    Hey Big Earl, I know you asked Caged Freak but I will throw in my 2 cc's. I would say if you are healthy get on a good dose of test immediatly. Not sure your history or stats so I can't say how much. If it was me I'd shoot 500mgs test e for 4 weeks then bump to 750mgs for another another 4 weeks, then bump to a gram and cruise on that or up it and/or add in another compound. I would transition slowly and then when at optium doses I would ride it out long term and enjoy the gains until I needed to switch compounds up.

     

    My advice is best time to start is now! My answer as to why I offer this advice is bc it sucks and feels pathetic to be normal without gear. I say go for it and be smart, take it slow and then hit the cruise control switch when comfortable at the level you set.

  5. This is a great thread. Two times now I've seen a thread about this and OP is spot on! I donate every 8 weeks and have noticed my cheeks are not red anymore, went away after 2-3 drops. I used to have a flushed face for 10 years and now my cheeks are normal. This is the best advice I reccomend for long term health for a long term AAS user. I reccomend every serious long term/cruiser/blaster to donate every 8-12 weeks. Great post OP!

  6. in my opinion, most people do not pay enough attention to estrogen levels because they are more concerned with testosterone. Even moer concerning is the people who don't pay much attention to estrogen while running a nandrolone or trenbolone because of the "prolactin" or porgesterone receptor related sides. Well, I'm here to hopefully clarify these things for some of you. This shoudln't take too long to read and it could save you some real trouble and hassle in the future. I tried to divide it up into basic sections if you are looking for something specific but don't want to read it all (please at least read the portion toward the end about Progesterone interaction).

     

    Estrogen is commonly referred to as "E2" in many threads you will see and is actually a reading of one's "estradiol" levels. Estrogens are made up of Estrone (E1), Estradiol (E2), and Estriol (E3) (though the one we're concerned with is E2 specifically). It is ok to simply refer to these as estrogen, but it's more important that you know how to control your own through a basic understanding of the topic.

     

    Complexity and Sexual Makeup

    The mechanisms through which E2 interacts with sexual reproductive organs and other hormones in the male body is actually much more complex than in a woman's body. This is mainly because we have so little E2 compared to our counterparts. The same can be said of testosterone in women; a slight change in levels can trigger huge changes. A lot of people know the term "aromatase" or "aromatization" when it comes to testosterone vs estrogen levels. But, many don't know that the leydig cells in your testicles are responsible for the aromatase process which creates E2. Natural E2 in this instance is responsible for the prevention of sperm cell apoptosis (basically the death of that sperm cell through mutation). So, E2 plays an important role in maintaining healthy sexual function in your life.

     

    What is Normal?

    The average human male E2 level will sit somewhere inbetween 15 - 60 pg/mL. The middle of this range is obviously ideal for several reasons, but both end of the spectrum need to be examined to better understand the effects it can have on your body. First of all, let's point out that these "normal" male levels are about the same as a post-menopausal female. So, it makes sense that the higher your levels go past that top number, the more female characteristics start to take shape (much like some post-menopausal women may lose some female characteristics and may even develop some testosterone related attributes such as hair on their face). But what about the low end? Is that a graveyard for both sexes?

     

    What is Low and What are the Symptoms?

    Low can be described as anything lower than that 15 pg/mL benchmark. However, it is possible for your levels to drop dangerously close to ZERO. It's funny when we as a society think so much about testosterone as the driving force of sexual thought and action in males, but actually E2 levels are just as important in maintaining that sexual desire. And to go even further, it's a desire for life and the feelings and emotions that will propel you through life. With low E2 levels, much of this is lost and most individuals feel like "hope is lost" and experience a very downtrodden feeling. I have been there myself (confirmed labs of less than 10 pg/mL) and I can tell you it's no fun at all.

