  1. Grand foodmarts sell ephedrine in like 16 packs 25mg a tab for like 2 bucks. Thats what I use to make my ECA stacks when im burning fat durring a cutting phase. They dont make you fill out that bullshit DEA form either that red flags you as a addict or worse! I would stear clear of ordering it off line. If you find a ****** for cheap bulk tabs someone might get the wrong idea and then your email/credit card/mailing addy will be hot for anything else you might want to order in the future. Just a thought but the shits frowned upon by certain groups cause so many people used it for shitty things other than burning fat. I knew the fda would take it off the market and not for unsafe reasons either. It seems everytime us as BB in general find a substance that actually works they ban it for bullshit reasons. You figure they could of just had the companys put a strict warning of the products stating the dangers and let the consumer decide for themself like tobacco and alcohol....nooooo. Everytime a legal suppliment does what its supposed to do they take it off the market. Thats why I never waste my time with supps from GNC and such...if it worked they would have already banned it and made it prescription or illegal to regulate it and make more money off it. Its a sad state this country is going to.

But anyways I really do appreciate all the responses and help you guys have gave me, happy to be part of this board and community.     Your welcome for the help thats what were all here for. I thought about this when you first posted but I figured better safe than sorry so I gave you advice on combating it. Alot of people when they get fat around their nipples think they are getting gyno so they constantly rub and poke at it making it sore as hell to the touch. Then they start to panic thinking its gyno and vistit a doc suggesting that they might have it. The average male population that has never juiced knows nothing or very little about gyno so when they bring this up to a MD he automatically suspects AAS abuse and asks. Im glad things are looking up for you. Get your ass back in the gym and burn some of that BF off and add a little lean muscle and im sure your chest will look much better. Glad everything turned out ok for ya.

    Ya guys it was a hell of a deal. I wasnt even sure what it was when I got it from my buddy...I never heard anyone mention it. The back of the hardcover says it sells for almost a hundred bucks but she didnt see that I bet cause he had a bullshit scanner sticker over the price (probibly so she didnt see how much he paid for it).

     

    It seems pretty informative and straight to the point. I dont agree with everything it says but he use's alot of refrences that back up his data. He only gives data that's backed up thought so its pretty useful to read the studies. The back is filled with pic's of every type of AAS imaginable! Every type ive ever seen is in there and it has a holigram section that describes all the safety features with pic's and detailed descriptions.

     

    I would be more than willing to post the book up if I knew how. It seems like it would take forever 2 download if you wanted to read it though. Its seriously thicker than a phone book. If someone has any idea's on how to get everyone access to it and their willing to walk me threw it I would be more than happy to put it up for free. Not sure what I need or how to do it though.

  4. Your doctor sounds like an asshole. He asks you personal questions...you confide in him and he talks down to you instead of giving you an answer. Your not paying him for his personal opinion or moral view your paying him to fix the fucking problem and send you on your way!

     

    Now back to the point. The juice has nothing to do with the gyno if thats what it is...I wont bullshit you, im not a doctor and what you do is your choice. You have to understand that gyno is caused by an imbalance and its not caused soley by juice. It can happen from a shift in your body's regulatory system from being depresssed and lazy, it can happen when you gain extra bodyfat...hell even marijuana is show to induce gyno in over weight individuals. You say you were in a car wreck or accident? Did the doc prescribe you a pain killer such as vicodon....vicodon (along with most other opiates) can cause gyno even with short term use. So my guess is that juice had nothing to do with what your experiencing. Off hand I would say take a very low dose of nolvadex until the symptoms subside but you still have to figure out the underlying cause of what caused this or you run the risk of it coming back. Im sure more wise brother's than me will chime in with some advice. Good luck and let us know how things turn out or what you decide.

  5. When is the next competition going to be held?

    The board is in a recovery time from all the recent bullshit as of date and I was thiking that a competition of some sort would bring the spirits up and the board back togeather. It dosent have to be for anything like the original prizes. Here were some of the idea's I had in mind...

     

    1.Small prizes like muscle milk or some other type of protien supp that most everyone here could appreciate.

    2.A comp dealing with body composition changes to get eveyone motivated.

     

    Not quite sure how it would work but im sure members here could put their two cents in on ways to keep it fair and regulated so everyone can join in and have a shot. Plus it would get us motivated and ready for summer which we should all be planning for as of now to get the results we want. It might also bring the board back to fucus on what are real purpose here is which is to improve or heath and educate ourself on our bodys inner works. I would even be willing to buy a bunch of protien or somthing of the sort and donate it if that would make a diffrence. Let me know what you guys think about it and add your input and idea's.

