  1. Personally a few months back in the very early surges of prep I tried a couple kits and was not that impressed. I was running only 1.7iu per day but I simply could not afford anymore. I have been very impressed with the grey tops and 4iu per day.

  2. Remember that aromasin and arimidex are more for

circulating estrogen where as Nolvadex is site specific...I had a pretty mean case of gyno from test, tren and dbol back in the early 2000's and they were the size of marbles. I started pharm grade Femera at 2.5mgs ED and Nolvadex at 60mgs per day...Pretty agressive but it damn sure

worked. I think I ran it for about 4-5 weeks...I had ZERO sex drive and my joints were killing me but i had no

    gyno.

  3. I have been separated for a few months now. Has nothing to do with gear but she did admit she would rather me be done with competing after this year...at least for a while, and that's ok by me. When I compete I'm an anal retentive, micro managing prick face. So I can see her point...We are working on it....MANY factors here not really competition based. Mainly step children based.

  4. So if you had to lower calories even further would you cut from carbs, since he's most likely insulin resistent?

YES...however now knowing he has been eating 3300 cals per day I would not suggest dropping to 2300 to start. I'd drop to 2800 cals. 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat. That should yield 1-2 lb of fat/water loss per week with no additional cardio.

  5. Maybe but not always the case. Metabolic response is extremely different in everyone and what looks right on paper and what adds up with mathematical equations is not always the case. I start all clients who want to recomp at BMR and have them give me biofeedback every few days. If too hungry we add some calories if force feeding we may back off some. At 15% bodyfat a deficit can't hurt as long as he is getting enough protein and fats.

  6. Your BMR is 2,236 cals per day and if I were designing your nutrition I would start you at that point, with some fasted cardio thrown in to help with recomp. Oh and your eating to much protein. 1oz of chicken breast is 7-8 grams per oz. Remember too many calories, even from protein can put you in a surplus and keep you from losing fat. Yes it's harder done with protein but it can and will happen.

I start most clients with a 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat macronutrient breakdown and go from there. At 15% your most likely a bit insulin resistant and its time to switch gears and prime your body. Then you'll be able to add fat Free lmb a bit easier.
