What’s up fellas and ladies, anyone here have any experience with these? The last few days have been brutal acid reflux, bloated like crazy! I mean I don’t know what it is but it SUCKS!! 
 

trying to get in to GI Doc to get an endoscopy.

Yes! I finally broke out, I’ve been locked up since early November that sick fucker made watch his Old training films reliving his glory days. With his sweatband and 70’s style shorts. Tried gouging my eyes out several times

Hey guys, Does anyone know how much EQ raise Hemoglobin levels? I know it raises your red blood cell count more than any other steroid.  I know everyone is different and it’s going to vary. Just wondering if anyone new off hand like a “ballpark” number

I agree oral only cycles are not a good idea. But adding an oral to an injectable cycle I wouldn’t be opposed to.

Yeah, there has been a serious uptake in cases I am also in CA the gym I go to are now requires you to wear a mask while working out. Fuckin lame. I guess a gotta play by the rules or stop training. 
 

 Newsome is single handily killing California’s economy. With his ridiculous rules. In some counties they are fining people as much as $300 for not wearing a mask in public. So I’ve heard. 

Yeah, my gym is the same mask while checking in, and checking it’s not mandatory while lifting. Plus temperature 🤒 checks. 
 

like others have said , we have to make a reservation to train, hour’s severely cut back. Which I don’t get..... Also bags have to be a certain size 🤷🏼‍♂️