This board is going the way of the dinosaur if general questions like these are considered "open posting" out of bounds. You guys are taking the doom and gloom way too far. Rooster even has zeitgeist in his signature. I mean WOW you guys aren't just being cautious, its gone way beyond that. Take a breath in my opinion. And cut the "bro you dont understand" shit.

    I dont think its the which brand would you choose but the whole naming people and asking of who part...but I agree with you that things have changed a lot brother. Its not really a bad thing though. I think all boards should have nothing to do with the where to go part and follow this boards example. I know its kinda nerve racking when your looking for an answer and everyone posts up commenting on what you should and should not do....I think a mod should just delete it ASAP before it gets alot of attention until people realize this is a new better day. I do think it is a better day though cause people should not be allowed to come to any board for that need. It should ALL be word of mouth from a friend and before you decide to act you should pm or email a mod if you have any concerns. People got careless and it was our own fault this thing got out of control. I for one hated the fact that people would never come and post or contribute but they could visit and get helped out! Then they never return until their in need of somthing again and they dont realize things have changed cause their never around unless they want somthing so their clueless.     To FINALLY answer your original question...Galenks,omna's,organon ect is always a good bet if your doc is reputable but as always nothings 100 percent. All you can ever really do is read up and check with a mod. Hope this even helped. Take care bro and dont take it personal.

We have enough problems as it is and not to bash but questions like this bring unwanted attention that is undeserved. I wish the members of all boards would look around and realize that this is a new day and things will never be the same. Stop looking to the baords for anything other than advice on health and proper ways at going about their goals. This has never been nor will it ever be anything other than an information board with a community striving to educate individuals such as yourself on health and life in general. Anything else should be solved on your own accord and the community here should be left out of it....this includes posts about illegal activites that bring unwanted and underseved attention from unwelcome outsiders.   9. Do some super squats, Eat more, rest, stay out of the gym more days then you train. Concentrate on heavy power-lifting type movements. Bench presses, squats, and dead lifts. Keep track of your poundages. Good luck!

    I had the same build 2yrs ago on a 6'4 frame! It is a very good base! Have you juiced before (im assuming being here you have)? Dont be careless with your diet but up the cal's and pro to a high level. I think you would be amazed at your build if you followed the above advice for about 4 months. If your not against a long cycle try this and I bet your next pic's look freakyThumbsUp

    1-16 Test 500mg

    1-15 Deca 300mg

    1-24 HGH 5iu's M/W/F (4 100iu blue top kits should do it)

     

    Focus on all the heavy compound lifts like squats/deadlifts/military press definatly increase bench and other chest exercises. Try to eat alot without slacking and eating all the crapy foods everyone enjoys. With all the dedication this pic show's if you followed this advice and blow your lower body up a positive side result will be your upper body following. The great part about the human body is it loves to be equal which is why your upper body is only so big. If you drasticly increase your lower body your upper body will follow without it being the main focus. The gh will allow you to open up drastic new growth and recovery with helping your tendon and ligament strenght on your new lower body development and the whole time allowing you to intake the drastic increase in food without you having to sacrifice a major regression in your lean structure already. Im not trying to push this cycle on you but I think this long simple bulker is just what it would take to make you look 10x better than you do and your build is already showing great progress so thats saying alot. Ive been where you are and im betting if you follow this advice you will be much happier at the end. Take care and let us know what you decide.

To get back on track with the mans original question seeing as how im sure he had no idea what type of debate he was going to start in a board of hard core iron heads by asking what is best:)

     

    Test cypionate or enanthate would be your best bet for several reasons...

    A.Minimal shots

    B.Stable blood levels

    C.Easily available

    D.Very effective

    E.Mimimal sides (at conservative doses like 400-600mg a week)

    F.Easy to combate and monitor side effects.

    G.Cheap!

    YOU COULD USE SUST WHICH IS JUST AS EFFECTIVE AND IS STILL TEST ONLY WITH IT'S OWN PRO'S AND CONS WHICH MANY PEOPLE SWEAR BY (THAT BUMP WAS FOR YOU DESIGNBUILT:) but it all comes down to availability and what you prefer).

    Two great compounds to add to test but alone I would not suggest for several reasons the most obvious being lack of or no sex drive. Not so much with EQ but there so close why risk it individual to individual.

     

    Some questions for you to put an end to this thread and help you out...

    1.What are your goals (size, strength,stamina, all...fat loss?)

    2.what does your diet look like cal,carb,prot, look like?

    3.How long do you plan on running this cycle?