     

    How to Avoid Dropping Into the Danger Zone

    For awhile now in bodybuilding community we have been using SERMs and AIs to control our "estrogen" levels for fear of "bitch tits" or gynecomastia. Well, that is one of the side effects if you let the aromatase process get out of control. On the other end of the spectrum is the loss of sex drive and the previously discussed downtrodden feeling. The main way you find yourself on the low end of the spectrum is by overdoing it in the prevention department. Many men who have had any gyno symtoms at all are so afraid of getting it again that they will consistently use far too high of an AI or SERM dose far too often in an effort to keep it at bay. Knowing the function of these items you are using to combat additional aromatase production is crucial in controlling and stabilizing levels. Since I have found a nice routine, I am able to keep my levels between 20-25 pg/mL with little problem.Written by the great get some

     

    Interesting and great post Bro Bundy! Lots of good info in there. That's why with Dbol and test us guys feel so good. We need some E2 for erections, feeling of well being, and size and muscle growth. Always a good idea to have on hand an aromitizable compound like Dbol or prop.

  7. I have scar tissue buildup in both shoulders.. there is a visible lump in each delt.

     

    I also have it on my left ass cheek. it swells up more when i inject but seems to fade away here and there but theres always a small bit of a hard lump.

     

    Is there any type of massage or anything I can do to help break up this tissue???

     

    I've always rotated delts and Glutes, and favored longer esters to avoid too many injects, but over the years I guess the scar tissue was bound to come.

     

    Now I am experimenting with more spots, anything besides delts, glutes just feels weird as shit to me but I'm gona have to suck it up and get used to it!

    just pinned chest the past 2 times and it feels pretty funky but tolerable I suppose.

     

    I noticed the buildup on my delts mostly after my last cycle of tren suspension, i did 1/2 cc EOD In each delt for about 4 weeks.. the swelling/lump is still there well over a month after my last inject. Havent shot anything in delts since then, still have the lumps! Ive been rubbing it really hard but that doesn't seem to do shit.

     

    My advice would be to stop injecting into the delts and glutes for a awhile. Rotate injections; traps, chest, quads. Stay away from acetates and propionates and go with long esters for now. Find someone in your area who is skilled in deep tissue massage, this I have heard is very painful and expensive and will require multiple visits depending how bad it is but will help rid the scar tissue.

     

    Make sure this is scar tissue you are dealing with and not a sterile or septic abcess. If your skin is red,swollen, and yellow pus leaks out it is an abcess and will require draining and antibiotics.

Personal thing....i think deca generally causes a false sense of muscle gain, meaning that yes it will put mass on u, but the majority of the weight people gain melts off almost completly when prepping, leading one to assume its largly waterweight and maybe some glycogen retention in the muscle bellies.....i kno many may disagree but that is what most guys I work with have concluded over the years lol

    I read what you think about Deca and it's false sense of muscle gain, now my question for you is what do you think of the faster acting version NPP? Any difference in building solid muscle tissue as opposed to Deca. Do the gains hold true with NPP when dieted down? Do you like NPP or Deca better? Thanks CF, appreciate it!

    What are your principles regarding the use of Primobolan depot? Do you like it? If cost was not an issue do you think a gram of Primo would develop lean tissue greater than a gram of EQ? Do you believe Primo was Arnies favorite aas?

  11. I think Dexters longevity in the game aside from genetics comes from a very intelligent philosophy of moderation. He never really pushed the size game like Branch, Jay, Phil, or Kai. He has come up steady year by year very slow and very smart. He is the epitomy of the classic line, " bodybuilding is not a race its a marathon." I respect Dex for that and for not ruining his physique like so many have in the quest for size which their body cannot assimilate. I love freaks and would want to be a freak like Jay or Kai but I can also appreciate a solid Aestheticly shaped physique and would love to look like that and have that shape. Dex is the real deal and I'm glad he has a sandow where unfortunatly guys like flex and levrone didn't get picked. Good to see Dex is still at it, I remember him from when I first got into bodybuilding back in 01. Glad to see him win 4 and set that record. For the win, Dex or Compton, Compton is here and only Big Ramy is as exciting as Compton but that is another discussion lol!

