  1. Bent over row.

stance: for taller people with long legs and small hips, I recommend narrow to shoulder width stance, such as in bottom of romanian deadlift. for stockier people with bigger hips, I recommend wider than shoulder stance (like semi sumo) and really push out against the floor to put weight onto the hips.

grip: supinated or pronated all work well. for pronated, I recommend medium to medium wide grip.

set up: unrack the bar from rack and take your stance. roll your shoulders like those old school shrugs where your shrug up, back, then down so that your chest is expanded and your back muscles are crunched in and compressed down.(imagine your scapulas are crunched in and pinned down to your lower back, your entire back muscles should already be contracted). without losing this position, bend over at the hips and bend the knees at the same time, then use your preferred stance here. back should feel ''short and narrow'' and chest should feel ''up and wide''.bar should be directly under your mid belly and very close to your knees.

execution: imagine pulling the bar ''back and in'' or ''pulling the bar apart''. the already short and narrow back muscles should now feel even more narrower and short. aim for that cramping feeling on your traps, rear delts, lats, erectors, and even triceps. imagine contracting your pecs on negative without caving in the chest. then pull again stretching the pecs and cramping those back muscles.

how to tell if you're set up right: you'll feel the entire back muscles ''compressed'' against the weight and shouldnt feel your spine rounded at all. chest should appear expanded all the time.

    common issues...

balance: with the wider stance just push out against the floor and feel your hip flexors taking the blunt of the weight. always stay ''behind the bar'' meaning keep majority of weight behind you on the hips(as if you werent holding the bar, you'd fall on your ass). for starters, practice this with butt against the wall behind you.

rounded back: be good at stiff legged deadlift and romanian deadlift as well as good mornings. but if you use my set up tips above, most of the rounding will not be an issue unless it's too heavy for you.

    Great tip here Myo.

  2. I would incorporate them in w. My traditonal training rather than use them as a replacement to weights. I tried the hack squat with 2 thick ass bands at a gym and really liked it. Could barely do a plate on each side.

Yeah that is how i have used them. They also work well on the hammer strength equipment,a totally different feel with the bands.

  3. This used to be a VERY popular stack for powerlifters or any athlete subject to testing. Extremely effective for strength and size but if you diet correctly you can prevent the bloat. When I was 19 I used to get test suspension straight from a pharmacy a friend worked at. I swear I retained little water and my body just transformed overnight. 100cc 3x per week. There was no internet at the time so learning how to use AAS was a task. Basically the underground steroid handbook and musclemag.

Damn brotha that was alot of suspension!

  4. The desktop x51 runs very nicely, The laptop on the other hand lol is a whole different ballgame, the thing is a heavy duty machine so to speak. But all in all they are both great AW computers. As mentioned there is no rush for me to sell the computers so if ever need to know anything or have any question in general just let me know.

    Thanks bro i definately will.