    <p>Im glad the ******s section is gone and I hope it stays that way!!! I have been on this board for awhile now and only seldom did I visit that section. It used to drive me crazy how members would have posts only related to that section and contributed nothing to the rest of the board and knew absoluty shit about Diet/training or aas for that matter. I used to log on and see new members flood that section and never once visit the diet section or the training section and its people like this that give aas a really undeserved reputation! It was my personal feeling that only a handful of members actually needed or were educated enough to use these hormones and they were the ones that filled the other sections with useful information and rarely visited the ****** section only when they were actully ready. Good riddens in my opinion and I respect the members who stay and still contribute alot more for it. Just venting...hope noone took offence.</p>

  12. <p>Drinking on cycle was a horrible idea. I know people that drink while on aas and they get hangovers that last 3x as long as normal. If you have used simular aas and never had this problem it is just somthing your doing and your bodys giving you a major sign to fix it. All the drinking could have stressed your body out to the point of lathargy trying to recoupe and a ton of sleep and vitamins/water with light to no workouts till you recover might be the solution. If your unlucky you might have cought some form of foreign virus or mono type disease thats running your system down. Go get blood work done and see if anything pops up. The only other suggestion I can give you is to try 50-100mg of modanfil (alertec) till the problem subsides. This product keeps you awake and alert all day and dosent increase your heart rate or give you the jitters that caffine does. Take care bro and let us know how it turns out.</p>

  13. I would cycle T4 for 4 weeks on and 4 off. I would only take it when I used IGF and was on growth the whole time. I noticed no diffrence durring the 4 weeks on the T4 and I was taking it at 100mcg every morning. If anything I burned slightly more fat when on it but I have no way to prove this seeing as how the increase in fat loss could have been attributed to the IGF administration. I have several blisters of T4 left and dont see myself trying it again anytime soon. Thyroid supps seem like a risk that out weighs the benifits. More long term trials documented by members would be needed before I tried it again.

    Is this the info you guys are looking for....

     

     

    Additional T3 is not all that’s needed here. What’s needed is the actual conversion process of T4-T3, and the deiodinase presence and activity that it involves. This is because Local 5'-deiodination of l-thyroxine (T4) to active the thyroid hormone 3,3',5-tri-iodothyron’ine (T3) is catalyzed by the two 5'-deiodinase enzymes (D1 and D2). These enzymes not only ‘create’ T3 out of T4, but actually regulates various T(3)-dependent functions in many tissues including the anterior pituitary and liver. So when there is an excess of T3 in the body (but levels of T4 are normal), the body’s thyroid axis sends a negative feedback signal. This produces less (D1 and D2) deiodinase, but more of the D3 type, which signals the cessation of the T4-T3 conversion process, and is inhibitory of many of the synergistic effects that T3 has!

     

     

    Remember, Type 3 iodothyronine deiodinase (D3) is the physiologic INACTIVATOR of thyroid hormones and their effects (13), and is well known to have independent interaction with growth factors (which is what GH and IGF-1 are).(14) This is because with adequate T4 and excess T3, (D1 and D2) deiodinase is no longer needed for conversion of T4 into T3, but levels of D3 deiodinase will be elevated. When there is less of the first two types of deidinase, it would seem that the T3 which has been converted to T4 can not exert it’s protein sparing (anabolic effects), as those first two types are responsible for mediation of many of the effects T3 has on the body. This seems to be one of the ways deiodinase contributes to anabolism in the presence of other hormones.

     

     

    All of this would explain why anecdotally we see bodybuilders who use T3 lose a lot of muscle if they aren’t using anabolics along with it - they’re not utilizing the enzyme that would regulate some of T3’s ability to stimulate protein synthesis, while they are simultaneously signaling the body to produce an inhibitory enzyme (D3). And remember, for decades bodybuilders who were dieting for a contest have been convinced that you lose less muscle with T4 use, but that it’s less effective for losing fat when compared with T3? Well, as we’ve seen, without something (GH in this case) to aid in the conversion process, it would clearly be less effective! Since the deiodinase enzyme is also located in the liver, and we see decreased hepatic nitrogen clearance with GH + T3, it would seem that the D3 enzyme is exerting it’s inhibitory effects, but in the absence of the effects of the first two deiodinase enzymes, it remains unchecked and therefore not only limits the GH’s nitrogen retention capability.

     

     

    In other words, if we have enough to GH in our body to aid in supraphysiological conversion of T4 into T3, but we already have the too much (exogenous) T3, the GH is not going to be converting any excess T4 into T3 after a certain point - which would be a limiting factor in GH’s anabolic effects, when coupled with the act that we’ve allowed the D3 enzyme to inhibit the T3/GH synergy that is necessary.

