It's bound to happen, but the best you can do is go as deep as you can into the muscle and rotate sites to avoid the build up of scar tissue because that will push the oil out as well

What I did with my girl is I hired a coach for three months for her so she could have an outline because I had no fucking clue what to do... I eat 7 ounces of protein per meal, but I'm 220lbs and she's 95lbs so I was lost haha... I would suggest hiring someone for a meal plan and training regimen even for a month with check ins and then after a little while she will take off on her own just like we have.

How did most of you tear your bicep? Just from overworking it? Trying to lift too much? I haven't torn my bicep, but I'd like to prevent it if I can.

I took a vacation last week with my girl for st pattys day week in savannah. I bought two vials of PT 141 and she absolutely loved it. Yeah I really noticed it on my back day today... I'll try to limit it to heavy days but I do a lot more volume training. Regardless I love it though I'm happy I finally tried it

I have taken TNE three times so far and I have had 3 of the best workouts of my life. The pumps are incredible, the focus is something I really haven't experienced and the slight aggression is the cherry on top. I have tunnel vision in the gym and the increased stamina is great as well. I never want to workout again without this stuff and I won't buy preworkout ever again. I was on the fence about trying it, but I'm glad I did and I suggest everyone give it a shot.

These levels are low. I just switched from his t500 to his sust. I'm going to have bloods ran in two weeks and see where it's at. I used TD1 test at only 750mgs a week and came back just over 5k. I'm taking 1225mgs a wk of his sust right now

Your levels will just be a little higher for a couple weeks until the long ester is out. Keep the anti on hand and ride it out you'll be fine switching to prop. Test is test bro

Okay, going on a spontaneous vacation with the lady for a week and we have been wanting to try some PT 141 after reading about it. Because it's last minute, I'm gonna have to go through a research site over a sponsor here to assure I have it by then. Now, I know these are very hit or miss so I'm gonna try to order from 2 or 3 and hope for the best. Can anyone please suggest a good research site for PT 141 that they have experience with and trust? I'll share my experience.

 

First time I ran 600mg from a lab closing down and selling it at a cheap price. I was also running NPP, test, and some tren at the time so it was really hard to see if it was doing anything. At that point I wasn't impressed. Never planned on trying it again because it's expensive.

 

I made some myself eventually, because it's much cheaper this way. 200mg per ml so the volume of oil wasnt bad. I was running 600mg with trt.

 

I was amazed what it did for me. It was the driest compound I've ever ran, while also keeping me insanely full. I felt great mentally, and physically. My diet wasn't the best at the time, but my abs seemed to just keep getting tighter and tighter. It's something that I'd say has very many uses, and for that reason is probably my favorite steroid. It's something that can be ran year round for a great look, but also into a competition.

Okay I appreciate both replies. Windy, I wouldn't say I'm reaching to afford it, it's just other compounds are cheaper. However, of primo is worth it, then I will gladly pay the price if the results reflect that.

Is Primo worth the cash? I have never ran it, but that's because in order to run a good dose of about 700-1g a week the price tag outweighs the temptation for me. In your opinion and experience..... is primo worth it and why?

I've used var with tren and I've used anadrol with tren. I would have to say the var kept me tighter and had a more appealing look to me, but the drol with tren blew me up and the strength was insane. It's all based on what you're going for I think.

I have a hard time dropping big bucks on fancy dress shoes with so many goodies on here to buy lol

However, when I do buy my dress shoes it's from Nordstrom rack....they have great deals there and everything is nice and name brand. So I get the flashy shoe, but at a discount so I can justify it.
