  1. Bumping this to see if anyone else has any recent bloods running his Test E

As I said earlier in the thread I will be getting my bloods back today...however I only started his test E two weeks ago. I frontloaded 1200mg day one, pinned 600mg more on day four, and then pinned 300mg 2x per week. So I would certainly expect an elevation by now. Down the road I will definitely get bloods again to see what's up.

I can testify that my buddy blasted DFLs gear, including Test-E, a few months ago and has been cruising on it since without issue. Props to DFL for encouraging this type of thread rather than trying to hush it.

  2. Aromasin side effects do include swelling of the ankles and hands, I've been looking it up. The swelling is also completely painless. And it certainly lowered estrogen as the rest of my body has dried out, and I take cissus as well as other joint supps. But yesterday I specifically tested it and as expected my ankles became baseballs. Like I said water retention elsewhere is down, and I drink about 2 gallons of water per day.

  3. So I decided to take aromasin rather than arimidex for this cycle...and after a couple days of ankle swelling seemingly popping out of nowhere I've pinpointed it to the aromasin. It's from AR-R, whose arimidex and prami have worked for me. So I'm not bashing them, just saying that it could also be something in the solution that's causing it. But I just found this to be very odd, as within a few hours my ankles would be massively swollen. No pain. I got bloodwork drawn last night to check everything and should be hearing back from them soon, but I'm 99.9% sure it's from the aromasin.

Given that it seemed to only be a problem in my ankles, has anyone else experienced this? It's apparently a common side effect but the extent of this swelling was insane (looked like I had extra kneecaps instead of ankles). Or is there anything that could be in a liquid solution of aromasin that may cause this? I emailed Ar-r about it already.

  4. I'm pretty sure that in Cagedfreak's thread there was a discussion about GH bloat. I think that CF himself and some others suspected that a lot of the GH going around has some unknown second ingredient that causes this bloat/reaction. I can't be certain though.

  5. I used to do lower test (300mg) with 450mg tren per week. Currently doing 600mg test and 400mg tren and, despite being pretty early, things are already feeling better. My research led me to believe the low test/higher tren was a better cycle, and honestly to me it still makes more sense. But like many cycles and others aspects of bodybuilding we all respond in unique ways. I seem to respond better to higher test with my tren. Perhaps give that a go. Other considerations are your AI and caber/prami dosing.

And like armsports said, a couple of cheat meals will get you better results imo than the very strict cutting on tren.

  6. I do them at the beginning after a warmup, unless I'm feeling particularly masochistic that day and throw them at the end. I think that the beginning is ideal for two reasons; 1) more weight can be lifted because you have more energy, and squats hit so many areas that you want to lift more 2) Safer. If you try to do squats after already exhausting your legs there's a good chance of your form breaking down, or hell even a sudden cramp causing some issues

  7. It wasn't until my cycle last summer that I first ran into a host of joint issues. I'm used to all of the standard aches and pains that come lifting heavy, what I'm referring to are more serious concerns, the type of pain that you know might be leading to a more serious issue.

Primarily it was my shoulder, but a couple of cortisol shots later and taking it easy on the heavy pressing has gotten it back to normal. My knee was another concern that's healed.

I've been taking Animal's joint supplement every day off of a recommendation from a friend. I can't tell if it's really working because my joints were already feeling good. So is there anything you guys take to alleviate these types of issues? Or will a quality diet & multivitamins cover all that's really needed?
