Yup, me too. You need the full face breathing mask. There are lots of options, you just need to see what fits you the best. I wake up with phlem in mine frequently, so lots of cleaning. Here's the cool part though, that air is so clean and soothing that you'll enjoy cleaning it, it's so worth it.

I'm not a medical professional, but I can say this. I haven't aspirated in years and I've never encountered a problem.

Some guys like humalog which isn't otc. Most find it too quick. Lantus is the new rage but I'm not educated on it. Humulin R works very well.

Initial peak 30 minutes after u inject, another peak 2-3 hours later. Be prepared to eat.

what's your age? Works better with gh but my experience indicates late teen/ early 20 gh production will suffice, for me at least.

Clen, experiment. Keep taking more until you notice a slight tremor or shakiness of your hands, then back off 1 tab. That's your dose, you'll need to increase it later. Cycle your clen to keep it effective. 2 weeks off should reset your system. Don't buy cheap clen, good pharma clen isn't hard to find, and it is better.

I know a guy who used it instead of GH with slin for a bulk, it worked very well, he held the water but didn't get fat.

As for cutting, the hunger would scare me. Lots of ECA to curb that appetite might be effective.
