Got that right, it's a racket, a "fucking" scam badgering amongst lawyers, stirring the pot at time's, telling you some shit..."that Judge will throw you in jail" it's good i was able to motion appeal for later , and get your case heard "instead" in front of this one "she's" tuff, but from my other Lawyer friends pretty fair (thick skin) blah, blah , tell you all kinds of tactical shit, this is just for a portion of a divorce, that im going thru, {all kind's of other foul play at hand, just too much to get into} but im being "fucked" Hard, and not even being asked if I could get a slathering of "boyButter" to help ease the pain....fuck no, no common courtesy of even a "reach around"

 

My Lawyer, check it out, for asset division i had to get four appraisal's one for each of two home s i own, and two vacant parcels 'small

acreage"... so the appraisal company call's me for arangment of these at least for the home's, while i ama at it, i inquire about "cost"

of these appraisal's, and the necessity of the vacant pieces, which really arent worth shit, as im just going to grow some things on one or both, and hunt during "bow' season on the other...

so , he tell's me about this "nifty" price that the lawyer gets's and it's such n suh better than the norm, we pass on business to one another so, he get's this great price...tell's me the cost of each...

 

 

next im sitting down with my lawer, last month, ask him, hey "just" what are the cost of those appraisal's btw...?

 

he tell' s me a price with a "fucking" a hundred and fifty extra fucking dollars to each, going tosoak me for $600.00 denaro, when im

already hemhorraging $$$, never mind passing on the savings to your client, "Fucking" stick your dick in there too.....!

Dude I was lost. Just paid $500 to lawyer today for this bullshit appeal to get it off record. That some just to get the rolling.

DO NOT EVER GO TO COURT WITHOUT A LAWYER. I went to court with police report w/statements from everyone in the house saying No physical altercation happened (her kids statements from police) text messages, 911 calls from me, recordings from the argument, and I still lost. I didn't understand most of the shit judge was asking me. Everytime I tried to cross examine my ex the judge says you can't ask the question that way etc.
