Well my doctor switched it to injectable. And best insurance covered it. Only cost 5.00 for 10ml

So finally decided to get blood work for my test levels. I knew they were low. My doc prescribes Androgel. Is that normal? I go back friday and am going to ask for injectable T. Just going to tell them I have young kids that like to wrestle and I dont want the gel transfering to them. This is new to me dealing with the doc, so I guess I'll see what's up.

I understand what your saying. Im just say over all my years in the courts, 90 percent of the time that type of evidence has been thrown out due to no search warrant. The reason usually is unless they are in fear of it being destroyed their is no reason to not get the SW. The only way they can claim reason to search the rest of the house would be exigent circumstances. And with the scene secured due to the medical, their is no reason not to get the warrant. It is unreasonable to search the rest of the house for drugs being they were their on a medical. But again i have also seen in my time crazier shit happen

Contrare mufrare, you are correct they will use that for search warrant, but immediately they will do a safety search of anywhere a person could hide, so if anything is plain view as you say, anywhere they "safety search" they are going to find that also. Amazing how invasive a safety sweep can be when the others are being held tight by another officer. Always put your shit up, gear or used condoms, doesn't matter.

Well their is no reason to do a safety search of the house for a medical. I hate to talk about this stuff but I have plenty of experiance in this. If we find stuff around him most of the time we grab it and trash it. If its drugs unrelated we will pass it on to the narcotics team and let them get the search warrant for the house. I know every department is a lil different but you still need a search warrant. Otherwise every thing will be suppressed in court. Will some departments do shady shit sure. But any good lawyer will have that shit thrown out easily.

They can not search even though the drugs were in plain site. The can look in the general area but woukd use the plain site as probable cause to get a search warrant.

Yeah i just found out about them. Not sure what all is filterd out but i also been reading people recommend a disk filter to filter containments out. You see alot of this type of info coming from rec users of narcotics though. And docs have been saying to do the dame in order to stop infections and other stuff. Their is also a filter needle you can buy but i think that is mainly for amps and to stop glass particles.
