  1. A side note in the dick department I'm only taking 200mg test(prop) per week and I'm all good with sexy drive(I am also on 200mg mast p per week and 50mg var per day) low dose feel good cycle for me been pretty happy with how it's going.

  2. I've been running 200mg of npp and it's made a world of difference in my shoulder and knees. I'm going to up the dose and see how things go. I don't wish to anger the juice chemistry majors here but how can most people(myself included) prefer npp over reg old deca? I mean the old sang "test is test" and that cyp or prop was virtually the same(I know the molecule weight changes the dose slightly) compound . How could so many people love a compound more in a faster acting version if all the easter does is chage the release time? I mean this comes up with mast too where so many prefer p over e. Is it time to put that old sang to bed?

  3. I've always wondered why bellator didn't abandon the idea of going head to head with the ufc and instead just use pride rules. I know it would be hard as hell to get state athletic approvel for those mma rules, but they could just hold all fights in Japan( where they don't require testing). Like football the ufc will bend to pressure (check the press conference they just had today 2 year ban for first offense being floated around) and "player safety" will trump the essence of the sport. I feel with informed concent anyone should be able to do anything with their body.

Jones tested positive for coke but it was out of comp testing he tested clean for the fight(tho his test levels where suspect acroding to victor Contie) look anyone who's watched mma for a decade or more loves pride and the classic fights from that organization. Everyone was using then and the winners were the fans. I think it should be allowed in combat sports just like any sport. Every job has risks as long as you can make an informed decision about it I see no reason why we can opt for more dangerous jobs as men and it's all good but combat sports is too dangerous?

Unlike most winters I told myself this time I wouldn’t chase pr’s and try to increase my total(I’ve always dabbled in other methods of training outside of bodybuilding, powerlifting, sport specific, yes even crossfit, but bodybuilding will always be my favorite way to train), this winter I decided to just do bodybuilding as the wear and tear of chasing big numbers seems to be catching up to me and at 34 staying injury free and in the gym is the most important thing. so I also thought it was time to revisit a compound I had only tried once previously, drol. Many moons ago I was a big bloated 265lbs( at 5’8 I was a walking heart attack) at that time I was consumed with just being huge and lifting heavy and drol took me from 245-265 in only a few weeks. Granted this was all water and fat as to me a cutting diet was eating only 4/8 slices of pizza, bulk….just eat the whole pie. A lot has changed since then as I tend to have health a lot more in mind(I’m one of those coconut oil preachers now), I would say I now know what it takes to get myself in pretty good beach shape (I posted pics awhile ago)and generally stay consistent with some light cardio year round. I know most of you fuckers are like “what’s next you gunna tell me your favorite color” I get it what’s the point of this post, well it’s to mention to the old timers(most people on this board) maybe you should go back into your cycle history and revisit some compounds you once wrote off. I used to think drol would only boat me and do very little to enhance my actual training exp due to my past use of it(at the time I was barely doing enough reps to get a pump, but as I type this my forearms are burning). 100mg of D’s drol has done wonders for me in only about 14 days(first 5 days I took 50 and didn’t really have dramatic effects but once I bumped it to 100 it’s been nothing short of amazing). i’m retaining some water(take some nolvadex for that) for sure and my diet in all honesty hasn’t been as stable as I wanted(3k-3500 cals a day with a cheat day getting way out of control once a week) but the hunger pains I usually get from dbol aren’t as much as with this drol and the pumps, strength, and aggression in the gym are thur the roof. You can’t put a weight in my hand that I don’t think I could move on this stuff. I seriously feel like I could add this to a summer cycle,with reduced cals, consistent cardio I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. for the new guys give drol a shot and for the old guys all I’m saying is take a look back and see if you ever wrote something off as ineffective but this time take a look at what was going on training/ diet/life wise and see if it was the compound that was the issue or if it was something else.

  6. i'm a long time fan of mma(I recall seeing gsp lose to matt hughes via armbar with like 3 seconds left, shit had me hooked), I have to disagree about the sport going to shit, the sport itself has issues like all sports(bad calls see stole gate, bad decisions see one every card, and of course politics of guys talking their way into title shots see conner mcgragor, and of course "reckless" behavior by it's stars see jones), but I still think it's way better now then in the mid 2000's. aside from football it's really the only thing I follow closely, and as such have been reading everything I can about jone's tests. first off it was out of competition testing that he tested positive for blow. it's insane to think someone at the highest level would be partying during training camp but from all accounts this guys is other worldly(listen to the jre podcast with brain stann and here first hand about what it was like at Jackson's and how he handled dudes from the get go). they tested him a few weeks latter and he had no coke in his system but his t to e ratio was way the fuck off, victor conte posted about how a normal mans is anywhere from .75-1.3 and his was .19, does seem off but training does lower test levels(that low tho idk). seems as if there's a lot of issues with his drug tests and from most accounts (jon fitch says upwards of 70% are on, and gsp's main reason for retiring is also the lack of testing) all the top guys use. regardless I actually hated him prior to this fight hype I felt he had no personality and was a bland kind of champion(and lost to gust), now at least the guy has some character to him.

