The worst part about PF is how much they hurt real gyms financially. Around me most of the Golds & Worlds are closed up & 1 powerhouse about 30 miles away. I read Mike Katz and his son franchised a Planet which makes no sense. He was around during the golden era and to work at that farce of a gym is sad. I have a kick ass home gym I use the majority of the time & use LA fitness to just mix shit up.

I feel ya pain I've sprained my feet way to many times so now even walking the dog I'll roll it on a crack in the road. Depending the severity could be few days or 10-14 days. Ice down the swelling and keep elevated & wear comprssion ankle socks.
