250-500mcg per shot of each BPC-157 and TB500 mixed together at site of injury. If there is a specific tendon or site that you are focused on repairing and are able to access easily, then administration directly into the tendon or as close to it, is considered the most beneficial for quicker myocyte activation repair and healing.

Aggressive protocol:

Some also advocate twice a day shots (morning and evening) of 250-500mcg as an aggressive protocol for 4 weeks and then a maintenance dose of 250mcg daily of each compound thereafter for lagging injuries until one feels the injury has healed and administration is no longer needed.
