  1. Holy night sweats! I have been off tren ace for a week now so I can't blame it on that, but last night I was POURING sweat, soaked everything, wife wanted to kill me. Anyone know if night sweats are a side of the 1-test?

It's probably just the tren brother. I always get the most side effects when starting a compound & when I cease using it. After a few weeks on tren when blood levels have had time to stabilize, most of the sides disappear for me or at least become less of a nuisance. Then the same thing when I stop using it - as blood levels begin to decline, that's when the sides flare up a bit for me if you will.

  2. The 135 set is to get my creaky bones to want to move. And this last week was the 1st time I squatted in 6 months.

Right, same for me - to help get that mobility in all the joints. I can't remember the term for this technique, but I basically move around down in the hole with 135. I sit down there, let my knees cave in, push them wayyy out, cave in again, basically kind of move in little circles while sitting in the hole to help open up my ankles & hips. I'll do this for about 30-45 seconds on the last rep or two of each 135 set. So that's why I do at least 3 sets of 5 @ 135lbs, just to help open everything up & stretch it out. I do a whole dynamic warmup before I ever get under the bar too. I'll never do >5 reps for warmup sets (with the exception of using the bar when warming up to bench), but with my method I'm doing more reps at 135lbs than you are - just using more sets.

Basically I'm asking if you've tried backing off the reps on at least some warmup sets to try to "save yourself" for the heavier weight & doing more reps there, as opposed to higher reps with light weight while warming up. 10 reps with 315lbs is going to build more tissue than 10 reps @ 225lbs.

  3. Have you ever tried doing less reps on warmup sets & more reps on sets with heavier weight for squats? For example (I'm primarily a powerlifter, so my training style is a little different, but), something like this:

This is very similar to how I warmup:

    (WxRxS)

    135x5x3

    185x5x2

    235x3x2-3

    275x1x2

    315x1x1

    345x1x1

At this point I would either going into working sets or continue warmups as singles depending on which week I'm on & what percentage I'm using, but for you:

    365x10x3

This would let you get more reps in with more weight & would probably lead to more gains. Lets be honest, sets of 135x10 ain't doing much for you.

  4. This kind of stuff doesn't ever really expire. If you look at your prescriptions, it says the drugs "expire" exactly one year after the fill/dispense date. The pharmacies are required to put an expiration date on the label one year from the date the script is filled, but they don't "expire." They may lose some potency, but from personal experience, I've taken an Rx med that was over a decade old & it was perfectly fine.

  5. Nor did I say you did. Re-read what I wrote after you quoted me. I believe you're confused. If you read my initial post and then my follow up rebuttal, I am certain my post and the manner in which I posted them not to mention as to why will be clear without a doubt.

As I didn't quote you to begin with I am uncertain as to why you quoted me or even spoke to me in the manner you did initially.... Frankly at this point I have given you more conversation than I rather do the same sex so unless you have titties vagina, nice ass and really just want to get together for a drink I think this shall conclude our conversation. Unless this is really GK using an alias account and if that indeed is the case all I want to ask is why all the foreplay ?

In your post, you said "you're either spewing..." Looking back now, it seems to be a general comment & not specifically addressed at me. My mistake...it's been a long, rough week & my head was kind of out of it yesterday. For some reason, by about 1400 yesterday afternoon, it felt like I had been awake for a week.

The reason I asked if you understand the endocrine system feedback mechanism is because shut down is shut down. I don't get why a few people seem to think running test at a TRT dose is somehow going to help recovery (and who really cycles on & off anymore?). Test is still suppressive. Running a TRT dose along with a bunch of other anabolics & androgens isn't going to somehow allow one to recover quicker. So I asked because you quoted ruckin asking what he thought was wrong with the comment that Infantry originally posted; if you understand the feedback mechanism, I would assume you understand what ruckin's point was.

  6. It isn't a question of what I understand. I haven't made a statement nor made any claims or expressed an opinion. Yet if someone is going to quote someone else and say it is wrong information then it becomes that persons responsibility to provide the correct information even if that means backing it up with human / clinical studies. Aside from doing ANY of that you're either spewing a personal hypothesis, bro science or just plain out participating in a village circle jerk. That applies to EVERYONE.

