I disagree nerve... you're proposing lifetime commitment to TRT and never being able to conceive in case he wants father a child or two. at 31, you still have decent production of test and you can recover. also, cruising forces people to take progressively larger doses to continue to progress. cleaning out for few months where you feel like absolute dog shit is what's needed to resensitize steroid receptors and stay on low dose while continuing to progress.

     

    C'mon myo, there's plenty of guys who use larger doses than any of us ever will that already have multiple kids who were conceived while the father was using hormones. His test levels have already peaked & have been declining for the past few years. As far as the "clearing out" & "resensitizing" things...that's a bunch of BS.

     

    Now, I realize that some people aren't ready to take the plunge into B&C which is why I also gave him info about the PCTs I ran prior to my decision to stay on. I would never push TRT/HRT on anyone. I simply provide information & my experiences & opinions. What people decide to do is up to them.

     

    TRT = testosterone replacement therapy.

     

    Toremifene is similar to clomid & nolva. It's just a newer SERM.

  2. Here's the best PCT ever:

     

    Around 200-300mg of some sort of test per week. Adjust the dose appropriately for your size.

     

     

    I think it's no secret that I am a huge supporter of blast & cruise. If you must cycle/PCT, then I'd recommend torem. I've done the clomid/nolva PCT - it sucked ass. I broke out horribly, felt like shit, etc. My second & last PCT was torem. I believe I ran it at 120mg/day for a week, 90mg/day for a week, 60mg/day for week 3, then 30mg/day for weeks 4 & I believe 5. I felt way better on torem & felt I recovered better & quicker.

     

    If you want to factor in your health, then honestly, B&C is healthier than cycling/PCTing. The cycle/PCT method throws you onto a essentially constant hormonal rollercoaster where over the course of the year your hormone levels are all over the place. With B&C, you jack the levels up during the blast periods, but then when you stop blasting, your levels will just drop back down to the TRT baseline levels.

  3. Does anyone wear a weight belt for damn near all lifts? There's a couple dudes at my gym that seem to use a belt as part of their outfit. It gets put on when they walk in the door and only comes off when they leave. I only use a belt for heavy deads and squats but maybe I'm missing out on something not wearing one...like being a douchebag! And the belts are the ridiculously high backed ones with a tiny strap in the front. Does that even support anything? I figured i'd ask here since there's no shortage of douches on AB so you guys would know best:p

     

    No. Those belts are junk. And those guys are idiots.

     

    If you're going to get a belt, get a fucking real one. 10mm or 13mm 4" powerlifting belt. I have a Pioneer belt. I also only use it for squats & deadlifts when I'm working with >85% or so.

    Seems to have the potential for less bloat at the same dosage due to the shorter esters. Plus our natural hormone levels (all of them, not just test) don't stay constant - they rise and fall throughout the day. The shorter esters in sust help mimic that a bit more. I know a guy on the forums who was using prop to cruise for awhile.

     

    EDIT: I haven't actually cruised on sust yet. I should for at least a few weeks starting in like mid September. I switched over to sust last winter & I only have one vial of test E that a source sent me for free like 6 months ago. I'm planning on using bold cyp & test as my main hormones for the winter (~800mg of bold, 1050mg of sust, & 250mg of test E). I'm going to increase my sust to 1cc MWF & then throw in another cc every week of the test E. I've been trying to figure out what to do with it since I decided to use sust instead of E for cruising & this seems to be the best option.

  5. When I used to cruise with test E (I use sustanon now) I would pin twice a week - 125mg on Sunday & Thursday.

     

    Personally, I would just do it every 7 days. I would pick Sunday, but it doesn't matter which day. I just think it's easier to pin the same day each week instead of trying to keep track of 8 days.

     

    Test E should reach peak levels after 3-4 weeks of injections. So knowing that, you should be able to plan appropriately based off when you want to cease the tren and prop.

  6. Well i was selected. The defense attorney is crazy if he thinks bis client will get a fair trial. Its a dui case and i tried everythimg. Told them i was charged w. A dui and got off due to a loop hole. My wife has had two duis. I went as far as to say i thought the defendent was guilty because she was 2x over the legal limit.

     

    There was another lady who was a lawyer and volunteers her time setting up dui checkpoints. They kept her as well. Maybe they will dismiss us tommorow.

