Blue cross/blueshield usually 4-8 bucks a bottle and prescribed 400 Mgs per week and YES insurance covers it...Various plans have.

Many in the medical community believe permanent shut down of the thyroid from t3 usage to be a myth. It works on a negative feedback loop but not the same as the HPTA. Usually thyroid function even after an extended use of t3 and higher levels returns to somewhat normal
levels within 1-2 weeks.

i'm really surprised that you, of all people, have bought into this crock of dog excrement - hook, line and sinker, brother. the electoral college was created with the specific intention of shifting the focus away from the citizens’ direct popular vote and to conceal the founding fathers' desire to keep power and control over the populace. this is what i am referring to when i say, behind, behind the scenes. the proposal (oh yeah, there was a proposal very early on for direct election) that the people elect the president directly was squarely rejected by the fathers, who were in favor of indirect popular election. why is that? because they were attempting to control the presidency through political manipulation. and so it still goes on.

The idea is to train an antagonist muscle first to pull blood and synovial fluid into the working areas. He will usually incorporate some lying leg curls or something of hat nature first then start working Quads. I did this for over a year and it does work but you also acclimate to it as well...so I tend to do that every other week now.

when reversing you want to do so generally by taking your base diet and gradually adding in calories usually for me this comes back in as carbs as protein and fats stay pretty high. i tend to use carbs on training days only even in offseason to optimize insulin sensitivity. say in prep my carbs hit 100 per day on training days. i will immediately post contest pull those up to 250 grams per day. decrease cardio by 30 min per day and slowly build up from there.
