  1. Anyone have good or bad feedback on ep caber. I saw they just added liquid caber, but if it is anything like their prami then it's garbage. I'm not going to spen 90 on a chance

Caber isn't stable in liquid form, its next to worthless. If you can't get caber in pill form skip it and go for the prami.

  2. Talk about the end of an era, dude had been champion for 7 years. I spent a lot of time when I was younger doing thai boxing so my respect for Anderson was always huge. There are tons of people talking about how it looked like a work and I can't really get down with that, I think Anderson really got clipped, but Weidman didn't so much win that fight as Anderson lost it. He took his Roy Jones Jr. showboating to the next level that night, I don't think he ever clowned on anyone so hard, got hit with an ugly ass punch that threw off his timing, and he miscalculated the range and it was all over. I'm not too sure how much longer he was going to stay at the top anyhow, but I would've preferred it not ending like that, fucking a.

  3. There are ampule openers that you can buy from medical supply places, if you don't want to wait or can't wait, or simply are cheap you can just score it around the neck with a knife or file and it will snap right off with no issue.

  4. I read the book and I ran the 5/3/1 template for bodybuilding that you can pull off Wendler's blog forever ago, it was decent. I don't care too much for low frequency lower volume training though, so I've always found I get better results from 6 days in the gym with higher volume and decently heavy weights. It has its place that's for sure but its better suited to guys who are looking to build more strength than anything else, it's a good bridge for beginners/moderates to move away from Starting Strength/StrongLifts/Reg Park/Greyskull (personal favorite linear progression prog) to get into more volume, increased accessory lifts, et cetera.

  5. Played club level rugby for a few years for fun, amazing sport. Glad to see you're doing things the right way, AB is a massive repository for REAL and GOOD information with knowledgeable members who don't have an agenda to push. No other place like it.

  6. I would encourage both of you to become active and contributing members on this site, but if you could both keep your lips sealed about this place on the cess pools of /fit/ and/or the misc, it would be supremely appreciated by me and I'm sure all of the other members here. It's not hard to identify when someone has come over from there.

  7. I would strongly encourage you to drop the ECA for the time being, it wouldn't be the first something like that caused someone to pop up false positive for amphetamines on a screening. I can't speak to Yellow Haze specifically because I don't know anything about it, but better to be safe than sorry. Ultimately even if its a false positive, they're still going to have it in their minds that you came up positive whether you have them rectify it or not.

  8. You ever think maybe he's considering using him and wants to see some feedback first? Unlike you, some of us like to see feedback from reputable people before ordering from some random person. Mr. 343 posts.

I do think that, however the question he's asking already came up in Authentic's thread and was already given basically the exact same response. Most likely he would simply have to wait to see other people's from ABs dealings with him before ordering if he wants to get any kind of real feedback, since this is pretty much the only board who's opinion I care about anyhow. Finally I'm not too sure what you mean by "unlike me", I always make sure reputable people can vouch for who I am dealing with, hence why I personally have never been burned. I'm always wary of newer guys poking around, I don't think I can be faulted for that.

  9. That business model is damn near dead in the water, in my personal opinion. I don't have an MBA or anything just an opinion, however when you can get a limitless variety of products online, for generally much cheaper than you can in stores it makes supplement stores almost an antiquated idea. Typically they have to have been opened a long time prior to the online supplement boom of BB.com et cetera, have to have already built a large clientele base of serious gym goers, and have to be able to appeal to the less hardcore fitness crowd as that's where the money really is. Retail of any type outside of the internet is extremely hard goings anymore, and to even get to black after the amount you've borrowed to open the store can often take years, IF it ever happens in todays economy. The supplement industry has a huge margin for profit, but most of it is carried out online. Just some food for thought.

  10. Doing crossfit makes you good at crossfit, the guys who are competing at the games and winning the 100k aren't typical crossfit guys, and they sure as shit don't do WODs. They're reject O-lifters who can't hack it at the olympic level so they take their shit to crossfit. It is what it is, I don't personally like it, I don't like its methodology, practices, over-blown membership fees, pyramid scheme certification program, least of all its cult like us-against them following its garnered. Most crossfit gyms don't have anyone certified by any federation teaching scrawny little beginners how to do complicated o-lifts that can require serious coaching to get the intricacies of. The blind leading the blind.

  11. Massage the injection site afterward. Aside from that it really seems like you've heard mostly everything else. Never had too bad of PIP as to where I couldn't walk or the like and I've always used short esters since my first go round.

  12. MuscleTech supplements are usually garbage, rely heavily on marketing, pseudoscience, and paid endorsements from top pros. There's a lot to be said about spending that much on creatine, when there isn't even enough science to back up whether or not regular creatine-mono is beneficial after being ingested. Personally I wouldn't waste the cash.