  7. lol, I have done AAS just getting back into things I have been around on boards since 2000 and yes I have done deca and a lot of stuff just not in a long ass time.

     

    After reading my post I could see where one would think I was a n00b but if you look at my reg date you can see I have been around at least on this board alone since 2012 but been active online in this community and game since 2000. I now call this board my home board and the reason why I ONLY post here.

  9. Drop the EQ...not worth it for 10 weeks. Some people also claim EQ causes certain side effects for them that you will unlikely be able to deal with properly. Personally, I think some of these side effects are BS & result from the fact that the person is expecting them to occur & not as a result of the hormone, but anyway...

     

    Some test ester @ 400-600mg/week with your anavar will suffice. Starting your first ever test usage with 750mg/week is too much. Honestly, 600mg/week is probably too much.

     

    Is that tamox your PCT? Or are you planning on running it throughout? If planning on running it throughout, then why?

     

    Another B&C proponent here. B&C shits all over cycling/PCTing. Anyone who claims they are serious about weightlifting/powerlifting/bodybuilding, but isn't B&Cing is not truly serious about it. But I don't really have an issue with someone cycling to try hormone usage out. It is a big step to jump on for life & as someone else said, cycling will give someone new to this a way out.

     

    OP, you said something to the effect that this was all new to you...elaborate. What exactly is new? The gear? The lifting? Because if it's the lifting that you're new to then you have no business touching a syringe loaded with any hormone.

     

    Off topic, but married a year after college? What the fuck...I'm 26 & marriage is not even on my radar.

The testimonies I've heard of you taking care of dudes and going beyond normal protocols are many. This is a first for you however. But it's bound to happen as time goes on I suppose. This is why I always tell newbies who want to "juice" or "do a little cycle like 8-10 weeks", " will I get buff from that dude" .lol. ....I always tell them to run the other direction. And if they insist. I tell them to be prepared to give up everything you value; your kids, your wife, your house, your friends, your job, and finally your life. If you want to be successful at this, EVEN AS JUST A MERE HOBBY, you better have a fuck load of coin to throw at it. And if your at all like me: nothing exceeds like excess.lol. The attempt to keep up with the costs can be negatively impactive on a persons life. And our culture at large breeds obsessive compulsiveness and inundates us with the notion of instant gratification. More becomes the limit. I've never had a problem affording gear.. And I'm a hog. My point is that this is not for everybody. Certainly much fewer than make the attempt. For me personally being huge and strong and fast has always served me well not to mention the narcissistic value it provides.lol.     Damn, this is a good post. I knew I spend a lot on gear & ancillaries. According to a guy on another board, due to the hormones I use & the length of time I use them he has deemed me "rich nerve." But after I read this, I kind of sat back & really realized how much I've spent on this. And it is a "fuck load of coin" as you so eloquently put it lol.

  11. I know lots of guys who used to use Deca by itself without any test. Just for conversation sake would someone be able to use Deca alone if they took Cialis and/or Viagra? And what for the water retention? Aromasin is for estrogen, but Deca doesn't really aromatize into estrogen and only progesterone which causes the bloating from Deca? Cabergoline is very expensive it seems, wherever I look it's very high priced. Sorry if these are stupid questions yall, I'm still learning.

     

    I just read a post on another board the other day where the guy ran deca only at I believe about a gram or slightly above. He reported having no issues down there.

     

    That's great that you can run the two together. I've been in this game for over 2 decades now, I'm well educated and experienced with every compound out there...so I don't throw cycles together without doing extensive research first. I prefer to err on the side of caution rather than risk. Too many people have had issues running tren and deca together. But like I said, if you can, blast away...

    Everyone who I have ever heard talk about running tren and nandrolone together loved it & didn't have any real issue with both compounds at the same time.

     

    You say you research, but then your comment was "I heard...". It seemed like you were basing your statement solely off reading forums. A lot of those old posts from pre-2010-2012 or so are just people repeating myths & other bullshit that have no real evidence. You know - all the "test has to be double deca" or "test has to be double tren" or "you have to have these compound X & compound Y at a 1:1 ratio or you're fucked". I mean shit, even just 2-3 years ago if you suggested running a test dose of 200mg/week and tren a at 700mg/week, half the board would be throwing a bitch fit about how the person had no idea wtf they were doing, needed to do more reserach, etc & the other half of the board had probably keeled over dead from a shock/surprise induced heart attack as soon as they read the post. There are still some people who talk about "cutting" & "bulking" hormones.

