  1. It's worked well for me in the past, I had a low almost no carb and high fat diet, trouble is like MU says....its very hard to stay on a ketosis diet. I actually felt some strength gains but I was not on any gear for a 3 year stretch in that time frame. I ate steaks every night I ate eggs and Bacon for breakfast, hamburger steaks and chicken for lunch. Also ate lots of spinach.

     

    BTW: I should mention I am not a competitor or an expert at all MU is light years ahead of me and most anyone online.

  2. I do 8% pre tax contribution to a vanguard retirement fund and 3% roth (post tax) to the same fund. I also have a roth ira mutual fund I do 100$ a month in. A person has to save anyway they can despite the risks. I'm not good with saving in a actual savings account. I've also been buying berkshire b class stock every month, like a half share a month lol but recently it has grown pretty well.

  3. I like pitbull ns they have a good product but after one pouch you have to take a month off because you will become immune it seems. I always liked no shotgun too it has less kick but real good pumps and even 20grams of protein.
