  2. Correcy if I am wrong. From what I can decipher. He has been training hard again for 3 months, has packed on 25Lbs within that 3 month period, started a cycle of god knows what 3 weeks ago. Now he is questioning is it normal to gain that much size and strength within that time. Also what can he do to bulk up even more without gaining fat through diet and weight program.

     

    First off you need to give a lot more details. Just off the top of my head...

    what is your current training split, what is your current diet, what cycle are you on, how long are you going to run this cycle, what is your previous cycling history, age, current goal on cycle. I am sure other will chime in with other details needed.

  3. Your best bet is to start low and get blood work then adjust from there... not only is everyone different but they can be very different.

    Deadlift jut said he is GTG at 1mg ADEX ED on 1200mgs of test where as I am GTG on .5mg ED on the same dose and if I went up to 1mg I would completely crash my E2 and feel like shit..

     

    100% agree with this. It may take you a couple of weeks to dial it in but it is worth it. Better to start low like 0.5mg EOD and taper it up from there. Trust me its better to have a little higher E2 than normal range than to crash.

     

    I have crashed my E2 hard like a dumb ass. I switched up tabs and for whatever reason thought I was using 0.5mg tabs ED like before only for them to be 1mg pills. Not Fun! Felt like shit and the joint pain sucked all over for days on end.

  4. Late to the game on this one. I have been on PD's greytops for several months now and all I can say is that it has been the best decision I have made in years! Just the relief from the chronic pain issues I have in my body has been worth every penny. I have been able to cut back on my pain meds tremendously and able to finally push myself harder.

     

    As far as PD, he is awesome to deal with. I have only used his domestic service and it has been spot on and fast. I started off at 2iu's a day for the first month and then bumped it up to 3 iu's a day for two more weeks after that and finally have settled into running them at 4iu's a day. I will be surprised if you regret doing it.

  5. All the main hgh sources carry a few different types of brands.. Im just being cautious before I put another one on my list. One sour apple can wreck a biz. I don't want that so when the time is right I will add another brand. Sometimes its nice to have a few to pick from.. Im not taking the greys off my list btw

     

    And this statement right here is why PD rocks! I'll wait to see if they make it onto your list. If something is on your list then I know it's GTG and my money will be well spent.

  6. Loved doing yoga. It was just "gym" yoga but the woman running it was good. The hardest part was trying to fit it into my schedule on a regular basis.

     

    An added bonus other than it helped loosen tight muscles up was the fact that there were 20 chicks in class and hardly any guys, maybe 2 or 3 at most. It was like shooting ducks in barrel if you know what i mean...lol

  7. I don't know if you already are but you need to start doing something that I call the Delt complex. I don't care what I'm training the first thing I do when I go into the gym is 20 side raises 20 Front raises 20 rear delt raises and then 20 standing rotator cuff raises with each arm I do this at the beginning of every single workout and even on off days it's made my shoulders Bulletproof it's made my bench Stronger by pressing stronger it's made my squats feel more stable and it's kept my shoulders very healthy. Give it a shot good luck.

     

    I have the same problem with one of my shoulders. How much weight do you recommend? Something light 15-20lbs db's just to pump some blood into the muscles and warm up the joint?

  8. What are you looking to get out of this current cycle? What are your current stats?

     

    Remember guys he is running Tren E not A. I would highly suggest trying to run Tren A if you haven't tried tren before. The tren sides can be not joke and you don't want to run a long ester that will take sometime to get out of your system if you don't like the sides. If you are going to stick to to the Tren E for a first run then start a low dose of 200mg and adjust up from there.

     

    I love it that you consider 1g of test cruising brother! Make sure you are running an ai to keep your estrogen levels in check and help with the bloating.

    It is slowly becoming mine already. I like the small close family feeling this place has compared to the mega boards.

  10. I try never to use the apps and go straight to the web. With apps, read how much access to your phone you give them when you agree to download. Access to your pics, contacts, location, texts, etc. Every app is different, so make sure you know what you are downloading and how they track you and/or sell your info for marketing. Is free ever really free in today's world? Even the paid ones you have to be just as careful.