    I don't see any TSH (glycoprotein released from the anterior pituitary), T3, or T4 on there. Although it's hard to tell because the picture is really small & it was pretty blurry when I zoomed in on it.

     

    Unless you're talking about your gonadotropins (FSH & LH). But those are not thyroid hormones - those are released from the anterior pituitary gland.

     

    EDIT: You either need to get an AI or get a legit AI & toss the one you're using.

    Currently on deca, NPP, tren E, tren A (plus sustanon & bold cyp). Some solid total doses of both nandrolone and tren too. Have been on this for at least 4 months now. Did the same thing last summer. I have been on deca & tren E together for the last almost two years now I believe. Still don't have any tits...Educate yourself instead of parroting bullshit you've read.

    Yeah, it's only a couple states. They're listed in red text at the top of every syringe & needle related page on their website. I think it's around 8 different states or so. And yes, I believe California is one of them. IDK how you California people get pins honestly - all the websites I've ever been on have all the same states listed as needing a prescription or some sort of license to purchase syringes and/or needles.

     

    In most states you don't need a script for syringes or needles. The pharmacies like to try to jerk you around but I just don't buy from them. So much more expensive anyway. You can get them in a lot of trouble if you reported them for not selling insulin syringes actually.

  16. No one has terumo anymore. They are by far the best. Even GPZ has those cheap ass BD.

     

    I get my syinges & needles from shopmedvet.com. They still have terumos. Although it seems like they have less than they used to...I'm not sure because I've never ordered terumos. I've always gotten nipros. Might try terumo though next time because a lot of people have recommended them on multiple forums. If they're still being sold when I order again, of course.

     

    Also, DO NOT buy AHS syringes or needles. They SUCK. Plungers are hard as hell to push sometimes & the needles do not seem very sharp. I was kicking myself for months because I ordered like 300 hundred 3cc AHS syringes my second to last order because they were a little cheaper than the nipros. Never again.

    Yes, I was the person who mentioned that. I know some of the electronic ones you can buy for your wrist use the method where your BP is not directly measured. I can't recall what exactly they measure, but it is several parameters & then the little computer uses those values to somehow estimate your BP.

  18. Slin pin usage for gear is going to depend on your bodyfat percentage. If you're lean enough, injecting 0.66cc with an insulin syringe will be fine. If you're not lean enough, you either won't make it into the muscle tissue or you won't make it in very far resulting in the oil potentially leaking back out. Remember, hormones are meant to be injected deep into the muscle tissue - this is where they are best absorbed.

     

    If you haven't ordered slin pins yet, you can order 1cc tuberculine syringes. I use these a lot. I'll throw a 3/4" 22g on to draw & then I switch to a 1.25" 27g needle to inject. I'm not sure what other options there are for higher gauges though.

     

    EDIT: I just checked the website I order my syringes & needles from. They sell nipro 30g 1", BD 30g 1", & BD 30g 1/2"...as well as equivalent exel & it looks like one more brand that I'm not quite sure what the of name is.

     

    I think a 1cc syringe & these 30g 1" might be your best bet vs a slin pin...I might actually order some of those 30 gauges next time to try them out.

    If I am wrong or my thinking is inaccurate please teach me something. I think I've been pretty calm and nice IDK why you would write me off. The point of this community is to help learn each other some new shit.

    So please teach me how taking lets say 1000 grams of powder and mixing in another lets say 2000 to make measuring easier wont result in a less consistent product sometimes.

     

    I think you are underestimating some of these labs. I personally know of a lab (it's basically just one guy) who has a pharmaceutical grade mixer for capsules and/or tablets. IF the components are mixed properly - again IF - it will be plenty accurate. But just as there is a problem with under mixing, there is also such a thing as over mixing.

     

    I bought a scale not too long ago that measures to 0.000...although I believe it's +/-0.003 or so. I'd have to check. But it was only about $18 shipped. Of course, these labs aren't weighing out individual capsules like I will. But scales that are accurate to the milligrams place are pretty damn expensive...I think the cheapest milligram scale I saw was about 3.5 grand.

  20. Buffalo, I saw you're last post, but for future reference, I know I have mentioned Carditone on the other private board we are both a part of. I don't believe specifically to you, but 1 carditone tablet a day can lower my systolic pressure by I believe ~30mmHg.