  12. Good post air smith. A guy your height will definitelytake longer to fill out and will usually require higher doses than a shorter guy but will be impressive when that 3d thickness develops. I agree with you regarding training, I check my ego at the door and mentally acknowledge that I am in the gym to work the muscles and not lift weights therefore I don't lift heavy like when I was younger and ego lifting. Now if you are a freak and can lift heavy with great form and many many reps then definitely that will stimulate muscle better than lightweight but let's face it not many people can truly handle heavy weight with strict form, rest pause, slow negatives and contract the muscle. I have been doing 20 mins stair master post workout and have been liking it. Definitely high test levels are essential for staying lean and growing, test is best for size, tried and true. The more test the bigger the bodybuilder.

     

     

    ive been doing generics non stop for like 7 years now….i always had a good source and never felt like any of it was ever fake…..the most i ever did was 10 iu a day for like 3 years straight…i havent gone above 6 ius in a while…i graduated high school 6'4 185lbs skinny fat no muscle tone at all…..went from a 185lb max bench to over 500lbs…i dont lift heavy anymore due to shoulder and elbow problems...I do more reps usually 15-20 sometimes even more…its all about intensity and consistency in training. Just being 6'4 is hard especislly to compete because nearly every flaw shows…you see these pics of these monster bodybuilders and in real life they are only 5'7 and look like midgets. Shorter guys are just more compact and flaws can be hidden way easier…..ive tried small doses of slin here and there but never serious but i might start….i never went above a gram of anything but test until I read cagedfreaks thread…ive been taking a ton of test and still stay dry and lean from taking a 25mg aromasin everyday….i also make sure to do 20-30 minutes of the stairmaster every single day after lifting for my heart which has also made me feel alot healthier……the key to keeping lean and huge is having a high test level and a low estrogen level…..any guy you see all bloated with acne etc has high estrogen levels….the high estro levels are what really fucks the body up the most.

I can't thank you guys enough...and I am eternally grateful for the info..I have definitively decided NOT to run it..the risk is too high and the benefit too low...I'm glad I asked..I'm always looking for new compounds that I haven't ever had access to....eclectic ones I can experiment with and hopefully gain some benefit from.

  14. Symmetry is most important. I'm 6'0 ft and I don't ever want to go over 230 and relatively lean. Being that large is a life style that has nothing to do with health. Being on the sauce is a compromise, but you can do it with relative safety without going full silverback gorilla. I still want to be able to go on a long hike in the mountains without having a heart attack.

     

    Everybody has there ideal body that they would like to obtain. I know the silverback guerrilla look ain't for everybody lol. I think your height is the perfect height, I'm 5 9 and a thick 230 but I would much rather be 6ft with the same thickness. (Name drop lol) I use to watch wolf and Burneika train at flamingo golds in vegas in 2011 before it shut down and I thought Dennis height was perfect, a taller thick man will always beat a shorter thick man and bigger is better atleast in many people's eyes. I would love to be a few inches taller and just work and juice harder to fill out that larger frame. But in the end we all have to work with what we got!

  15. I'd love to add GH into my regimen but simply can't afford to use it at a high enough dosage for a long enough period of time to get hyperplasia induced growth. Is there a minimum dosage you can use with 2-3 grams of gear long term to see significant changes? Currently 255 lbs and 8-9% body fat on around 1.5 g/wk of anabolics only.

     

    255 in singles impressive. How tall are you mate? This would be a great question for Caged Freak, if he sees this hopefully he can give you insight on minimum generic dosage while running 2-3 GS of gear. I would like to hear this as well!

    i think one thing you've missed out on and probably the most important piece to the puzzle is gh.

    i used the mega dose aas approach and gained really well but you will hit a brick wall and can use as many mg's as you want, size won't budge - just water, glycogen and condition but not growth.

    think the 70's golden era, they were 100% banging in grams and grams. cheaper than protein powder back then and just as easy to get!

    albert beckles son went to my gym (good physique too!)

     

    but the mass monsters only came around during dorian's time - he was one of the first to push the envelope on gh and slin use.

     

    thing is, with aas we're only getting muscle cell hypertrophy

    gh + slin = igf-1 and muscle cell hyperplasia

    combine the two and we get a mass monster.

    with aas only we're still heavily reliant on genetics - amount of muscle cells we have and what area has most. some people's arms blow up like crazy like Heath when he was an amateur.

    with gh + slin we're still relying big on genetics but not as much. can't change muscle shape, insertions etc but can change other aspects to a degree.

