  1. I think the whole deca and finesteride thing is bunch of bullshit. I always use a fair amount of test with everything I run, but im sure if you run trt plus deca and fin youll be fine. Try it for yourself first.

I didnt regrow hair, but people who do are far and few who lost it due to male pattern baldness. If it's alopecia areata then thats another story. you should hope to slow down the process of balding, that would be more realistic.

I banged 6mls of NPP on a Monday ( Don’t ask, I do shit like that) and started noticing a bunch of 1” hairs on my sink after running a brush through my hair. I can’t for sure say it was the NPP as I also started using rogaine towards the front of my head around the same time. I had been just using it on the vertex only prior to that. I’m leaning towards it being the rogaine as the cause for shedding.

  2. Everyone of the ED meds i've tried make me feel like shit!

I heard there's a few new generation ED meds, might give it a go.

Makes me feel like I'm getting the damn Flu for a whole 24hrs

    K.

I agree on the ED meds. I’m going to start using some dostinex twice a week. See if that lives up to the hype. Never done it before.

  3. Deca + fin wont do shit to your hair. This is false info. Research yourself folks. Ive run both and nothing happened

Were you using test with deca? And do you think as long as you run test with deca you’ll be fine or is the whole deca with finasteride just bullshit?

I use all 3, but stopped running NPP when I read about deca with finasteride.

And do you regrow hair using finasteride with gear? Currently, I think I’m preventing hair loss and hope for regrowth to start in a couple months.

  4. I was denied short term and long term disability because of secondary polycythemia. If I look at my online health profile it shows it “Active “ even though my numbers are now in the normal range, so I need to have him change it to “resolved” along with numerous other things that all show “active” such as a staph infection I had over a year ago.

  5. Mel Gibson took his dad to Cuba for stem cell treatment and got himself hooked up with a couple transfusions himself. Price tag of $22k may be cost prohibitive. Watch Mel on Joe Rogen’s podcast. If only I was rich or didn’t have to deal with the FDA protecting me from such things.

  6. How is the pip with the Primobolan? Could I hit 3mls at once no problem or would I be better off hitting 1ml everyday? And do you think 1ml everyday would be better at keeping hormone levels more normal or all at once , once a week? Does it even matter? Just wondering.

And if running anavar with Primobolan, any suggestions on duration and doses. I was thinking 1ml everyday of Primobolan for 10 weeks along with 10 weeks of anavar OR 12 weeks of Primobolan and 6 weeks of anavar?

    Thank you

  7. Interesting video!! Galaxy has switching to a plant based diet helped your health and what are your protein macros like?

I don’t track macros. The whole eating part of bodybuilding turns me off I did if for so long. 3 meals a day, maybe a Vega all in one vegan protein shake when I feel like it or if hungry between meals a cliff bar. I do usually have the Vega sport vegan shake with bcaas post workout. Just drink water, green teas or coffee now. I hate just pounding down food for the sake of eating. No stomach bloat anymore. Feel lighter overall and can breath for a change. If I do go off diet it’s egg white vegetable omelet or salmon. Don’t want to be a total crazy person when I go out to eat. We have a local juice bar I’ll hit up for smoothies on way to work. I stock fridge at work with Amy’s vegan meals and burritos. I find fiber to have made huge improvements.

I didn’t see my mother for a couple months and when she saw my waistline and how good my face look , you could tell she was impressed. She watches a lot of Dr. Oz.lol

I went into Books A Million yesterday and saw a big set up for “The Plant Paradox” and about died laughing when I saw Dr. Oz was quoted first on the back cover.

And of course one of the anti WTH doctors on The Doctors is now pro plant based. Of course he’s putting out a book on micobiome and gut health.

I’ll drink a couple cups of soy milk also if I feel like I need some protein but overall don’t concern myself to much with protein.

I am unloading my test cyp and blue hearts and going to give Caxxis primo and var a run. I don’t feel like managing estrogen either anymore. I’m excited for the first time in a long time about bodybuilding. Can’t wait to see the changes.

  8. It's weird, he often writes articles that are very anti-anabolics while other times seeming to be pro-aas. Some of his stuff is worth looking into but a lot doesn't have any basis in anything but bro-science. I noticed recently that he still self-publishes on an blog called Medium. You or I can sign up to have articles posted on Medium. You can read a certain number of articles a month for free but unlimited access is $4-5 a month. That's how the authors get paid.

He was pimping an old UG lab that had tops falling off. It was during the time when Mexican labs got in trouble for violating Regulations. Such as making 300mg deca for “dogs” or 75mg anadrol tabs. Anyway, labs were popping up daily and this is back when I had some credibility and I called his lab out, so naturally he was livid admin wouldn’t tell me to stop as the admin felt “I had my finger on the pulse of the UG scene.” True at the time. And he wanted to be that guy at the time. Now I’m clueless. So, he got very butt hurt and I of course remember it like yesterday because of the stroking my ego received. Plus, I hated him. He always wrote/copy and pasted articles, yet his own posts spoke of such disdain for bodybuilding.

  9. Also, does Hgh raise it? At what dose does Hgh start to raise it? Is it different for everyone?

Also, a little explanation on raised hemocrit? Cyclists want increased red blood count, yet bodybuilders don’t? Is this because bodybuilders don’t do cardio and should? And also, if increased RBC mean mean less oxygen is supplied to blood, why would this benefit a cyclist? I’m not really understanding all the literature I guess. Basically was denied short term and long term disability because I have secondary polycythemia and I’m trying to make sense of it.

    Thank you
