I am an intermediate bodybuilder(has been going to gym for about 10 months). I am at the learning process of bodybuilding. And i wanted to know about my workout routine, is it good, is it enough, is it too much, our can be done with right diet?
First of my goal is to build muscle. And i am 5 feet 5 inches, weighing at 70 kg and the defending lightweight champion(ufc reference).
I have around 15% of body fat.
I train each muscle group 3 time a week.
Monday: Chest, Back and Legs- 3 exercises for each body part and 3 sets of 12,10,8
Tuesday: Shoulder, Bicep and tricep - 3 exercise of each body par and 3 sets of 12,10,8
Wednesday=Friday=Monday
Thursday=Saturday=Tuesday
Sunday=Rest Day
1) Is this enough?
2)Is it too much?
3)What can i do better?
4)Should i go back to my previous my routine to chest-back, bicep-tricep, shoulder-back?
Not enough rest,,to many days a week on each body part,,, relax newbie

From my personal experience and from what I have read,,,,if you drink alcohol with these type of compounds the desired effect will unfortunately be lestend,,,but I am not saying you were drinking,,,

I just noticed that im getting a small spot on my injection sites. I only inject in my shoulders and ive been doing this for over two years. Seems like my skin is bleached. Small white spots. Doesnt hurt, skin isn't irritated in any way. Anyone have any idea what this is?
