  1. Say you have x product dosed at 100mg/ml. You are looking to achieve a weekly

    Dosage of 300mg pinning 3x per week. The syringe is 3ml so each line indicates .1, .2, .3 and so on all the way up to 3ml.

     

    This means that you would need to fill the syringe to 1ml each time, to achieve said 300mg weekly dosage correct pinning 3x/week? This comes out to be a tremendous amount of oil. I must be doing some calculations incorrectly.

  2. Based on info above would there be an opportunity to run mast through the cycle for longer than the last 4? Sounds like sides are fairly benign.

  4. I do think it's effective to curb appetite and energy for training during cutting season. Follow this protocol in the image below for ramping up/down --

    However, instead of "take until desired weight loss", due to tolerance/safety reasons I would treat ECA similar to how you would an oral steroid and instead use these guidelines:

     

    up to eight weeks. Do not exceed this time without taking a break, as your body will gradually build up a tolerance to the ECA stack, and it will cease to work. To maximize the effects of ECA for both fat loss and energy, it is advised to take one to two days off each week to allow your receptors to recover and avoid adrenal fatigue.

  5. hola,

     

    i've read through a few posts on the board about ester switching, most of them have been addressing switching from short esters to long esters. however i'm curious about the opposite (i.e. instead of test prop over to test enth, test enth over to test prop).

     

    i would imagne thta you might halt test enth pinning for some time leading up to when you will start your prop, but i totally could be wrong on that :confused: :confused:

     

    anyone have experience with this? what is the protocol for switching from long esters to short esters?

    thought I'd check what the feedback is on using expired anti-e's, more specifically aromasin. looks like it's dated back in 2015, I probably won't end up using it until the first part of 2017 -- so almost 2 years past expiration.

     

    Anyone have any experience with taking aromasin or any anti e's past the 'sell by date'?

     

    didn't see any posts on this in the past so i thought I'd start a new thread.

    Even before increasing dosage, it takes some time to get to optimal blood levels. My personal exp. is anywhere between 6 to even 10 weeks to reach optimal levels -- then start adjusting dosages based on how u feel from there

    I've calculated my macros for an upcoming cycle for when I am ON in a few months and am looking for critique/feedback around my goals. I currently weigh just under 200lbs but expect to be at the 200 marker for my start point on this new diet I've put together below. My height is 5'11.

     

    Here are the factors that I have taken into consideration while putting these macros together:

    - My goals to grow lean muscle mass this summer

    - Harry Benedict's Formula For Men (from BassKillerOnline)

    Which takes into account overall BMR, Height, Weight and Age

    - My "supplements"

    Which consist of 350MG/week Test-Enth & 300MG/week Deca-Dura to help grow lean

     

    A theory indicates that 1 pound of bodyweight corresponds to approximatively 3500 kcals. So, for a 10 weeks diet example, if you were 200 lbs and your target weight is 220 lbs, you should eat 1000 calories more than what you burn everyday, because 20 lbs in 10 weeks are 2 lbs per week (2 x 3500 kcals), so 7000 kcals / 7 days = 1000 kcals a day more than the maintainance caloric need.

     

    According to Harry Benedict's Formula For Men, my BMR is 3,148 calories. I am looking to gain 1.25 lbs per week of lean mass- which translates to 625 cals a day more than maintenance for my moderately active lifestyle (exericse 3-5 days per week).

     

    I tweaked my macro numbers slightly from the typical 30-50-20 bulk to 38-50-12

    Below my food is divided this up into about 8 meals and snacks throughout the day:

    Meal 1: 8 Eggs, One Cup of Oatmeal, One Cup of Blueberries

    Meal 2: PB&J on Wheat Toast

    Meal 3: Chicken Breast + one cup of rice

    Meal 4: One can of Tuna, Quinoa, Cucumber

    Meal 5 (Pre): Banana & Greek Plain Yogurt

    Meal 6 (Post): Malodextrin, Chia Seeds, Whey Protein Mix

    Meal 7: Chicken Breast, 2 Cups of Whole Wheat Pasta,Marinara Sauce

    Meal 8: Low Sodium Cottage Cheese, Milk, Casein Protein

     

    Based on a daily caloric intake of 3,773 (BMR + muscle gain), I will therefore be consuming roughly 330G Protein, 471G Carbs, 50G fats.

     

    Does this seem like an outrageous # of calories for someone my size? 3,773 seems like a lot for 200 lbs- however, according to the formula above it makes sense to be taking in at an excess of 625 calories over my BMR.

    Any critique or feedback is again hugely helpful.

     

    Additional questions:

    - How will I pack on the lean muscle while taking in this many calories a day?

    - Does anyone have any advice diet-wise to keep bloat down on Deca?

