  1. Recently picked up some goodies from them, communication was good and shipping was above average, not blazing fast but that might have to do with the post office hang ups currently. So far as the product I grabbed, the cialis definitely works and seems accurately dosed, the oils appear to be good quality and flow nicely through a 27g needle with zero bite. Can't attest to the strength of the compounds I picked up from them aside from feeling more on when it comes to their sust, as I switched over from another brands and upped the dosage, too soon to notice the NPP and haven't started the tren. Overall a pretty solid experience.

  2. Never noticed anything from gua sha, graston therapy, muscle scraping in whatever various forms, just doesn't seem to do shit for me. I will whole heartedly recommend dry needling, especially when coupled with an estim machine, fascial stretch therapy in conjunction with chiropractic care.

  3. Got to agree with the DNP comment about it being most effective. No one really needs to use any of these fat burning aids, clen can damage your heart, ephedra ain't exactly healthy, don't need to write about how dangerous DNP can be. I do think its funny however that all these other drugs get a pass and DNP gets shit on because people don't know how to titrate their dosages up in a reasonable manner, or can't be bothered to stay on top of their hydration/electrolytes.. I'll tell you what, if I'm going to run anything to help burn fat, it'll be the most effective thing. I've never had any adverse reaction to DNP, start at 200, up your dose to 400 after 5 or so days, and run it for 2 to 3 weeks, and you'll drop around 20lbs. You can't do that with anything else. I've taken what are considered to be conservative doses of clenbuterol and ended up shitting and throwing up at the same time, while shaking feeling like I'm gonna stroke out.

  4. Awesome G-Balls51, glad we could get the insight of a highly tenured member here on a new provisional source, complete with bloodwork, and after enough time to feel the product actually working. Very cool! Also thank you so much for being mindful of OPSEC by including the amount of time you received the package in, great stuff!!

  5. If you're a professional bodybuilder, strength athlete, etc its worth it at any age as long as you're competing. If you're just a guy who runs shit, and lifts, chances are you probably don't need to be running it. However if you have the excess cash, the improved sleep, skin, recovery, leanness, is a nice added bonus at any age.

  6. Ahh...! C'mon guys , he's 17 .. , overly eager

Just asking for training advice, & how the overexhausting

routine looked to us all, we were all there at one point.

Wanting to impress, look good and learn it all in one fell

swoop..! Give him encouragement & steer him in the right direction, for his age & fact that his "Own" test levels will serve him favorably, & be patient it'll come together.

I think both Wetlook and I gave him good advice? The kid has zero business on a steroid board asking for bodybuilding advice. Beyond that, I even listed some programs that are more appropriate for him to try out.

  7. Hope you're not running anything with that training, and only an "intermediate" level of bodybuilding knowledge. Honestly this seems like a strange place for you, better off picking up a coach in your area, or if you're the DIY spirited sort of chap, an eBook program, Wendler, GZCL, et cetera. Don't look for "intermediate" advice on a steroid board, no offense.

  8. Sounds like you're all good when it comes to LVH if you just had that extensive workup done in the past year. In so far as to what could cause abnormal fluctuations in BP and HR, could be any number of substances, stress, something biological, et cetera; if you're all leveled out now I'd say you probably don't have a whole lot to worry about.

  9. Every athlete should be concerned about LVH to some degree, its an unfortunate reality of lifting weights enhanced or otherwise. Obviously PED usage exacerbates this condition in many users. If you have a family history of heart issues, I'd start seeing a cardiologist to see where you're at, hell even if you don't have heart issues in your family its a good idea to see a cardiologist and get an ekg and echocardiogram to see where you're at. There are some things they can put you on to start reversing it should they see it before it becomes too large of an issue to fix, and you're face first in your morning oatmeal.

  10. Definitely don't wanna create any further imbalances between your two legs, so I would really advise against training your good leg. You can focus on your upper body for the time being and enjoy doing a really bro split of Chest/Tris - Back - Shoulders/Bis/Forearms. Most importantly, see a good physical therapist when you can finally get into rehab, they make the most difference, and if you can run growth hormone.

  11. Your PCT medication may have been bunk or underdosed, you may not have run it for long enough since you were on for years, there are lots of factors here that maybe you aren't considering. Firstly, when you see your doctor you don't need to tell him that you cycled for four years to get a TRT script, he can just look at the numbers and see that. Let him make whatever assumptions he wants, if you're in the US, admitting to using can cause serious problems for medical coverage and the like down the line. Beyond that, I'm not sure why so many guys act like TRT is this huge cross to bear, its a shot, twice a week, barely any oil, and has been proven its incredibly low risk at TRT dosage. You're 38? Your natural levels would probably be shit anyway, why wouldn't you want optimal testosterone levels?

  12. 300mg isn't a cruise dose, its not for anyone, even the monsters who compete. Would not recommend coming off of test at your age, as your levels are probably absolutely fucked after years of use, and even if you somehow managed to recover, your test levels at 39 aren't going to be anywhere near what you remember. Run a REAL cruise at a TRT dose of 100-200mg of test a week, use around 750ius HCG a week for general wellness as many people on TRT attribute a feeling of well being after adding HCG to their regiment. If you have the cash and feel the need, run a few IUs of HGH, wouldnt really go above 2 pharma or 3-4 high quality generic.

The best thing you can do is drop your test to an actual cruise dosage, you are running way too much for that, and you've been doing it for much too long. Get bloods, see where you're at, get your liver values, check on your kidney health, get an echocardiogarm.

If your insistent on coming off of everything, I wrote a pretty in depth post at some point on here recommending a PCT for coming off a long term cycle.

  13. Sounds like another ill informed medical professional on a power trip. Doctors are a dime a dozen especially bad ones, shop around and find a new surgeon. There shouldn't be any issue with you being on TRT and getting surgery. In the interim, I'd recommend a peptide that's going to boost growth hormone to help healing, or better yet actual HGH. You can also throw in some glucosamine, msm, and turmeric.

Never had achey rotator cuffs on or off cycle that wasn't due to an injury, so hormone fluctuation doesn't seem like it would be the cause. Lots of guys can get achey joints when they crash their estrogen but if you ran a standard pct that also doesn't really seem likely..

  14. Option one would be preferable to me, I prefer NPP as I retain less water on it. I'd use Anadrol over Dbol any day though, blows me up but I don't get bloated at all on it..Strength is through the roof, the pump is great.

  15. I'd wager it would be fine, its hard for me to get calories when using it anyway because it nukes my appetite.. I will say its better used with excess calories than without, same with anadrol and the like.

  16. They're all kind of bullshit to be perfectly honest. Aside from ZMA and GABA there isn't a whole lot else that really seems to work. Melatonin is okay but only works for a short amount of time. MK-677 and GH are really the only thinks that make me sleep deep and stay asleep.
