  1. Well, is sounds like ya have an issue with one or more individuals here . Really, you should deal with them directly instead of attacking them here on an open fourm. Tact here goes along way. Lashing out in anger is never a good method of resolving confilt. Just sayin ;)

  2. I"m glad someone else here is having this problem too! I"M not glad your having problems, but glad this info is on the boards cuz I"m kind of getting worried...orgasm with no or little semen. I'm starting to worry that my prostrate is messed up. I too have been on low dose Test E 250mg/wk for 3 years. I've been using cialis and my sex drive is through the roof so I have sex every 3 days. Seems that I too can cum but no semen unless I leave my little 9mm weiner alone for a week. 250 IU HCG 2x a week. The idea of using a large dose of HCG sounds like a good idea??? What are your results with that? I also considered increasing my Test dose a bit to see if that would help, but the idea of a large HCG sounds like the smart route.

  3. I'm currently dealing with insomina too :( I'm a fireman and so I am always chasing naps and I go though cycles of insomia a few times a year. I have tried tylenol PM, benadryl, melatonin and recently, unisom. All that stuff does for me is mess my sleep up even more! I just try and tought it out by eliminating naps during the day and I force myself to stay up later than normal by an hour or so. That is what kind of helps. I am super sensitive to caffeene and Fina/Tren. I don't drink caffinated beverages after 3pm. I have tried HTTP-5 and that is the only sleep aid that does not mess me up too bad. Man, I take melatonin, benadryl (which is in tylenol pM), unisom...I sleep like crap and then when it's time to get up, I am exhausted from the meds. I did a search on youtube & found some decent techniques to get back on a sleep schedule, however, I get a 4 day break, then back on shift. For me, I can't really do that and it's kind of a part of the job :( One thing I found was to go to bed late so you only get 6 hrs of sleep. So midnight till 6am.....after a week on this schedule, your sleep cycle will start to normalize after a week or two. I can't do that because who knows if I"ll be up running calls or not. I have heard good things about GABA. Gonna get me some of that soon and give it a whirl. Good luck!

  4. I used to train people back in the day (80's). I agree with Titan! You will pay a personal trainer for their knowledge of how to get in shape, but mostly for motivation. All the information you seek is here ;) I really like P90X for getting into shape. I know a lot of people will scoff at that, but it's a fantastic workout. A large reason I use the P90x workout is becasue I F'ed up my knee doing MMA 12 years ago. The legs/back workout hits a lot of Physical Thearpy exercises that I did post surgery for my knee, so that's what got me to do this workout. I do a 3 day P90X work out for my entire body, rest one day and do heavy lifting for an additional 3 day stretch. 3 on, one off in addition to Aikido and jujitsu 2-4 times a week. The key is you gotta know your body, expierment with different workouts and do not negelct your cardio! Another excellent machine to use is the stair machine. I was using the elipitical trainer for years, then I tried the stair mill which absolutely kicked my ass! I use that machine 3 x a week....a love hate! Find what motivates you and just do it, one step at a time ;)

  5. First thing, start using niacin @ 500mg a day. Get the sustained released or normal stuff. They have a "time released formula", but that does not give the flush feeling and is not as good when it comes to raising your good cholesterol. My bad cholesterol is 200 and good was 17....increased to 65 with niacin. Niacin and cardio will help your cholesterol.

  6. 454......I would do some research on what cam/intake/head combo works best. Find the casting numbers on the heads. Certain casting numbers of different makes and models have more or less HP depending upon the design. I"m a SBC guy and I had a 91 Vette that pumped out 638 RWHP with AFR heads and a paxton supercharger plus alky injection. With a 454, making the correct cam, intake, heads (aftermarket or simply porting the stock heads depending upon casting numbers) and a good exhaust system will fair you a ton of HP with a good tune. With that combo set with the correct carb/FI system, you will be fine. Just don't over cam the engine for the intake/heads and certainly don't over carb the engine either. Remember, all parts must flow together...fuel, spark, air:)

     

    I currently have a GMC Typhoon with a GT35R turbo, larger heads and fuel injectors that ran an 11.0. I know I have much more ET that that, but currently, she's out of commission due to a busted transmission:( Winter time, time for a new project:cool:

  7. I"m a paramedic and deal with this shit all the time. Syncopal episodes can be caused by many things. Basically, I ask, what were you doing at teh time of the event? Vagal stimulation causes one to faint becasue your heart rate drops and then you bp drops....you faint. Most common cause of syncope. Vagal responce can be caused by multiple ....mutiple factors. Sight of blood, standing up too fast, standing too long, fear, bearing down while taking a poo. Second thing I look for, orthostaic problems....dehydration from nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, lack of food and fluids, sweatting...or internal bleeding problems. Then it's diabetic issues, cardiac, stroke/seizures, recent changes to your medications, infections and so forth. 90% of the time...it's a vagal responce;) I would not worry too much about it unless you are pooping or peeing blood.

  8. My sex drive was way down the first 2 months, I could go without sex for a month easy. I made myself do it 2

    X a month just to keep shit working. I was a little depressed as I love being on, even low doses. I rebounded ok after month 3. I took 7 months off of all weir hit lifting and did all cardio the time off. Comming back was really hard, even with aas! But I'm back after 2 months of 250mg test and 6 weeks of dbol per workout.