     

    also one thing ive noticed on myself is that muscle density and quality comes with time, won't come in a couple years like you said.

  17. they do it right from day one from having the right coach and drug guru where most guys like myself learned everything pretty much myself from day one.....if I had the knowledge I have now I would look like I do now 6'4 280 lean prolly 8 years ago. I made so many mistakes when I was younger.

     

    I went back and read, yep 280 now looks like you stayed on! Lol. Great job that's some good size it being quality lean mass even at 6 4. So how many straights years have you been running the generics? Sounds like it's working.

Ive been doing generic hgh for years now and it definitely changed my body to where I can just hold more weight.....The legit grey tops around now are pretty damn good....I never tried pharm grade because of the cost but the right generics definitely work. I remember when I was 24 and started generic blue tops my body transformed in like 3 months and I added weight to my frame. Went from a bloated 240lb guy to a shredded 245 with no diet change.

     

    I have heard this before from some reputable guys with great size and leaness. If the quality was consistent from batch to batch I would like to jump on long term to allow hyperplasia to occur. The human grade is basically unaffordable for most to run a good dose like 6-8iu daily constantly without stopping, shoot it would be alright to run 4 iu of humatrope daily but still is pricey. I'm just skeptical about the generics coming out of China, they skimp when it comes to making money. I guess it just takes that first step action and trying it out for about 6 months straight. How many i u s of the generics were you running? When your body comp changes and you stay the same weight than that is saying a lot, quality visual changes are worth it in that case. Have you continued to stay running the generics?

  20. Bonehard, I like the 2 grams test,900 eq, and 100 drol cycle. Should bring out a lot of volume to your physique with the test causing thickness and the combo of drol and eq will force a lot of blood to your muscles and give you that full pumped appearance. The other two compounds I personally wouldn't use. How many weeks will you push this current plan?

  21. a popular BB from 90's died from it. he was on massive amounts of oral and Inj AAS plus all the other drugs. excessive oral usage plus extreme dieting caused internal bleeding and cytadren prevented the blleding to stop, died of massive hemorrhage.

    it's used in last 4 weeks before BB contest to hold mass while going in severe calorie depletion. you'll have to taper up from 250mg 2 days/2 days off to 500mg 2 days on/2 days off.

     

     

    This would be Munzer. Cytadren definelty being the culprit for the bleed out.

  22. the main concern with cytedren is that it shuts down your fear/flight/fight response to stress. If you're bleeding inside it may keep the bleeding from stopping and you may bleed to death. it's also extremely toxic on your liver and if you have an allergy, it may aggreviate it. severe rash has also been reported.

     

    Bonehard, myosaurus is absolutely right in the concerns using cytadren. Your cortisol will be crushed and your bodies natural fight/flight mechanism will be de-activated. We need cortisol in our body just to wake up from our sleep, with your fight/flight mechanism de-activated your body will not tell your brain to wake up, resulting a coma or death in sleep while trying to wake up but couldn't. Cytadren is one of the drugs I would not touch, just looking out for your well being bonehard.

    Goku, I agree with everything you said, I believe this to be true. In my post I did put gh in the formula but the part with me using it personally to blow up I left it out. Few reasons why I'm waiting on starting gh are cannot afford it(would rather have serostem) and have yet to reach the plateau from a gradual build up of years on continues mega dose aas. Ive been pretty conservative in dose since 2007. Last few years have been cruising on 250 to 500 mgs of test. Slowly growing from the low dose test and 4 of my wifes meals everyday for years + post workout shake, no longer force feed. After a cut stack 14 weeker going to up the test and add in the anabolics. A lot of good info I read from gh15 I noticed you there before I was banned for not posting.

    Wolfpack, I am convinced that these guys who turn pro in 3-5 years do take mega doses. These guys enlist coaches who teach them how to grow and it's through big doses for continueos time. Dallas Mccarver for example, Jay or Branch when they were at teen nats. Jay worked with Aceto at a young age and he had guys like Ed Conor's backing him bc he knew Jays potential. All these guys who blow up quick know how to eat, train, and hormonize usually bc of a good prep coach.
