  1. If your looking for some good training programs it kind of depends on what you respond to best, but fst7, neil hills y3t, or dogg crap are all great programs you can kind of tweak to fit your needs. There's plenty of others, but fst7 created by hany rambod is one of my favorites. It is pump focused, but you dont sacrifice lifting heavy weights just to get the pump. It's kind of a mix between HIT style training with some sets aimed at getting a pump and stretching the fascia. Hany's theory is that the fascia is one of the limiting factors of muscle growth, so by stretching the fascia you give the muscle more room to grow.

At 47 you have been training for a while so you should be able to look at the principles of the programs and adapt them to your needs. There is a post here that has a lot of programs saved on google drive. I will edit this post with a link to it. It has a lot of programs and even books like body opus.

I couldnt get the link to work, but the thread is in the training help area, and it's called Fitness program collection. In the first post it has a couple links the first one is the best, it looks like a lot has been removed from the second. There is lots of training programs, diets, and even some very old school pdf on drug use. There is some good shit in there.

Been doing dc for years.Have always trained on lower volume focusin on progressive overload.Always like discussing training i feel it gets lost in the shuffle.

  2. Depends on how much test you’re taking. If it’s not much a little Proviron would go a long way. 1cc mast e twice a week (400mg) is nice for an offseason. You can also use mast prop 75-100mg 3x a week.
That sounds good.Im 47 and i really cant run harsher compounds anymore.Im thinking 800 test and 400 mast would be a nice blast.Dbol on preworkout only(4 times a week).

What are your offseason training you usually recommend?I feel there is not enough training talk these days mostly drug talk.Good to see some good discussion going..

  3. Heavy as possible for 12-20 reps

Legs respond best with moderate weights and 20+ reps

    Slow negatives always

once a month heavy 1-2 rep max.

    Be consistent.

Don't eat like our always in precontest mode.

There's this one guy at my gym, always wears his hoodie, always looks like he lives on nothing but chicken and rice and yet he has never gained size or strength in the last two years ive been there training. This short dude is lost in that Bodybuilding lifestyle of precontest mod...its sad. You have to eat big to be big.

If you're not getting at least 8 hours sleep you need to fix that.

Document everything you are doing in the gym.

If you're socializing at the gym your there for the wrong reasons. I wear my earbuds and I totally ignore others and train.

I do 3 exercises back to back like a superset like Ill do leg extension then no rest Ill do leg curls then no rest Ill do leg press then rest a few minutes and repeat 3-4 sets each.

I train every other day. Rarely 2 days in a row...

Only for 1-1.5 hours max on really heavy days one hour only. If your training for 2+ hours you're going too light.

    That's a brief description

    Truth right here!

  4. Loving it 4 days in at 24mg before bed.Fullness is crazy, the hunger is insatiable.Only drawback so far is the water retention which can elevate bp.Im already on prescription bp med and also using carditone to keep bp in check.Thinking some slin would be a nice addon to go along with it.

  5. Phreezer is still active on olm. Or at least his handle is active. There was a mod there that died a while ago, I'm blanking on his handle at the moment. Long history of substance abuse with many of our friends who passed. No judgement from me, everybody has their demons. It's an odd feeling reading ajdos' posts now. He was a stand up guy, rare nowadays.

Think youre referring to Grizz who passed.Damn did not know phreezer passed. When was this?

  6. Also when doing any type of pulldown movement focus on pulling down with elbows.Rack deads can do wonders for thickness and overall back development. As said earlier back more then any other bodypart requires strict mind muscle connection.
