  1. Lets get ready to rumbleeeeeeee!!! Put the seat belt on and get ready man...my best advice try to pin every day that helped me with the emotional rollercoster. I'd say start low 200mg ew. See how you deal with it the bump it up. Personally I feel a difference even on just 200 but 400mg per week is the sweet spot for me the sides are tough but the results are worth it. Tried up to 700mg per week and I just felt sick all the time and the insomina was unbareble god bless you guys that run it that high.

  2. Fellow labrum brother here. I Pre-exaust like a mother fucker when it comes to shoulders. If they feel up to it ill do some very light ohp but after 12-15 sets of raises light is all I need. Heavy days for flat are gone too. Makes me wish I could get back all those half assed shoulder workouts from my 20's

  4. Numbers are the cold hard facts of life without them we know nothing. Your doing alot of talking about nothing sir. A "shake"? Throw out some facts to what your "shake" is "I eat three or four servings....but I can't say exactly because I just pour it out" measuring cup problem solved. "Grab something from the kitchen" sounds pretty calorie dense to me. I'm not trying to make you feel too bad but this kind of behavior is never going to get you to we're you want to be. Think like an athlete, does Kevin durant say "maybe ill shoot around" or does he have a well thought out plan to improve his post up game. Get specific and you'll get results.

  5. can't have a great time on fran and be top 5 on stage(or the beach) in my opnion. two differnt goals,one is all about the form of the body the other function of the body. a powerlifter once told me when i was trying to get my deadlift up to 600lbs from 515(after 3 months on 5,3,1 made it to 545@ 215 body weight) you have to define your goals and devote at least 6 months to get there on a well thought out program. take half the year and focus on crossfit get your times as best as you can then when it's warmer switch gears back to body building. this coming winter abs be dammed i'm gunna put 6+months into pulling 600lbs.

  6. Be prepared to looked shocked when they test your rbc. Mine came back so high they called someone else in to retest it to be sure the reading was right. I did a quick google search to look for an excuse as to why but couldn't find one so I played the "idk why its so high" confused card. But as stated before you can just deny everything and they have no way to prove you wrong.

    but aside from those issues i argee with the majority of what you say weighthead, everything works but not everything works for everyone. glad you found what works for you.

  8. i wanted to thank him via email for being the best but figured why clog up his already maxed out inbox, so i'll say it here. this guy goes above and beyond and has just earned himself yet another customer for life. i can't tell you how lucky i feel to be in with the best. i wish all companies were run with this mans set of vaules. all the praise he gets is for dam good reason.

  9. t/a have sure gotten longer overall but i still say it beats paying 140 for 10cc of quality vet cyp(that was my situation before i came to this board(well before i came to mesorx but you get the drift). i do second the motion for a pure hgh guy, can we petition to get HK over here?

  10. fuck....i just started 5,3,1 again (and dbol) and have been training heavy, i have what my ortho doc believes is a torn labrum(just from xrays and his opinion, i opted out of an mri cause it would have cost way too much). it's funny cause as i was overhead pressing i was thinking this may be setting myself up for failure as i stopped heavy pressing years ago(i believe i tore it from overhead squats years ago, had the same issue with no strenght after that day, could barely raise my arm took a month off from any upper body movements). i've just been training around it for years,(i can never do flat bench too because of it) because i fear having to take an extend time off. thanks for posting, I think i'll take this as a warning and check my ego for pressing smith machine here i come.

  11. When it comes to my cycles I don't think I've stumbled upon anything groundbreaking to report. In regards to the topic at hand, tren, I feel I get a positive enough effect at as low a dose as 200mg per week but 300mg per week seems to be the perfect amount for results/sides i can handle(tren a), I have gone up as high as 500 in the past but can't deal with the sides anymore at an older age (31) mostly insomnia is what kills me. I've also learned for me dosing everyday helps reduce the mood swings and insomnia. I've taken tren e at 400 per week but after around week 6 I feel the sides start to become too much for me and have to back off the dose to 200mg for a few weeks. As for the homemade tren made from pellets I can't take it I get sick after a few days an it wasn't the batch as my 2 friends used the same and had no issues. I used para once at 400mg per week an felt I got great results and the sides were more then manageable. I dosed it every other day if I recall. All these cycles had some kinda test at no more then 400mg per week. But as for what else I cant recall. I plan to try some caber(spelling) with my next tren run as people here seem to say it helps with the sides, that or get some prescription sleeping pills. Mood swings insanely high body temp I can handle but the waking up every 2 hours wide awake is too much

The science part of me wants to just blindly repeat things I’ve heard like “test is test it’s about the dose not the ester" and I’d love to say “tren is tren” but I do agree with you that people react differently to different drugs, so when you say you get less sides with one or different results then the other I believe you(and i'm also in that boat), I just wish there was some kind of science behind the results.

     

    and with the ace you get 83mg per 100 and e you get 68mg per 100 so there’s a difference in the dose for sure, I would still think tho that with the build up of a 10.5 day half life that difference isn’t as much after a few weeks.

     

    We’re all here to learn from one another as we’re the guinea pigs in a real live science lab of life so I appreciate all this tren talk.i just always go by the idea that if someone tells you something ask why,but I guess when dealing with complex chemicals and their reactions to humans the answer isn’t that simple.

"Its the same drug, esters only affect, how long will it take to go on blood circulation." i thought this was juice law that everyone agrees with, it’s like when I hear guys at the gym say sus is for mass, cyps for cutting. There’s a lot of bro science still around, hell I myself swear I get better results less sides from para then any other tren product, but there’s got to be some science behind it(different training/diet/doses) I mean the idea that tren e is different from a may only come from the build up which in turn results in a higher weekly “dose”? all this tren talk tho has got me wondering how you guys dose so high(and wondering if I should give 700+mg a week a shot myself)
