  1. Hey CF, another thanks for the help and info, it's really appreciated. I have a couple easy ones for you. I've always heard in order to avoid Deccan dick you should have Deccan at a 50% ratio to test. Is that true and would it apply to eq as well. The 2nd one is do you think it's a waste to run mast at higher bf or shoul you be at let's say 12 % or lower. Thanks much

  2. There's no "supposed to" for anything.

     

    I'm a big proponent of low test high tren. Been doing that for the last 6 months (?). Somewhere around there. I've gotten a lot of other people to try it. Many of them liked it. A few did not.

     

    Try both. Decide what works for you and/or your specific goals during specific periods of time. Maybe lower test with the higher tren when you want to lose fat. Or maybe highish test with higher tren when you want to put on weight. Or maybe high test low tren when you want to add weight. Etc.

  3. Var is fucking awesome. I've lost fat & my shirts have been getting tighter since I added it (also upped NPP by 70mg/week maybe 5 weeks into the var). This is in a caloric deficit.

     

    Get good var & you won't have a problem.

     

    Avoid winstrol if you're a strength athlete. It increases collagen synthesis, but decreases the cross linking in tendons. If you ARE a strength athlete, get var.

  6. Ok guys got a question for ya what is the best injection technique to make sure you dont loose any of the precious juice during your injection example like when u inject and oil is oozing out of the injection site did i just not leave the needle in long enough?

     

    You can use the z track method.

     

    Or what I do is like a "reverse z track." After I pull the pin out, I pull my skin to the side so that the holes don't "line up" anymore if you will.

  7. I know what my blood work looks like on 250mg of test per week while cruising.

    Curious to what one should expect adding 200 mg of deca weekly while cruising.

    Main concern would be if it will have negative affects on lipids, cholesterol, enzymes and blood count.

    Do it & then get bloodwork done. Every compound is going to affect everyone a little bit differently. But it isn't uncommon for 100-200mg of nandrolone to be prescribed alongside test for Rx'd TRT.

    I would have said the same thing a few years ago. They do sound good & they fit good. But they've always broken on me...always.

I've messed up so many pairs of earbuds before because they get tangled & when I'm trying to untangle them, I end up getting pissed off & just yanking on them. The magnets & the way I "fold" these up when I'm done keeps them from getting tangled. And they sound good & literally will not fall out of your ears no matter what.

    IMO as long as your blood work comes back good and youre feeling good then cruise on whatever the hell you want.

  10. What split should a natural lifter use?

     

    They'll do better with a fullbody session 3x a week, Push/Pull/Legs, or an Upper/lower split. Basically anything where they'll hit everything at least twice a week.

     

    Don't get me wrong, a body part split will still work for natural lifters. The results will just come slower. They simply cannot go long enough to do enough damage to warrant a week of recovery for that muscle group vs someone who is using a lot of exogenous hormones including GH & insulin. That method for naturals is, as I said, inefficient.

     

    Personally, I couldn't imagine wasting an entire training day to do arms. Reminds me of a guy I knew at my old uni who had an "ab day." Couldn't help but lol everytime he told me it was ab day.

  11. Quads because I can use both hands. Use either a 1.25" 27g or 1" 25g. Depends on if I'm using a 1cc or 3cc syringe.

     

    Pecs...yeah the needles we use aren't long enough to get into the thoracic cavity. We use 1.75"-2" needles for thoracic decompressions...& there's a multitude of studies showing that 2" fails (or is at least not optimal) over a third of the time & indicates that 3.25" is a much better length for decompressions. So no need to worry about hitting your heart or a lung.

    They're also on rather large amounts of gear, GH, and slin. It's not as bad that you do it since you use hormones, but natural lifters who do these splits are morons. You would still probably make better progress if you hit everything twice a week. But you can train however which way you want.

  14. I just buy the Target brand whey. Works for me. I don't use any of those supplements really anymore because they're all bullshit. I don't even really need the whey...I honestly just use it more for the chocolate flavor in my pre bed shake with egg whites, couple ounces of milk, PB, taurine, beef gelatin, & coconut oil.