    - Lastly, according to Milos Sacrev's diet advice we should be toning down carb levels as activity levels drop. Unfortunately, I cant seem to find any places to drop these carbohydrates for lack of activity, because again referring back to the formula I need to be taking in a minimum of about 500G of carbs a day.

    DBP is right, 300mg of test is useless (depending on your age). I'm going to assume you are in your 20's. The natural levels for a healthy person your age should be around the 1000ng/ml mark. You quite simply could just be shutting down natural test production for synthetic. Which doesn't make much sense.

     

    I believe in the conservative route. However, if this if your second cycle make it count. Your receptors should be really clean. Which is the best time to optimize results with moderate (yet still relatively safe doses). Of course, as CG pointed out, in order to really optimize you doses diet and training should be in check.

    Thank you for putting this into perspective, this is my biggest concern with using testosterone conservatively. One of the things I don't have a full grasp on (perhaps because I have not had a blood panel done yet & partly due to the variability on a person to person basis) is how test levels translate free testosterone on a blood panel, & vice versa.

     

    What does typical production look like for males when a synthetic comparison is made? Obviously this varies significantly by age and person but can it be ball parked? 200mg? 300mg? With TRT doses typically landing in this range I would suspect that these are "normal" production levels.

     

    1000ng/ml? What does that mean?

     

    What does a blood panel look like for someone used 500MG per week vs. 1G per week?

     

    Any information in you can offer in this are would he hugely helpful.

I don't know where you are with your knowledge on muscle building or knowledge of gear and each of their chemical bonds and properties. I do know when I first joined I had already experienced taking almost every aas made and yes I grew muscle a got bigger, but then the plateau came and my growth stopped. I really think that you are a lot like I was, and trust me, I'm not putting you down or saying you know nothing about your body and goals you want to accomplish, but before going any further let the vets on here give you the advice and info you need because believe me it sounds like you need it.

    Guys like BMBP, H3, GK, Titan, Q&A with Caged Freak, and I know ossanob, is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to nutritional values your body needs and how to use them to help grow. I think you just need to know the significance in what your taking, how much and you nutritional facts and points. I'm sure as you know it's not just about gear that's about 5% of it, 85% is dieting, and the other 10% is your training. Good luck and hope you take my advice on listening to these guys on here.

    & since you are the only one who asked about diet so far, here it is:

     

    38% Carbs: 250G

    19% Fats: 57G

    43%: 286G Protein

     

    again, I developed this after watching Milos's secrets of the pros video. Any critique on current macro set, or better yet, how you might suggest this should change when AAS is added in, is hugely appreciated.

    Thank you for the feedback, and sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you. I am not put down - I am certainly aware of these vets you mentioned.

     

    Navy chiefs post: anadrol to winstrol gave a great lay of the land, cagedfreaks Q&A was extremely informative and titans post on esters/carbons/half lives been instrumental in building a general foundational understanding. I am eager to get started again - this is just the start of a lifelong journey for me around health, fitness, exercise and AAS.

     

    Diet and training are crucial- the majority of my life i have been exercising without AAS so I'm certainly well versed on being consistent with food intake and training hard (although I am interested in giving cagedfreaks higher rep strategy he had mentioned in his Q&A a whirl to prevent injury). I've built and tried different dieting concepts and training principles by continuously rsearching, reading, and learning.

     

    Some of the more recent influences are:

    - Milos Sacrev: secrets of the pros video posted by Titan on macronutrients helped me build out a diet plan

     

    - Bob cicherillo's world class physique training DVD

     

    These are just some of the more recent major influences but I have been building up as much knowledge as I can around dieting and training. I know how to dial in my diet and training...Now it is a matter of getting educated on the how to align the proper gear.

  12. I have never run a cycle with only 300mg/week of test and I would not recommend it. I would like to hear some guys' experiences /results on here who have run cycles with only 300mg/week of test.

     

    Oops, almost forgot. 300mg/week EQ.....no. That is not enough as everyone else here has already said.

     

    "My goal is not to become a freak, or freakishly large". In that case you ARE using the right dosages because you will not get freakishly large on these tiny doses. I therefore change my recommendation to you after I just reread your post and you do not want to put on very much muscle?

    I like this question. it made me think!

     

    The goal is to certainly to pack on muscle. Given my overall bodily sensitivity to hormones, sunlight, carbohydrates... well just about anything - I wanted to make sure I am not putting myself in a stupid position (far too high of a compound of a particular dose). Undershooting dosages are one thing and can be fixed - over shooting dosages however can take time to heal.

     

    I certainly may push the dosages up slightly on each , as most seem to agree as 600MG as the spot for EQ and obviously 300MG test may be the equivalent of a TRT dose.

     

    say I push up slightly to:

     

    400MG test

    600 mg eq

    this is still "low" compared to the recommendations on here.. but at this point you're telling me 1G of hormones flowing through my system is not expected to have an effect?