You seem confused. I didn't quote anyone & say the information they posted was wrong. So no, I didn't "spew a personal hypothesis or broscience."

  7. Hey brother, I posted a quick little how-to on an easy way to get BTC in the general discussion forum. Some other people posted some stuff to in that thread with some btc info

Yes, I saw that. I haven't spent much time reading into the whole BTC thing this week because I have 3 exams tomorrow & a 4th on Friday. Suffice to say I've been a bit busy this week lol.

  8. I wouldn't let one issue you had with BTC jade your opinion about it all too much, there are all types of guys who have lost cash via WU, MG, wire, and CIM. There is no 100% way to ensure everything is going to go smoothly, just another reason to stick to reputable sources on a board that will hold them accountable for their fuckery if they choose to do it.

Exactly. From my understanding, as long as he gave you the correct address to send the coins to, then he got them. Someone else mentioned that scamming a grand at once, obvious, but multiple guys for small amounts, not as obvious. I was thinking the same thing when I read your post Thaistick. I think he might be screwing you (& other guys).

I was reading this thinking that there is no way that you cannot verify a transaction. But it looks like Karius posted some info on how to do just that. I also appreciate that post because I'm trying to get into this BTC thing too.

  9. you should be digging the fullness and energy that mofo brings to the table.

Me? Fullness is hard to tell because of the nandrolone I've had in for months now, but my shoulders look slightly fuller. I've also been able to eat more (have had some low dose tren in as well for almost a year - tren hurts my appetite). Blown out some bloody snot the last few mornings, so I really need to see where my BP is sitting.

  10. I'm surprised so many people here have run bold cyp. I've only seen a few sources carry it & only one so far that I would buy from, which I did a few weeks ago. I think I'm about 3 weeks in currently.

  11. Well I felt the cough coming on after a shot of tren last night, sniffed the hell out of some rubbing alcohol and it actually worked.

Hah, I was the one who posted that in here. Glad it worked for you. It seems that the effectiveness of the alcohol depends on how bad the cough appears that it is going to be (hope that makes sense) - sometimes the alcohol will help, other times, not so much.

  12. My buddy usually orders pins from GPZ but says they don't carry Terumu anymore. Does anyone have experience with the covidien or nipro brands they carry now? The nipro insulin syringes he bought a while back weren't luer lock and he said they sucked. He's looking at the 3cc ones now.

I use Nipro syringes. I've never had a problem with their 1cc tuberculin syringes. Whatever you do, do NOT get AHS syringes or needles. I swear their needles are duller & their syringes are such bullshit...some of them it is just ridiculously hard to push the plunger. No idea what the problem is. I made the mistake of ordering those about a year ago instead of Nipros. The AHS were new & were cheaper than the nipros so I bought about 300 syringes with 22g pins, 200 1cc syringes, & then about 500-600 needles. The 1cc AHS syringes are gone - back to Nipros for those. I think I have about 2.5 weeks left of the AHS 3cc syringes & then I can go back to my awesome nipros. Still have several hundred AHS just needles to go through though.

I also don't get why people use GPZ when there are other places that are cheaper. I get all my pins & syringes from shopmedvet.com.

  13. eh fuck it... and in 10 years we'll find out that orange juice causes cancer due to the bath salt infested soil in florida.. I don't really care either. Everyone has their poison with its' own risk/reward ratio... Some choose meth, some go for auto-erotic asphyxiation, we clearly chose AAS.

Everything causes cancer these days anyway lol.

Although I don't mind being choked during sex every once in a while.

Interesting...I've been the choker, but never the chokee. I'd have a big problem if some girl tried to choke me during sex lol.

  14. No sweat off my back friend, get back to me after you've run tren ace for a couple years straight.

Well, it'll be a year in mid/late April or maybe early May. I personally have no real health issues, except slightly elevated systolic BP in the low-mid 130s/80

In regards to the above statements and in the nicest way possible, this is a pointless debate/argument.

I think Mr.Hat means, and correct me if I'm wrong man, but that he developed the lung nodule, as well as his friends, and the common variable was Tren. It's not to say that Tren was the direct culprit in his (and his friends) medical issues, but he believes it may have played a supporting role in the lung nodule.