  9. I was on for almost 3 years. I came off last September. I have decided to cycle from April till August and then go off for till the following april. Low dose cycles and consistant workouts either on or off AAS.

     

    I kind of laugh when I read some responces as my typical weekly dose is about 300mg test E or C and I will occasionally add 250 of deca or EQ for two months at a time. I dont use high doses of aas, just enough to bring back my game. I used to be a top ranked competitive bodybuilder in the late 80s and gave up on that as it's a dog show, went back to MMA which is my true passion. I still lift as I enjoy having the muscle mass, especially in the summer;) I lift heavy 3 days a week and do a medium heavy weight with high reps 2 x a week along with a crap load of cardio ( mainly stair stepper and swimming )for MMA. After multiple knee surgries and being 48 yrs old, I want my knee to last and to keep fit and healthy. So, I get up to 220 when I"m on AAS, and I drop down to 200 while off. The extra 20lbs makes a dramatic difference on how my knee feels. My doc said that for every 1lb of body wieght I loose will take off 4 psi on my knee; so a loss of 10 lbs means that 40 psi will be taken off my messed up knee. So, that being said, you have a bit of history of why I cycle the way I do. It works for me. The only draw back is at 48, coming back into the weight lifting took a bit longer than last time, I"m getting older:( That sucks!

     

    What I did for PCT durring my long cycle was I used HCG 2x a week "during my cycle." When I came off, I used my last two months of AAS use to one injection every 2 weeks and declined the dose the last month. I went from 300mg every other week (test E). The last month I reduced that dose to 200mg every other week. The old school PCT we did back in the 80s. I had some left over HGH that I started at 2 IU ed right after my last AAS injection. I used that in addition to novladex and clomid. I used the typical novaladex/clomid protocol found here on the boards.

     

    I did notice my sex drive dropped from wanting sex ED to once every two weeks. My sex drive did return after 3 months. I did completely stopped all wieght lifting and focused on Cardio that started in October. I did loose 25lbs and a lot of size, but I continued to stay in good shape. I had a lot of people notice my weight loss, I qualified that by saying that i was dropping weight to fight in a lower weight class...which was kind of true;) And my giantic veins disappeared:( As far as depression, I had none, or very little (I was depresses as I noticed that my pull-ups and push-up max decreased dramatically, but other that that, i was fine). So, when you go off, have a plan and stick with it. My plan was to be clean for 7 months, then start up agian as I did at low doses and to stay consistant with my plan. Plan to taper off, and good PCT. While off, increase your cardio, ya can't go wrong there. Stay in good shape and good luck!

  10. I have two 50ml bottles of QV Test that I'm currenlty using. That shit is fine! I keep it in a dry cool area in a box protected from sunlight, heat and moisture. That shit will last for a long time! I read a study on the expiration of medications and most will have an 80% strenth after 10 years, granted the gear is stored in a dark, dry cool area. Some medications do expire at the exp date such as nitro for chest pain and a few others;) I would not worry about your gear:cool:

  11. That is BS! I got pulled over for the same thing. I have a GMC Typhoon and it did not come with a plate on the front. I got pulled over and he said I had not seat belt on. I explained that I did have one on till I pulled over. I was greatful because he let me off with a warning. From now on, I"m leaving my seatbelt on if I get pulled over again.

  12. I"m almost 48 yrs old. I used juice when I was 21-23yrs and was a competitive bodybuilder. I quit juicing and went back to MMA. I had an injury 10 years ago to my knee so I could no longer train in jujitsu:( I went back to lifting and have been juicing for the past 10 years. I realized I LOVED being on test. I probally could use TRT. I love my increased sex drive and overall feeling while on T. I recenlty did the longest cycle I have ever done, 2 1/2 years. I came off just for over all health and to drop some LB's for my bad knee. I came off using the typical protocol for HCG, clomid, novla and added some left over HGH. I did notice my sex drive decreased. When I was on 200mg test/week, I needed sex 3 times a week at a minimum. While off, I wanted sex once every 10 days. When I came off, I increased my cardio and did not lift much so I did loose about 25lbs, granted, I wanted to for the problematic knee. I did not feel too bad when I came off other than the decreased sex drive. I'm currenlty planing on using 6 months on, 6 off. Low dose of say 200-300mg test cyp or eth a week. I may add some deca or equ for a 6 week run in the middle of summer to give me that umph. I think if you cycle with low doses, long cycles are ok, at least for me.

  13. I do this on a bimonthly basis. 18G is the smallest needle you should use for blood. I have found the best way is to donate blood. If you can't do this, get a hold of a 1000 cc saline bag (medical grade for IV usage), a maxi drip (10 drip set) and an 18g IV catheter. ONce you get a patient IV, have a ready IV bag drained of the saline attached to the drip set. Secure the IV and put the bag on the ground and let gravity do its work. Takes some time, but its an easy alternative to donating blood.

     

    Be Clean, sterile and patient. Best way is to donate;)
