  1. just out of curiosity,how much do you increase your compound movements while on cycle?Will do on the food.Since the test e is still active two weeks after the last shot,is it safe to ssume i will still be able to up the iron before i commence my pct?Hope i'm not out of line with these questions.Thanks brotha!

It's wierd,everything is in order but i'm not able to make the weekly 5# jumps on presses and benches as i was at the beggining of the cycle.Deadlifts and pulls are still moving but my pressing is really slooooow now.My bench max before the cycle was 230x4 now it's 253x5,military was 150x1 now 168x3,deadlift 378x8 now 408x8 and supported bb rows from 190x5 to 201x6.

     

    I guess i was expecting more.Is test a poor choice for strenth gains as opposed to bw?Thanks for the reply,i'll keep the mit for a bf reduction cycle.

  3. Hy guys,

     

    I'm in my last two weeks and a half of my first ever cycle and was contemplating adding 20mg of mit(i have a ton left over from my ph days) to help with the strength gains along with the test e.I ran dbol for 6 weeks at 40mg ed and blew up(literraly:)),but the test e just isn't giving me the strength gains i was expecting.

     

    I have gained over 20#s with water and fat but strength has slowed down.It is a 10 week cycle,so i am in week 8.Good or bad idea? Do you guys hit a plateu also with just the test e?Any input would be appreciated.

    Saturday was my last day on the dbol(6wks):(.Now i have only four more weeks with the test e.You know i really was in a negative frame of mind yesterday and again i missed my reps by 2.I was scheduled for 253x5 but hit only 4.

     

    As you say,i beleive yesterday it WAS mental.I was already thinking scared and i paid for it.I felt much better today without the dbol? and i will hit my 400x8 dedlift tomorrow.Thanks brotha for that intricate response.

Sorry to hear about your injury.Before i say anything since you can't see an md try and find a sports chiropractor who knows about lifting.I found one and have never looked back.Next,work your rotators with some LIGHT WEIGHTS doing L-flys(external rotator work)trust me this really helps.Rear delt raises also help to prevent an imbalance in the shoulder region.

     

    If benching hurts STOP it,try dips,military presses or maybe changing your grip width may help.Don't work through the pain,i've seen many hard headed lifters end their career prematurely with the no pain no gain mentality.Good luck whatever you choose just remember we are in it for the long run,so some time off won't hurt you.

  6. Hi guys,

     

    I'm currently into my 6th week of my first aas cycle consisting of 500mg test e with 6 weeks of bionable(dbol)ran at 40mg ed.Well i have experienced dramatic strength and size gains even though i have 6 years of training experience naturally,though far from my genetic limit.

     

    This week though(week6)i have struggled to hit my target reps with the military press and belt squats,coupled with a tired feeling by the end of the week.For example i have been lifting very hard but managing 5 pound increases on all my compund lifts while two pound increases on curls and such.I only managed 3 reps with 165 on the military and today 4 reps with 200# on the bb row.Is overtraining a possibility while "on"?

     

    My split is a 4 day ...

     

    Mon. heavy

    Bench 5x5

    Weighted dips 3x7

    One arm dbell press 2x12

    Rear delt raises 3x15

    Tri extensions 2x10

     

    Tues heavy back

    Negative chins 3x6

    Wide grip partial deadlifts 3x8

    Shrugs 3x7

    BBcurls 2x10

    dbell curls 2x8

    Forearms 2x10-20

     

    Wed off

     

    Thurs heavy press,light bench

    Military press 3x5

    Close grip bench 3x5

    Bench 2x8

    Rear delt raises 3x10

    Tri iso work 2-3 sets

    L-fly 2x20(rotator cuff work)

    Weighted crunches

     

    Friday heavy legs,light back

    Belt squats 3x10

    Calf raises 3x10

    BBrows 3x6

    Dbell rows 2x12

    Hammer curls 3x8

    Dbell curls

     

    I have gained some nice size and all my lifts are up but i have struggled this week.Any help is appreciated,
