  1. Technique is vital if your intention is to target a specific muscle..However lifting heavier weights with less than perfect form will stimulate its own growth response on all muscles involved in the lift.

  2. Push Pull is a great routine when I do it I switched order of body parts each workout so nothing lagged

     

    Example

    Day 1 Chest/Shoulders/Tri

    Day 2 Back/Biceps/Rear Delts

    Day 3 Quads/Hams/Calves

    Day 4 Rest

    Day 5 Shoulders/Triceps/Chest

    Day 6 Biceps/Rear Delts/Back

    Day 7 Hams/Calves/Quads

  3. I've always wanted to be in the gym 7 days a week.. it doesn't always happen but I feel like I'm getting smaller when I'm not in there

     

    You are getting smaller due to the pump dissipating and glycogen leaving the muscle..However the muscle tissue itself is not going anywhere and is in fact repairing itself growing larger..Dont be fooled by the net result of being smaller after taking a few days off..You will find that once you return and pump the muscle back up you will be even larger than before thanks to the rest needed to actually grow new tissue

  4. good point about rest..if you force yourself to rest more than the usual 1-2 days per week than you are guaranteed to grow

     

     

    I've always been a guy that loves being in the gym. Spending my time as an undergrad and grad student working as a trainer, it felt like I was always there. So it's always been a challenge to not overdo it as far as training goes. My most successful bulking phase has come after my last competition. I came back to the gym and forced myself to lift only four days a week. Still did light cardio and ab work on the three off days but forced myself to not lift any weights. Didn't change up the way I trained, but the extra time recovering made a substantial difference for growth. My routine was pretty simple:

     

    Sunday: Legs

    Monday: light cardio and abs

    Tuesday: Chest and Shoulders

    Wednesday: light cardio and abs

    Thursday: Back

    Friday: Light cardio and abs

    Saturday: Arms and various lateral raises for addition shoulder work (high reps and lighter weights for them)

  5. Changing routines every 6-8 weeks works best for me..once your body adapts to current routine your development will fall off and eventually you can only go up in weight so much..i rotate between the following routines and use the push pull and 5 day split the most often

    Push/Pull

    5 day split

    GVT

    20 rep squats

For gaining muscle there is one rule that is hard to comprehend and even harder to follow through on and that is you make gains while you rest...Significant gains..not a pumped up glycogen filled type of gain but real actual gains that make your actual muscle mass bigger..If you use drugs you should not train more often just because you feel good and can...You will make more gains using drugs and taking multiple rest days a week....Taking less rest days while on drugs makes little sense...You grow at rest...Training is important but rest is equally important..

  7. Do u notice any type of recovery period once you stop? rebound fat gain?

    I must be one of the lucky ones, because 12.5mcg of t3 elevates my energy, increases my appetite, and rips me up w/o any noticeable flatness. Yes i'm not exaggerating, 12.5mcg. Just make sure you have pharmacy stuff
  8. Gonna have to agree with the flattening of muscles..on just 25 MG's I deflated and strength is down

     

     

    I hate T3 and Clen they both flatten me out and I lose muscle mass no matter what. Call me crazy but I just my first run of DNP at 250 to 325 mgs per day and was far superior to anything I've used besides Gh. The sides sucked but we're tolerable and I wouldn't go over 500mgs per day it just scares me. But the fat just shed off and I kept muscle AND I ate carbs lol

HCG will skyrocket your estrogen and an AI is an absolute must..Nolva will be of minimal use...Even with an AI the HCG aromatizes inside testes which an AI can not control so you want to keep dosing moderate. Excess estrogen will quickly cause you to look like shit as it obscures your muscles and softens them leading to a puffy bloated mess of a physique

  10. Agree with you...A little test along side the sdrol would have mitigated the lethargy

     

    I honestly disagree with your statement. It was marketed as a prohormone because it was able to skirt the law. It was actually invented in the 60's I believe, but was never marketed, hence, it wasn't on the FDA list of steroids.

    Also, I've used most everything under the sun, but I've never EVER got the gains and side effects like I did on superdrol. It was actually stunning, within 2 weeks, I was up almost 12 pounds but felt like total dog shit. I'd never use it again, but if you've taken real stuff, you cannot say it was ineffective

  11. Superdrol is amazing if u want to get big , increase strength and avoid estrogen conversion. Although you will get very very big a lot of the size disappears after you go off. A portion of that size was actually glycogen in the muscle and unfortunately that does not stick...Superdrol seems to retain more glycogen than most other AAS I've used...

     

    Tbol is a cleaner oral..It doesn't work fast like superdrol but the gains are real as in not water/glycogen but actual muscle you keep..And you can stay on for long periods unlike superdrol 8-10 weeks is no problem at 60-80 mgs of Tbol...

     

    Var is great allegedly..I've yet to use a VAR I was sure was Var..Its maybe the most faked AAS in existence and many times Im pretty sure I was using winny sold to me as Var but the winny or whatever it was worked so it took a while to catch on and im still not sure so fuck it..

     

    EQ works but u have to go 12 -16 weeks for modest gains although they are keepable clean and aesthetic gains the price of the drug isn't worth what u get compared to other drugs out there

     

    NPP fucking bloat city but insane strength gains..You will look bloated and your definition will be less but you will grow ..You will also not be having sex without the help of other drugs and its possible you will develop gyno...So use the other drugs with it just in case

     

    Test all forms of test bloat the shit out of me I believe I am estrogen dominate and must use nolvadex and or an AI with all test. Plus your hair will fall out if you are predisposed..

     

    Halodrol is a great drug if you can still find it...Zero bloat zero estrogen zero sides..Moderate muscle and strength gains and an overall aesthetic look

     

    Pmag is another good designer that will increase strength and size with minor bloat minimal sides. Not nearly as strong as superdrol but stronger than tbol or hdrol