  7. Ultimate funds I'd love to run the no sides compounds like primo and var at higher doses then I ever have. I think as you get older those two become alot more important, ill probaly love/hate the day I can no longer take tren, bang for the buck its the best. If I was to every kick shit up a convivable "dream" cycle would be:

    Eq 600mg ew

    Test suspension 100mg Ed

    Tren a 600mg ew

    Mast p 600mg ew

    Var 50mg Ed

     

    A 16 week run would be lovely but idk about tren for that long at that high for me, I run something like this all summer but 400mg mast test and 200-400tren depending how bad I want to sleep for a few weeks

Interesting info regarding tren thanks for sharing in regards to upping the dose I think at 200mg per week most people get some benifit with very limited sides once you venture into the 400mg per week mark and up I when the sides hit most like a truck. I'm done with tren in the summer months the feeling of being hot all the time just isn't worth it for me anymore

  10. I've crossed t-3 and tren off the summer supplement list(as much as it saddens me) I just can't deal with being soaked all day and night anymore once it gets over 80 out its just too much for me now a days.

  12. I ran cbl's/defiants at 500mg for 10 weeks this past winter with test, as stated above dollar for dollar you can get way more effective compounds, but for 0 sides primo def ranks tops. I never got bloods so I can't speak too much on it in comparison to other things but no prostate issues like mast ,trensomina with tren or anexity wirh hifh dose eq. will say I felt "fuller" on it then eq/test I usually run in the winter but for the price at doubble eq's I doubt ill be using it again.

Think that fits strango, and not just his gear, when he had his major issue this past year I wrote him off as so many other sources go the way of scammer, I could not have been more wrong the guy made good on all orders he owed people. That is super rare in this biz, and I openly appoligze for jumping ship(hey ab has alot of quality sources). I know im has a personal vendetta aginst stango but myself and all his other customers will always defend his gear. This is one badly beaten dead horse(and if the horse was taking strango eq it would be huge)

  14. Someone with a different value system then finicial gain, a man after my own heart! Sadly brother if that's not shares by her at the age of 30 its is highly unlikely she will shift her world view to fit yours. "I honestly don't want to keep dating around. This gal has a good heart and I can see being with her for a very long time if she would tweak her attitude and outlook on a couple of things" your asking her not to change some small "put the tolit seat up" behavior, but her whole value system. I doubt you would be able to do the same for her and really neither of you should. I was in a similar relationship that burned hot but flamed out after 16 months, seemed the girl I was with had it all we were great friends even trained together but in the end she wanted the finer things in life and I was more happy with the simple pleasures. My advice is to do what you think is right my experience is asking a 30 year old too shift their priorities to match yours is as unfair as you shifting yours to match hers. Good luck man

I see your point that sharing the word "bodybuilder" with someone other then what is considered a "bodybuilder" sucks, I just did not like your dismissive tone towards people I know personally that diet and train just as hard(once again just because they don't train exactly like you doesn't mean it's not hard, world class pin pong players believe it or not train hard)

  16. Bodybuilder I get your point about there not being enough of a distinction between the two “sports” but the idea of it all is still very similar imo. You have a group of guys on stage judged by a certain criteria and they pick a winner who looks “the best” according to that criteria. Everyone on said stage uses drugs, diets hard, and uses resistance training to achieve a certain look. Both sports could use a boost in attendance and exposure so from a business model why not combine them into one show. That issue aside my original post was meant to defend guys who train that way as guys who are A. not dbags(my buddy has down two shows) B. are not skinny(devoid of muscle is skinny they are not that) C. should be regarded as people who train hard(not just arms and abs). I used to have the mindset that powerlifters where fat guys who didn’t train hard….that was about 17 years ago when I first started working out, I was foolish to dismiss them as people who didn’t train hard because they didn’t look or train like me. I think as a community of people who train we should be more open to accepting those who take their training serious even if they differently then us.

  17. sorry it's the tren/off from work as i'd normaly never care to even bring this up but really man? skinny d bags? you better be some hulk like fucker cause i ain't seen pics of you posted and the vast majority of Mens Physique Comp. are in amazing shape and far from skinny,and to say they do abs and arms is a bit of an understatment. least you not forget the similar dieting restrictions they go thur that bodybuilders go thur as well. i think your missing the point that people who compete at a high level regardless of if it's something you do yourself train hard for it.

    i'm not a crossfit guy but to dismiss them as "skinny dbags" would be down right silly, same goes for Mens Physique Comp. i understand you point of view about them being lumped in with bodybuilding "isn't fair" but i just feel your dismisal of their training(why are they even dbags? do board shorts make you a dbag?)

    as simply arms and abs is juvinale. but what to expect from the guy who was upset thor wasn't as musclar in person as he was in the movies(see his thread titled thor) (just so you know i fucking love comics and was reading the walking dead just yesterday butttttt i'm well aware that not everyone who takes a role stays in shape because not everyone loves to work out see hugh jackman). sorry to break your balls hard by the way and if in fact your opnion is not the one shared by the pros you know excuse me for assuming/knowing it.

    what are your thoughts on the men physique Division? I'll keep my opinions out of it.. But it would seem to me, that a pro like yourself who busted their ass to get where they are, put in alllllll that work to get their card.. Would be annoyed that this division has given skinny little dbags who hit arms and abs, a chance to call themselves" IFBB Pros".
