    I hit it fellas! I just ate like a sumo wrestler and did a light light warm up and I hit it. It felt lighter than ever, I got half way on my second rep, but I am gonna take another week while I start my cycle and then I will begin the half rep with 425, I use to do those on incline bench and my strength went through the roof within a month or so. I use to hate incline bar, but I appreciate the help everyone. I will keep you all updated on my progress.

    I am hoping to start my cycle pretty quick, I've had some goals in the gym I need to meet before I will start, but I am a week or two out from hitting it i believe. Anyhow Let me know what ya think of this bulker....btw my diet is gonna be unrestricted for the most part, I supplement alot of my protein since i travel so much with work. Anyhow let me know what ya think ya freaks!

     

    1-12 Test En. 750 week

    1-12 EQ Cypionate 750 week

    1-6 Tren acetate 100mg EOD.

     

    ( maybe 1-12 if I can handle it, Ive never done tren, but I've seen some good results and nasty sides on my buds.)

     

    I've got some dbol, but I hate the lower back pain i get from it, plus they're 50mg caps and i hate splitting them up.

     

    Anyhow let me know what you think.

  3. Wow guys i appreciate all the words of advice. I am gonna wait for creatine after my cycle around 2 months after it is done. But I definetly am gonna take a week off and try to eat bigger. I work on the road for a railroad so I supplement way to much protein instead of actually eating it in the form of real food. I know its in my head and I will put this advice to work and keep you all updated. Once i hit it I am going test eq and tren maybe then I'll be chasing that 450 mark:D. I have never done tren or eq so i am stoked. But I appreciate all the help thats why I love this place!!!

  4. Whatsup, I have been having a hell of a time in the gym lately. I have tried for the last month to get up 405 and cannot do it. I have gone as high as 365 for 6 reps, but whenever I go higher the weight just wont go up man. Ive been doing negatives every other week with 405, and Trying to work my triceps and back at least with a 1 day gap from one another. My sets go like this

     

    135x10

    225x10

    275x10

    295x8

    315x5 or until I fail with it usually i can get 8. When i am fresh I can do 315 10 reps easily. I am taking in about 300 grams of protein a day and 250 plus in carbs. I supplement alot for the protein. I just wanna hit 405 before i start my cycle. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem and how you got around it. My friends tell me its all mental.

  5. I had a bad shot with some test enan. 300. Fine for a day then my left arm swelled pretty bad. Very red and hot and fever symptons, luckily once it started hurting and turning red and hot I took some antibiotics i had left over from a tick bite where i acquired lymes disease earlier this summer. I guess thats what i get for fishing so much oh well.... I know it wasnt my cleanliness that was an issue, my bud swelled about a week later in his quad with same symptons. Same brand test and out of same lot #. But I am good now. I would say with you its more than likely just a bad luck shot, but If it gets hot and red and swollen dont hesitate to go to the doctor.

    Man these flavors from Optimum Nutrition Gold standard whey are pretty kick ass. I have been using the isopure, but this ON gold has more whey isolate and really tastes just as good if not better. I use to use the stuff but got tired of the taste and hard to mix. Its pretty kick ass now. I got the rocky road, choc. mint, and cookies and cream. You should try it, it was always good stuff for the price, but now the taste is better and its not a pain in the ass to mix. Just thought id give my two cents.
