  1. I use a old beat up phone to play pandora which stays in my pocket or my cock strap if im wearing one that day. I do have my daily expensive phone that goes on the gym floor for a stop watch during my rest pause sets and goes right into my gym bag after the set. But I also dont like to work so close to people I can smell their ass either.

     

    Many years ago I was at a chillis or applebees and the waiter accidnently spilled a jug of water right over my phone that was on the table. Phones back then werent water resistant like they are now and the shit kicked the bucket. I remember the manager a few days later called me to make it right and said something like technically you shouldnt have a phone where it may get damaged and around liquids, but as a courtesy ill give a reasonable amount to replace it.

    Think of bodybuilding like a three legged stool. One leg is drugs/supplements, the other is recovery (food and rest), lastly you got training. If you go too high on one your table will be unbalanced. The "magic" happens when you got the right combination of all three happening at the same time.

  3. I have a "13mm" belt from Pioneer. I say "13mm" because to comply with powerlifting regulations, the suede is part of the 13mm, so there's about 10mm of leather plus the suede. Had I known this before ordering, I would have forgone the customization & gotten only leather & not the belt with the suede on it. Don't get a double prong. I have a single prong & I've heard from a lot of people that double prongs are a big PITA to get on.

     

    Tapered...just no. Having the front of the belt smaller completely takes away from the whole purpose of the belt. I mean, if you just want a belt to have a belt like some of the old guys at my gym who have been lifting for years but look like total shit, do movements with shit form, can't move anything even remotely impressive, & walk around with their wide back belt on the entire time they're on the weightroom floor looking like a bag of dicks, then by all means, go ahead & get a wide back/tapered belt. If you actually want to use the belt properly to increase your performance, then get the normal (& more importantly, more effective) 4" belt.

     

    Id disagree on the tapered belt. Yes, a 4 inch will give you more surface area to push against but its not like the 2.5 inch on the front is completely useless. You still get some intrabdominal pressure with it Its always a trade off between comfort and performance. You want performance get a 4 inch 13mm with no suede...thats gonna be the one that offers the most support, but also the most uncomfortable and itll dig into you for a long long time before it breaks in. Personally I prefer a 10mm tapered belt

  4. depends what you're going to use it for. I use a "bodybuilding" tapered belt for all my lifts and i lift what most would consider pretty heavy. As far as brands go pioneer belts are the best bar none. And that's coming from someone who has a powerlifting belt from inzer, 2 from best belts, one from bobs belts and one from cardillo and those are considered the best. I also have a cheaper cardillo from amazon, a scheick nylon one and the one from pioneer just crushes every other belt

  5. Regular members know I'm recovering from a deadlift injury that resulted in my C6- C7 compressing on my radial nerve. Going to a Chiropractor I'm my area that had IFBB and pro athletes as clients. Also just had a anti-inflammatory shot into my C7 to bring down inflammation of the nerve and help with pain. Lost most strength on right side. And close to a inch size off my arm. Doing various things to decompress nerve and have brain fire up right side.

     

    Two sessions in they started Gua Sha (scraping) my lateral head of th

    e tricep completely flat and mushy 2 sessions in starting to pop out pretty amazing. I didn't really buy into Chinese medicine/ treatments. But I gotta say I'm blown away. The process hurts like a motherfucker but takes as pain as you can ensure we'll worth it. The bruising from the broken blood vessels is funny to see, I played a joke my my wife saying he messed up gotta go hospital in extreme pain. She fell for it....lol. but gotta say this shit works awaking to muscles!!

     

     

    I do this to myself in areas I can reach after I vigorously masturbate to relax my body. I notice an increase in mobility and the muscle fires better/more responsive in the gym the next day

    It's a "Storwgr" hormone, used by the Bodybuilder type to

    aid in packing on quick mass. Although, I suppose

    "Indirectly" as one gains 25+ lbs over 30+ days it

    "Could" sorta be lumped in there for strength.

     

    But, I believe OP is looking more for that all elusive stack, or stand-alone that gives quick Iron moving power

    Love slin tho, it's always given me that last 20-30 lbs toward the end of a bulker & 65+ % is keepable.

     

    You do get some strength because of the crazy glycogen levels in your muscle but i get what youre saying