As for the anadrol for a kick starter I can say you will most definitely get big and strong as long as it's legit gear ,your going to be taking test and that aromatises so like I said in my earlier post have a serm on hand bro they always do the trick they keep your estrogen in check and you won't get bitch tits ,I know we all over think it but as long as you control that estrogen and stay away from salt gyno shouldn't be a problem. You have to try it and experiment with it to see how your body takes it . I personally think you will love the anadrol for a kick starter ! 50mgs a day for 4 weeks ! What ever you decide most definitely post up your cycle and progress and side effects of any etc

     

    No, a SERM does NOT keep your estrogen in check or in control. All a SERM does is block the receptors. An AI is what you use to keep estrogen levels in the proper range.

     

    OP, EQ can be detected up to a year or something after ceasing use. Nandrolone isn't all that much longer. Given that, I'd just use nandrolone. You'll probably be happier with the results.

  16. When it comes to EQ, the difference between 500mg and 625mg/wk is negligible. So, I'd opt for 500mg/wk for 20 weeks as EQ gets better and better the longer you run it. Are you running peso pesado EQ? Dbol at 30-50mg/day is a good way to kickstart your cycle.

     

    Agreed on the 20weeks. Dbol, Tbol, test prop or ace. Just kind of whatever you want there.

     

    TBH, if your BF% is really that high, I have to suggest lowering it instead of "bulking." The higher your BF% is, the more you're going to aromatize.

  17. Doctor wants me to take 100mg a week. He said you always want to run your test higher than your deca. I've ran npp-test cycles in the past. I'm currently 6 1/2 222lbs. body fat about 8% I've been 17% body fat 278lbs. 2 years ago. I'm 42 years old , I weighed 228lbs in 11th grade lol...has a pituitary tumor rupture last August do health and training have been hard this last year.Habing adrenal fatigue but I ran prednisone for it 4 months stated around 250lbs bloated as shit...naturally I've gained 1% to my adrenal/cortisol levels from 1-2% lol...6% on the fusion test doc says will put me back at normal. Trying to get back at 240lbs. And Maintain it.

     

    SMDH...you'll be fine if deca is higher than test.

     

    I'm using 315mg of sust right now. 240mg deca, with NPP added on top, along with a few hundred milligrams of tren. So let's see...the nandrolone by itself is higher than test. Tren by itself is higher than test. I'm running two compounds that people say can't be higher than test together & their combined doses are much higher than my test...I'm fine.

  18. If you're dragging your shins, you're just going too heavy. I mean some grazing is cool but watch a pro here. He has some space between his shin and the bar. These are sumo deads, btw.

     

    With proper deadlifting, the bar will be in contact with your legs the entire time. You are supposed to actively pull the bar into yourself using your lats. You are severely limiting the amount you can pull if you have the bar out in front of your legs & also setting yourself up for an injury.

     

    People who are ripping their shins open are using poor form. They usually lack the flexibility to get into the proper position - they have to start with their hips lower in order to get closer to a proper start position. As a result, they have their shins angled more when the shins should be pretty damn close to perpendicular relative to the floor. This then basically puts your shins in the way of the bar path (hips lower, shins angled) & then they kind of slam the bar into their shins & bust them open when they initiate the pull.

    Gotcha...you said it comes in 2000iu/dose, so I thought you meant that you thought a "dose" was an entire vial & that you had to use all of it at once. Didn't realize the protocol your using said to use 2000ius EOD.

    And besides once again from my homework Iv done this is a good pct protocol , no ones heard of this , is this absurd? It's in anabolics book:

     

    45 days total you do HCG eod 2,000 iu for 20 days , Clomid for 30 days at 50mg twice a day and for 45 days nolvadex 20 mg twice a day... So again 2,000 iu is good to go then right and this pct in general?

     

    You do realize you don't have to use all the HCG at once, right? It's not going to go bad if it sits in the fridge for a week.