  13. Cagedfreak didn't say deca was garbage he said it causes him to bloat too much so he uses npp instead. (Same hormone)

     

    600mg/wk eq is a better choice. 300 isn't enough IMO.

     

     

    Are you using an AI? You didn't put that info in your post.

     

    I get acne and its terrible if my estrogen gets high. Controlling estrogen will help control acne.

    Other than that i have some acne on me most of the time. Its been there since before I ever touched a hormone. Not covering my body but i have some on my body. . 2x week in a tanning do wonders. Keeping clean and eating clean are paramount.

     

    Coming off is when i get the worst break outs. Even dropping to a cruise dose i get bad breakouts. The changes in levels get me more so than when I'm on a consistent cycle.

     

    I like deca, npp and eq. For reasons listed and more.

    Eq is great other than it taking 8-10 weeks to show itself.

    I am using an AI to keep estrogen levels in check. Sticking with aromasin 12.5 EOD, or as needed.

     

    I completely agree - there are a variety of reasons why acne occurs. Some of them BS, some not but hormonal imbalance is DEFINITELY one of them.

  15. Personally prefer EQ to deca for the reasons you listed but both are good compounds IMO. I don't know much about the acne thing never had issues myself. But 1:1 and 1:2 test to eq are both fine options IMO. Also, its quite refreshing to see someone with their head on straight and using their brain, so thanks for that.

    I'm a bit more in favor of EQ as well. Dosage wise I may end up moving more to a 1:2 ratio depending on overall feedback I receive here.

     

    The acne can be a result of so many things it's truly difficult to pinpoint - fortunately for you there is no need to worry.. that is one of the primary reason a I had deca listed is because it does not have nearly the androgenic properties (which is the cause of oily skin, deepening of voice, bodily hair) of EQ.. Although so far I have not gotten much agreement on this.

     

    Thanks for the kind words - I want to make sure I know some shit and get some feedback from the board members valuable personal experiences before I pull any triggers. After all - that's mostly what we have to understand these compounds isn't it?

    Appreciate the feedback brother. As you noted here a lot of the research I've done across this board indicates that 600mg is the minimum threshold for substantial effects from EQ.

     

    Certainly not against this although I may shoot for working my way up to 600. Reason being, again, is to avoid sides knowing my body's overall sensitivity to.. well, just about anything.

    Looking for feedback or personal experiences for my second cycle.

     

    Background & goals: I am 5’11 roughly 200 lbs. I have been lifting for the past 6 years or so My goal is not to become a freak, or freakishly large, rather to look better than the average human… hopefully a lot better :)

    First cycle, I pinned Test Cyp 250mg 2x per week – which I certainly blew up within 6-10 weeks to and added a solid 20 lbs. At about the 8 week mark by unfortunate genetic predisposition to had begun causing horrible acne, so I had see a derm. My derm had advised that I start accutane treatment, and I decided to end my cycle abruptly.

    Now – with my acne completely clear I have been reading forums/ebooks for a second cycle.

     

    Here are some of the cycle options that I am looking for feedback on:

     

    1. Test & EQ 1:1

    - 16 Weeks 150MG Test Enth. 2X Per week (300MG total)

    - 20 Weeks 300 MG EQ 1x Per Week (300MG total)

     

    2. Test/Deca 1:1

    16 Weeks 150MG Test Enth 2X Per Week (300MG Total)

    16 Weeks 300MG Nandrolone Decanoate 1X Per week (300MG Total)

     

    My two approaches here are KISAS (Keepin It Simple As Shit) and conservativeness. I have learned more is not better and I really want to get to understand the compounds as they affect me. The goal is to keep acne in control, while keeping pinning to a minimum.

     

    Questions:

     

    - Does anyone else have experiences with acne during their cycle, and can you explain how you have dealt? Are there other compounds out there that have helped minimize/balance out? IMO my acne breakout was caused by the higher test (highly androgenic AAS). My theory is listed below:

     

    Ex. Replace 500-600mg of test

    With 300 mg test, 300mg EQ for a total of 600mg of AAS from different compounds to help minimize acne. EQ is far less androgenic than test and will lead to less oily skin, acne, etc.

    - In terms of effects and sides, does anyone have any experience with singling out deca vs. eq?

    EQ = increased appetite, increased RBC, vascularity, leanness…

    Deca = shuts you down (deca dick), anti-prog needed, 19-nor may be its own beast, but builds out fullness & mass…

     

    - What can you expect from Deca vs what can you expect from EQ? I've read through cagedfreak's post - he had thought that Deca was truly garbage, HOWEVER it still is one of the most popular AAS

     

    I am open to suggestions, feedback and would love any thoughts here. I plan to do a blood panel to keep RBC, test & estrogen in check prior to and during as well. Thank you in advance for any support and feedback.