     

     

    As further evidence, when we look at certain types of cellular growth (the cartilage cell in this case) we see that GH induced rises in IGF-I stimulates proliferation; whereas T3 is responsible for hypertrophic differentiation. So it would seem that in some tissues, IGF-1 stimulates the synthesis of new cells, while T3 makes them larger. In this particular case, the fact that T4 and (D1) deiodinase is an active component in this system is noted by the authors. They clearly state (paraphrasing) that: “T4 is converted to T3 by deiodinase (5'-DI type 1) in peripheral tissues…[furthermore]GH stimulates conversion of T4 to T3 , suggesting that some effects of GH may involve this pathway.” The thing I want you to notice is that the authors of this paper state that the conversion PATHWAY is probably involved, and not the simple presence of T3. (15 )

     

     

    Also, that same study notes that T3 has the ability to stimulate IGF-I expression in tissues, whereas GH has no such effect (ibid).

     

     

    So what are we doing when we add T3 to GH? We’re effectively shutting down the conversion pathway that is responsible for some of GH’s effects! And what would we be doing if we added in T4 instead of T3? You got it - we’d be enhancing the pathway by allowing the GH we’re using to have more T4 to convert to T3, thus giving us more of an effect from the GH we’re taking. Adding T4 into our GH cycles will actually allow more of the GH to be used effectively!

     

     

    Remember, the thing that catalyzes the conversion process is the deiodinase enzyme. This is also why using low amounts of T3 would seem (again, anecdotally in bodybuilders) to be able to slightly increase protein synthesis and have an anabolic effect – they aren’t using enough to tell the body to stop or slow down production of the deiodinase enzyme. Hence, although this analogy isn’t perfect, think of GH as a supercharger you have attached to your car…if you don’t provide enough fuel for it to burn at it’s increased output level, you aren’t going to derive the full effects.

     

     

    Thyroid status also may influence IGF-I expression in tissues other than the liver. So what we have here is a problem. When we take GH, it lowers T3 levels, but we need T3 to keep our GH receptor levels optimally upregulated. In addition, it’s suspected that many of GH’s anabolic effects are engendered as a result of production of IGF-1; so keeping our IGF receptors upregulated by maintaining adequate levels of T3 seems prudent. But as we’ve just seen, supplementing T3 with our GH will abolish Growth Hormone’s functional hepatic nitrogen clearance, possibly through the effect of reducing the bioavailability of insulin-like growth

    So we want elevated T3 levels when we take GH, or we won’t be getting ANYWHERE NEAR the full anabolic effect of our injectable GH without enough T3. And now we know that not only do we need the additional T3, but we actually want the CONVERSION process of T4 into T3 to take place, because it’s the presence of those mediator enzymes that will allow the T3 to be synergistic with GH, instead of being inhibitory as is seen when T3 is simply added to a GH cycle. And remember, we don’t only want T3 levels high, we want types 1 and 2 deiodinase to get us there- and when we take supplemental T3, that just doesn’t happen…all that happens is the type 3 deiodinase enzyme shows up and negates the beneficial effects of the T3 when we combine it with GH.

     

     

    And that’s where myself and Dr. Daemon ended up, after a week of e-mails, researching studies, and gathering clues.

     

     

    If you’ve been using GH without T4, you’ve been wasting half your money – and if you’ve been using it with T3, you’ve been wasting your time. Start using T4 with your GH, and you’ll finally be getting the full results from your investment.

    <p>Its people like you that keep people like me training! Your build is unbelievable and its shows the hard work and dedication you have put in day in and out for im sure much of your life! I am 6'4 220 (260 at peak) 26yrs old and I have never look near your level nor could I imagine the struggle and dedication you have put in and went threw. Im sure with how far you have already come that you will find a way to get where you are going with you life style.   19. Dont bother. As stated above Test powder is less expensive and more available than tren powder so I wouldnt trust it. Dont waste you cycle with questonable gear. Sorry about your loss.

  20. Wait until you try Tren with GH and Test! WOW!!!:clap:

     

    That was the only cycle I had to quit half way threw! No joke there boys it was so intense that my body was taxed to hell and could not cope...the doses were a bit much though. I just stuck with the test for the remainder of the cylcle and it was still unbelievable.

  21. It doesn't hurt to try more EO to dilute it more. I just made some beautiful Test Prop 100/ NPP 50 combo in EO and it is PAINLESS!! Although like you mentioned not everyone has the same tolerance for TP, but hopefully more EO will help with the pain factor.

     

     

    Dont be taking all that combo without me Snachito! I have plenty of scar tissue that's dying to be reopened with that combo...hell I might even let 50mg dbol join the party along with it for say 6 weeks. I see how it is...you've been hiding out so you dont have to share all then EO blends with the rest of the family huh?