     

    And those chair BP contraptions at the grocery store or pharmacy or wherever - they suck. If your arm is over like 12 inches, they'll give the most ridiculous readings. Buy a steth and an APPROPRIATELY sized BP cuff & learn to do it yourself.

     

    Last september my BP was pretty high at 148/89 so I decided to make changes on my diet and exercise routine. Here is what I did, I stopped all AAS and anything that would cause water retention including creatine instead I would ingest 9grams of Arginine daily and I focused on cardio 5 x week which led me to start doing HIIT cardio, I lowered my sodium intake, drank more water and that is how in about 3 to 4 months my blood pressure went down to 120/59. I may have lost some size but I kept my weight lifting sessions brutal followed by HIIT cardio and by brutal I mean lift to failure sets of 30-40 reps for each body part. I recommend taking COQ10, fish oil and lots of BEET juice.

     

    Of course if your BP is high enough to be a life threat then going to a doctor would be best.

     

    Great advice here. I use a lot of arginine...I buy the raw powder by the kilogram from bulksupplements.com. Each time I order, I usually buy 2kg (a little under 4.5lbs for you non-metric people). I just put it in my nalgene bottles for training & also the ones I carry around during the day. Fish oil & CoQ10 are supposed to help with BP as well. I've never noticed any huge benefit WRT BP, but both also have many other benefits, so they're worth taking.

    I'm not trying to be a dick or argue however, If anything a filler makes inaccuracy more likely.

    When you cut a drug the finished cut product inevitably has pockets of pure filler and pure product.

    Unless the mixing process in near laboratory perfect which very few dealers or research chem places are willing to do. Also 25mg is .25g most powder capable scales measure this amount.

     

    25mg is 0.025g....

    Creatine works period

    Beta alinine works

    Bcaas work

    Whey / casein are protein

    Aakg / citrulian work for pumps

     

    Not to mention staples like multis, fish oil, garlic, milk thistle, hawthorn berry, coq10

     

    Do steroids work better ... yes obviously but they have their place. Honestly if I'm not on after a long day in January I don't have the gumption to hit the gym always. A stimulus heavy pre can cure that.

    Also I simply don't have time to cook breakfast. I do have time to shake up a scoop of oats a scoop of whey and a pinch of creatine n slam it as I run out of the house.

     

    That's why I said 99.9999%. Whey is just protein...that's fine. I still use whey; not after training, but I throw it in with egg whites, natty PB, coconut oil, & a few other things right before bed. Creatine has studies backing it up. I have never used it & don't plan to, but again, that's fine.

     

    As far as fish oils, CoQ10, etc, I wasn't really referring to those types of supplements. I was really just referring to the "sports" or "athletic" supplements.

  23. And according to the directions, you have to stick with just one scoop in a 24-hour day. Also, anyone suffering from the following ailments should avoid this product: heart problems, depression, anxiety, and prostate enlargement.

     

    Looks like this counts me out.. I have enlarged prostate! Never been a fan of pre-workout supplements. Last one I tried, no-xplode. And it made me explode right into the toilet. I threw the rest in the trash. Never again.

     

    Lol, when I used to go to a gym that had a much higher membership total, I always thought it was funny how many guys would be in the locker room bathroom painting the toilet before they got started. I've only used two containers of Jack3d in my entire lifting career - & I don't remember it really being worth the money.

     

    Those preworkout supplements are garbage. Just buy some key ingredients (taurine, arginine - I don't really use these beforehand, but I put them into my nalgene bottle for during training) & use ephedrine & caffeine if you want. Then TNE & halo are always good before a training session. Ephedrine + caffeine + ASA + 80-120mg TNE + 10-20mg of Halo >>>> any & all preworkout formulas out there.

     

    Honestly, basically 99.9999% of supplements are complete trash.

    Egg whites

    Natural Peanut Butter

    Ground up oatmeal

    Whey powder (if desired)

    Fruit (bananas and/or strawberries are a favorite; blueberries) (you can buy bags of frozen fruit)

    Maybe some ice cream depending on the time & what else I will be doing

    Throw in any other things desired (taurine, L-tyrosine, DLPA, L-theanine, arginine, etc)

     

    There you go. Better than whatever junk you can buy.