There's no studies saying that taking steroids will cause you to have a heart attack, but there's studies showing that abusing anabolic steroids may increase blood pressure, enlarge the heart muscle, etc. which play roles in the equation that could potentially result in a heart attack.

Yes, I understand that is what he is saying. You are also right in saying that arguing about it is pointless. He obviously believes it played a role, which he is free to believe & may in fact be correct in believing so. Unless he's going to start going around on all the boards posting that "tren causes lung nodules!!" I don't really care. All I am saying is that a sample size of 3-4 people experiencing the development of these lung nodules doesn't mean anything. People get lung nodules all the time - I googled it & apparently 1 out of ~500 X-rays will show lung nodules. ::shrug::

  15. Not unless you are the one it happens to. Then it means a lot.

Sure, if it is you being diagnosed with condition or disease X, then obviously one will want to point a finger at something. But you have no actual evidence that tren was the cause. The fact that a 3-4 buddies of yours also have these lung nodules after using tren means absolutely nothing. I'm not trying to be an ass brother, just looking at it from an unbiased scientific point of view. There are way, way, way too many variables here for someone to sit there & say "tren causes lung nodules."

And yes they started to have lung problems and was diagnosed with lung nodules. And we do not live in the same part of the country, and I have never been a smoker nor been exposed to chemicals or second hand smoke for any extensive periods of time.

You haven't been exposed to anything long term (or maybe only short term) that you are aware of. Many people are not aware that they are being exposed to asbestos, for example. Not too long ago, they found out that the butter flavoring was causing lung damage in employees who worked making microwave popcorn. Those employees had no idea they were being exposed chemicals that would damage their lungs.

Lung nodules show up very commonly in X-rays & CT scans.

  16. I ran tren a, for a lot longer than 6 months. I developed a dry cough that world happen all throughout the day. Went to the doctor and he did ex rays of my lungs. I had developed a lung nodule. My lungs did not come back this time like before. My cardio is shot. I get out of breath like a 70 year old fat guy. I know another guy that has 7 lungs nodules. And he has a couple of friends that also have them. Tren is awesome. But you can't run it long term. Blast and get off.

You can't say that tren was the cause of your lung nodules. Or you're saying these friends also ran tren & got these nodules? Even so, a couple cases doesn't mean jack.

  17. I mean the small v with handles for both hands in hammer position. Not the V-bar

Gotcha. Lol, I was so confused at first - I was like "how the hell does he hold onto the tricep V to do pulldowns...?" Then after I posted I was kind of thinking about it & realized you were probably talking about the row handle. I've never heard anyone call the handle you're talking about as the V handle before. I always just referred to it as the "close neutral grip back attachment."

  18. Changing the battery on an iphone is a breeze. All it takes is two screws, popping the screen up and removing a little ribbon cable. It took me a couple of minutes. Only thing that sucks is that you need a special screwdriver which you can find for cheap on Amazon.

Hmmm, I had no idea. I just remember when I was a kid in middle & high school where when my iPod classic's battery went, it was just not worth it to send it in to apple to have them replace it. Just trade it in & pay the difference for the new one.

I recently got a 5G iPod touch (for my car). Do you know if the battery can be easily changed in this in the same manner as the iPhone?

  19. When you say V-handle pulldown, I am assuming you are referring to the tricep pushdown V? How exactly do you hold onto this for pulldowns? I might try this...I've done lat pulldowns with the rope before because it's supposed to help with unracking the bar using your lats for the bench press, but I've never heard or seen anyone use the V before for pulldowns.

    EDIT:

    This?

    380511183_o.jpg.44565bf001ff4d111376c8bcc992f922.jpg

Or are you talking about the V handle that people use for rowing a lot? The one where the grips are parallel to the floor? On second thought, I think the row attachment is what you are talking about because I just can't really see a way to efficiently grip the tricep V for pulldowns.

  20. Just so we're all clear. Genetics means the ability to consume super high doses of drugs and stay "relatively" healthy. If someone feels otherwise I will pull up pictures of these genetic gods when off the juice just to give you a reality check.

Not just your ability to tolerate drugs but your response to these hormones and peptides.

Just like a person's response to training varies wildly so does an individual's response to PEDs.

Whoa, whoa...careful guys. I said the exact same thing you two did earlier in the thread, but I was then chastised & told I know nothing about genetics.
